Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Athletico and especially my PT Colton! He has been indispensable in my recovery process. He is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also an excellent listener. He took the time to understand my specific needs and goals and continues to tailor my shoulder treatment plan. The whole team is amazing and I’m grateful to have found such a warm place to work on my recovery!

Tammy greeted me by name everytime I walked in the door and did her best to get me the appointments I needed even when my schedule is crazy! Colton met me where I was at in my recovery and helped me to grow confidence in my knee again while also making the experience fun! All of the assistants were a great at demonstrating movements and keeping me accountable in not cheating the exercises! I would recommend Athletico to everyone!

While I appreciate the accessibility mentioned in another review, I must respectfully disagree. Parking can be limited, and the location is situated at a busy intersection. For those who don't live nearby, getting here might require extra planning.

Fantastic experience: Went to Athletico for a small labrum tear in my shoulder. Eric was able to provide a workout plan that not only relieved the pain and help me gain my strength back, but do it in half of the visits my doctor expected it to take. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Colton has dramatically improved my quality of life with our treatment plan. My neck was hurting so badly that it was affecting my sleep, triggering migraines and impacting my parenting. I have been seeing him for 2 months now receiving dry needling, mobility exercises, stretches and strengthening supporting muscle groups. I haven’t had a migraine since our time together and I am sleeping much better. 10/10 recommend to anyone having pain that is impacting their life.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of having my physical therapy at Athletico off of Gregory Blvd. From day one I have been treated with such kindness and professionalism. Tammy at the front desk is a gem that keeps the chaos at bay... My Physical Therapists Eric Luder has kept me motivated and moving forward through all of this. Kate has opened up her schedule for me so that I can get some relief from this sciatica... I can only say that each one of them has been a life saver to me.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Kate for a reoccurring issue with my neck/shoulder and I can’t recommend her and Athletico enough. We worked on progressively more difficult exercises and she provided me with tools I will continue to use to strengthen and help keep my pain away. Fantastic experience: After seeing an ortho for knee and plantar fasciitis issues physical therapy was recommended. Kate and her staff did a great job of, first off, improving my condition but then helping me build a program or stretches and exercises that I can now carry forward to hopefully avoid but also deal with these age related and sometimes elusive problems as they arise. Very pleased with the environment, ease of handling both the condition and the related scheduling and insurance. No complaints, hopefully not returning but know where to go if it is called for.

Fantastic experience: Colton and the entire team at the Gregory St Athletico were professional and positive! The scheduling process was easy? Colton listened and provided the right exercises to strengthen my back and hip! A 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: When my therapy concluded at Athletico the pain and soreness in my right elbow and shoulder was gone. Not only had the discomfort disappeared when reaching and lifting, I left with the knowledge and tools to continue building strength in my elbow and shoulder. Each appointment started with Colton Erickson followed by a staff member guiding me thru the exercises. Everyone was helpful, engaging and provided encouragement. My last session was bittersweet but the clinic is conveniently located in my neighborhood. I enjoy walking by and waving. Thank you, Athletico!

Fantastic experience: I had PT for my shoulder with Colton for about a month. Colton is very knowledgeable, really friendly, and a good listener. His diagnosis was spot on and the exercises he had me do helped a lot. I’m back to where I started before my injury.

Fantastic experience: I accessed Athletico due to a nerve/pressure point issue in my left shoulder. It was easy to get registered and scheduled with their online system and a helpful administrative assistant. Colton was my PT and he did an excellent job pinpointing the area of concern. We went through several sessions of typical PT and also did two sessions of dry needling. Colton clearly explained the process and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I believe the dry needling was the most effective part of the treatment plan he created for me. I was able to get back to 99% within a month of sessions.

My knee pain is gone and I have strength and stability that I haven't had for years. If I ever need PT again I will absolutely return to work with Colton.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of having PT with Dr. Kate for several weeks both pre, and post, shoulder surgery. I can't emphasize enough the degree of her deep knowledge of body mechanics and her ability to communicate it in terms that are understandable and useful. Those skills, added to her effervescent personality, great sense of humor and optimistic attitude, make for an experience designed to facilitate healing. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to her by my surgeon and highly recommend her to anyone in need of PT. In addition, I want to express appreciation for the friendly, relaxed and warm atmosphere of the studio. There is an obvious degree of positive collegiality and mutual respect among clinicians, interns and front office staff. I want to especially single out Tammy who always greets me by name each time I arrive, and who is very helpful with scheduling, billing and insurance issues. Overall, my experience at Athletico is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Athletico PT was a very positive experience overall. After hurting my back at work, I was sent here for treatment. Although my healing took longer than I would have liked, the staff were always warm, welcoming and encouraging during my therapy, even if I didn’t start out enthused about it. Colton was extremely kind, patient, and thorough. I only worked with Kate once, but she was friendly and intelligent, just as engaged with me as if we had worked together from the start. Thank you to Aurora and Jenny and all the assistants/students that helped me. I feel confident about my progress and have basically come back to baseline, thanks to this team. They made sure to equip me with success!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Athletico PT enough! I was experiencing numbness, tingling, and pain in my arm due to a pinched nerve. Within just a few sessions, all my symptoms are relieved! Coleton and his staff were always helpful and friendly. They had good music playing so it was fun as well. I'm so glad I went this route.

Fantastic experience: There are multiple physical therapy locations along Gregory. Accept no substitutes. Athletico Waldo is exceptional. I worked with Colton for 3 months to help strengthen my arthritic left knee and be ready for an international trip, and his skill did the trick. The improvement in my mobility is astonishing. Furthermore, everyone at this location is simply wonderful: kind, funny, flexible, and patient. I feel like a part of the family now. Heck, I'll probably send them a Christmas card. Fantastic experience: The PT I received was excellent! I can't say enough about the care I received and the professionalism and the results. Only negative was billing was complicated. What I was told I would be billed after Athetico checked my insurance and the initial bill was different and after inquiring and resubmitting, it was closer but still not what was quoted. (And it very well could be the insurance company because this is not a rare situation.) But overall I would highly recommend Athetico and Colton and all of the staff. Top notch!!

Fantastic experience: The staff (so friendly and personable), the location (close to work, flexible scheduling) and the treatment (it worked!) were all exceptional. I broke my arm and this was my first experience with physical therapy. Kate took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and I saw huge improvements in a short amount of time. I’ll genuinely miss seeing them each week!!

Fantastic experience: At one time, I was a 6'3", 250 lb. teacher, administrator, performing musician and composer. I'd experienced three falls, three surgeries and a stroke, during which I lost the feelings of touch and hot and cold on the right side of my body and the left side of my face, double vision and a paralyzed left vocal cord and swallow including loss of speech. The stroke affected my balance/coordination and caused neuropathic pain at all the places that were numb to touch and temperature. After the last surgery and hospital stay, at 80 yrs. old, I then weighed 155 lbs. and am now 6'2" tall. At Athletico, we found accessible parking and an entryway. There was a doggy treat and water station outside the door, someone held the door for us to enter, we were greeted by the staff with smiles and eye contact, and the gym was decorated with thoughts for the day, brainteasers and seasonal decorations. The atmosphere was bright and positive. Kate assessed my situation and said "We can rehabilitate your broken femur, that's no problem. The real problem is your balance, strength and stability." We should include stability of mood and focus as part of the problem. She immediately set to work on rehabbing my leg, improving my vision, and improving my strength and stamina. As we worked, there would be time to rest, during that time we talked. In our conversations, she was the one who convinced me I should not walk without a walker. We talked about what I'd like to do and what I could do. In these explorations, I mentioned my compositions needed to be edited and organized. This was a project my wife had encouraged me to take on for several years. I tried it, I enjoyed it, I could do it. My wife and children all support it. It is a job that I can undertake and continue very happily. It was Kate that led me to this outcome. Because of Kate, I intend to live as a composer for a long time. She is a genius!

If you have a chance to work with Kate, take it! She is amazing, professional, skilled, and trustworthy. Her knowledge of PT and more is extensive. Customer service is their number one priority at this location. They take the time to talk to patients, explain exercises and why I am doing them, and treat each patient as an individual. I felt like my therapy plan was tailored to my specific needs, and the quality of the plan was extremely high.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the new Waldo Athletico TWICE this year alone. First was a knee replacement in Mid-March that needed to be ready for a European wedding and another week discovering Norway. Kate and her staff had me ready to go in 3 months to board the plane. After our trip I went back exclusively to Kate to focus on strengthening back muscles, help with my gait and balance issues from a car accident suffered 5 years earlier and still giving me fits. Kate and her growing staff helped me to better my results from earlier PT at other places and put me in the position to further improve my standing (literally) and strength and the desire to become better

Fantastic experience: Kate & her team were great! I came in last February with painful movement with my left shoulder. Turned out I had somehow torn my rotator cuff and a couple other small tears along the left shoulder blade. She provided some great exercises to rebuild the muscles in that area so the tendons could heal and I could regain mobility in that shoulder. Worked with her for a couple of months and continued on with the exercises at home. About 7 months later now and mobility in that shoulder is still good. Would highly recommend her and her team.

Fantastic experience: What an exceptional experience I had with Athletico Waldo! I’ve had years of pain from an old hamstring injury. I had already tried PT with another group and had little relief. I honestly thought pain was something I’d have to live with forever. After about a month working with Katlin, I have very little pain. I’ve also learned proper form for many exercise moves I had been doing incorrectly, great new exercises that are very effective, and I’m stronger than ever. I feel great! Big thanks to Katlin and her team for providing the perfect balance of care.
