Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with integrity rehab. After a arm injury they helped me get the use of my arm back and made it stronger with the workouts they showed me. They are all very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. 10 stars.

Negative experience: The scheduling team at Integrity Rehab is horrible. On one of my first follow up visits scheduled I got a disturbing message about having to be rescheduled because another patient already had my time slot. When I called back after hearing the voicemail I got a different response regarding my appointment. Whatever the case was, there was too much miscommunication for my liking and the whole experience was frustrating. Now again for my 3rd follow up, I was told a certain time for two back to back appointments, only to show and find out the time was an hour later than I was told. Two trips in one day? I don’t live around the corner. The receptionists were not helpful, empathic, and did not provide an alternative solution.

Negative experience: Urgent Alert: Integrity Breach at Integrity Rehab I regret to inform fellow patrons that a distressing incident has come to light regarding Integrity Rehab. Shockingly, it has been revealed that a physical therapist, William Benoit, employed by this establishment is responsible for sending a highly inappropriate and vulgar message. This revelation has deeply shaken my confidence in the integrity of Integrity Rehab. How can an organization committed to healing and support employ individuals who engage in such unprofessional and potentially criminal behavior? In response to this breach of trust, I have taken immediate action by filing a police report. Furthermore, if this matter is not promptly and appropriately addressed by Integrity Rehab, I will not hesitate to escalate it further by engaging the services of my attorney and contacting the news and media. The behavior described could constitute several criminal offenses, including harassment, cyberbullying, defamation, and making threats. Any suggestion of physical harm or threats to safety is considered a serious criminal offense. Beyond the troubling implications of this incident, it raises serious concerns about the culture and oversight within Integrity Rehab. It prompts questions about what other misconduct may be occurring behind the scenes, and whether the organization is truly dedicated to upholding ethical standards. I am extremely disturbed and frightened for my safety in light of this incident. Trust is paramount in the realm of healthcare, and it is essential that patients feel secure and respected in their interactions with medical professionals. In conclusion, the recent events at Integrity Rehab are deeply concerning and warrant a thorough investigation and appropriate action. It's important to note that I have never seen this individual nor heard of him, and I haven't set foot into this establishment in probably over ten years. Until the organization demonstrates a commitment to rectifying this breach of trust and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, I will be refraining from further engagement with their services. I urge anyone considering seeking treatment at Integrity Rehab to exercise caution and consider the implications of this troubling revelation. Trust is paramount in the realm of healthcare, and it is essential that patients feel secure and respected in their interactions with medical professionals. I am extremely disturbed and frightened for my safety in light of this incident.

Negative experience: Used to bring my mom here and had nothing but good things to say. But after one of her last visit and the passive aggressive nature of it I’m glad my mother’s insurance delayed our services with them. My mother would often see both speech and physical therapy and one day when she went to see her speech therapist was walked outside with a folder but instead of the usual paperwork regarding activities for my mom speech it was filled with PICTURES of my mom with her arm out of the sling and then put back in the sling. It was odd to have taken pictures as if on her end documenting especially when nobody had given the women permission to take pics of my mother.

Fantastic experience: I have to give a shout out to Abigail, Emily and Amber! They've changed my life and helped me tremendously! It was so great being around them. Amazing women and a great clinic. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: This place not only helps you heal but they guide you and educate you every step of the way!! From the moment you walk in the receptionist are AMAZING!! Not to mention they are so patient and ready to help you schedule all your appointments. They remind you when your last appointment is to make sure you request more time from your PCM. I have my fantastic 3 that work with me! They talk to one another to find the best exercises to fit me on land and in water. I feel so special and have come a long way. I’d be lost without my ladies! Fantastic experience: Dr. Atul Handa is an amazing therapist. He has started helping me in the recent weeks. My experience so far is great. Staff is so friendly! If you have pain, Dr. Atul is the one to go to.

Fantastic experience: I'm very impressed with the physical therapy I've received so far at Integrity Rehab Killeen. I have multiple pain areas in my body, so treating one area could hurt another area. My therapist, however, has found stretch exercises to get around my pain obstacles, and start me on the road to healing.

Fantastic experience: For over a year now, I have been a patient at Integrity Rehab. Integrity Rehab is an excellent resource for joint pain, leg pain, back pain, and neck pain help. I have arthritis pretty bad. Their HydroWorx water therapy is amazing. They help me feel better. Dr. Tiffany Bates is the best physical therapist ever!

Fantastic experience: This is probably one of the best physical therapy places I've been to. Not only are the physical therapist really there to make sure you are actually felling better the front desk and every one behind the scenes are so friendly and ready to help with whatever the patient may need. Ive been to some therapy companies that the therapists just give you an exercise and then leave you on the floor, this team actually makes sure that you're doing everything correctly and get to know you during your session. If myself or anyone I know ever need therapy I will definitely be recommending integrity.

Fantastic experience: When I was pregnant in 2015 I developed carpal tunnel. I was referred to occupational therapy in the army system and was given awful treatments that never helped. I ended up having carpal tunnel surgery in June 2022 and was referred to Integrity by my surgeon. My very first appointment was extremely helpful and each appointment after that has helped me even more. My therapist knew exactly how to relieve my pain and swelling and how to strengthen my hand in order to get back to my day to day life. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the therapist I saw!

Fantastic experience: Integrity Rehab has an airy, clean, and pleasant environment. Reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. I had a total knee replacement 2 months ago. I’ve made great progress with in home PT, but progress had slowed down and I’ve been having a lot of swelling. Farooq and Kim have been great. I had my eval with Farooq and he answered many questions for me and helped me do exercises correctly that I had been given by home therapy. What a difference! My first PT session was with Kim. She double checked how I was doing my exercises and got me back on the right track with positioning. The biggest issue I had was really bad swelling. I could not believe the difference she made with some massage to push the swelling out! I’m still doing it at home and am so relieved! Looking forward to the next 5 weeks of therapy!

Negative experience: In July/August of 2021, I was seen at the Copperas Cove location. The appt went great but since the Killeen location is closer, the remainder of my appointments were scheduled there. Those also went well. Things went downhill when it was time to schedule more. Integrity Rehab was supposed to contact my PCM, request approval for more appointments, and contact me afterwards. When I hadn't heard from them in three weeks I decided to call and find out what had happened. I was then told that first available appointment wouldn't be for another month. Once again, two months passed with no appointment, when I called they said they didn't have any available. When three months had passed without an appointment I was told that my authorization had expired, for the second time, before I'd been able to schedule even one appointment! They didn't notify me or my PCM. I last spoke with someone at Integrity Rehab o/a 13 January 2022. They told me that they'd request another extension and contact me to get scheduled. Today is 27 January 2022 and I haven't received a phone call, I'm still waiting. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. Unfortunately they are the only rehab facility in this area that offers the particular type of therapy I need. There are many good reviews here but I personally WOULD NOT recommend Integrity Rehab. Update: Today is 8 February 2022, I still haven't been able to speak to anyone at the facility. I've given up, going back to my doctor to try something else. Wil let my doctor know what my experience was like for his future patients. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the thorough evaluation and help I received after a sports injury. Reg was helpful in explaining physiology and the reasoning behind the plan he made for my treatment. He took me at the level I was at, didn’t talk down to me or over my head. He listened to concerns and treated me with respect. He valued my time and I am very glad that I made this appointment and sought out the treatment at integrity rehab. I recommend this clinic for Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure to use both Integregity Home Heath and Integregity Rehabilitation Service and have been very pleased with both services. After having a total knee replacement surgery, I required the use of both services and from the clerical to the therapists all were very professional and treated me as if I were family answering all and any questions I had any time they arose. They worked with me around my schedule and I know I would not have done as well as I am I am doing now without all of there help. There was great communication between the hospital and home health and then again between the insurance company and rehabilitation services. I would and I have highly recommended this company to my friends looking for physically therapy services.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joshua Kalista is my physical therapist at Integrity as well as when I was in their Home Health Program. From both aspects of care, Joshua has been compassionate, caring, and thorough. Joshua has been effective in providing explanations for the “what” and “why” in regards to each movement or exercise. In addition, Dr. Kalista had invited a student therapist to be involved with my treatment, in which Joshua was able to address my session while engaging the student, and effectively engaged us both.

Fantastic experience: Li-Hsing Wei Is a great PT! He is very thorough during the initial appointment, and addresses every concern that the patient has. His approach to the therapy is methodical and targets every area that is required for full recovery. After numerous surgeries, and years of PT in military facilities, he is clearly the best PT that treated me.

Fantastic experience: I can only speak for the Occupational Therapist at Integrity Rehab but, Leah Venard is outstanding. She took her time, listened to her patient, and gave fantastic feed back. All while teaching an aspiring occupational therapy tech, after giving my consent of course. I am very happy with the care I received from Leah at Integrity Rehab.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied, was referred for my child’s sports injury and waited 4 weeks to be seen for an appointment time after school. I called and verified 2 hours before the appointment because I had not received any confirmation. Arrived 15 minutes before my child’s appointment as instructed to fill out paperwork. Once we called to check in, the very rude female that answered the phone stated there was a note in my child’s folder to cancel due to the doctor not being available. Yet, two hours earlier the appointment was verified. She also stated there was a note to contact the parent, but no contact was made. She then attempted to reschedule the appointment, but the earliest appointment they had for an after school time was 22 days later. My child has a sports injury and needs rehab in order to heal properly, Integrity rehab does not have the child’s interest in mind, or they would not make patient to wait over 40 days for an initial appointment for an injury.

Fantastic experience: Kelli Wilson is an exceptional therapist. She showed geniune care and concern for the patients. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: My daughter went to therapy at the Killeen location. We called to cancel upcoming appointments due to a death the in the family and an upcoming deployment. We were told by the therapist that it wasn't a problem we could call to put her back on the schedule after we were done. Called today to find out that she had been discharged from services due to no call no show. Which we had canceled the appointments and let them know why. The receptionist Jennifer says oh well don't know what to tell ya. Those were her exact words. Well so sorry we didn't factor in a death In the family. Update: I love how their response to this post was about their valuable appointment slots, since we canceled her appointments and called back as directed by the office to be told she had discharged. So after following the offices instructions she was still discharged and now we should go get a new referral to come back, Oh and after deal with the most Ill mannered receptionist ever. After all of that we would rather our children be seen by somewhere more family friendly, that doesn't penalize for following instructions or death. And we are definitely not paying to deal with someone as hateful and unprofessional as Jennifer was to us.

Fantastic experience: Integrity rehab is committed to the care and improvement of clients they serve (adults and pediatrics). As a graduate student working with Kimberly Mitchell I witnessed positive outcomes in clients’ language, cognition, swallowing, and speech skills. Kim goes above and beyond for each patient and their family. She demonstrated to me how to combine clinical evidence, research, and family/patient preferences to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I just graduated the program after a total knee replacement. From the front desk to the account office the ladies assists me were the best and very professional. My therapyist had a program for me that took me from a walker to walk on my own in two months. they are a super group of people and I'm looking forward to working with them after I get my other knee replacement.. Fantastic experience: Sarah Zapata is one of the best therapy that I have the pleasure of working with. She has been with me thru all of my treatment awesome and a wonderful lady.

Fantastic experience: This is my third round with these folks. I've been through 4 surgeries in less than a year and a half and three of my recovery periods were with the help of the therapists here. Great people, friendly, courteous and capable. I am pleased that I was referred here by a physician and all of my recoveries have been right on schedule.

Fantastic experience: I had surgery on my hand Oct 2019 and started coming to Integrity for occupational therapy. I really like the staff. They work very hard with and for their patients. Integrity is very accommodating if you need to change your appointment. During covid the clinic had to make changes to the way they saw patients. It was an easy transition, at least for the patients. I had to have surgery on my left hand again in June 2020 and started back. I was able to return to my therapist Leah, who I just love. Leah is not only my therapist but now a friend. I would recommend Integrity to anyone who needs any kind of physical therapy. Integrity offers a wide range of service for adults and children, to include in office, telemed, and home health.

Fantastic experience: the therapists and staff at integrity rehab are amazing. they not only taught mybson to speak they helped me how to speak and teach my son. when ever we had issues I could ask them and they would have answers. we have since moved but I still can get advice when I need.

Fantastic experience: My son went to integrity for speech for a few years. I brought my little boy who could barely talk and trusted the care and knowledge of the speech therapists there. They are fantastic. Some days my son was totally not feeling it and they rolled with the punches and he always ended up having a great time. I am so thankful for the ladies that got him where hes at now (ms kim , ms karen, and ms patty) they all hold a special place in my family's heart. I would recommend integrity a thousand times over!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to see Anne Smith on the pediatric side. The front desk was polite and helpful but this physical therapist was AMAZING! I cannot stress this enough. So many people disregard children. They don't talk to them, they don't include them. This was NOT the case. She was kind and friendly. My daughter was completely comfortable and she was a great help to ease my mind and be informative.

Fantastic experience: If you want expert assistance to help you reach you PT goals, Integrity Rehab is where you want to be. Atul and Brandon are so good at training or retraining you to help your body work better. I enjoy going even though I know the session may be hard...its all designed to help me.

Negative experience: UPDATE! So I get a call from Leanne the front office manager about the review I left below. Leanne goes on to apologize about the miscommunication in regards to my initial visit. Leanne states moving forward that I wont have to come in so early and that for my follow up, she hopes that my therapist wont be late given that she comes from Temple and there may be traffic. Wait, so you mean to tell me that I as a patient needs to be on time but the therapist/employee doesnt with the excuse of traffic? I then get told, "I'm not sure if you're aware about the traffic in that area but it can get pretty bad especially with all the barriers." The way Leanne made it sound was as if my therapist is late on occasion where I've already expressed not liking to wait. I was raised if you think there might be traffic, you get up earlier so that you can still be on time. I then ask about switching to someone else that will not have a problem getting to work on time where Leanne then suggests I move my appt time to the afternoon where I do not have availability to do so. At this point I have wasted 31.00 on my copay to get told to just Buddy tape my fingers together and never mind the fact that I was initially only going to get 1 roll of tape from integrity where the therapist wanted me to keep it on 24/7 for 2 weeks. When I asked about getting extra, I was told it held up in water (IT DIDN'T) and that they were waiting on a shipment to come in. When my appt was pushed back to 3 weeks instead of 2 I was then given the 2nd roll... Miscommunication for scheduling, greed for 2 small rolls of tape for my finger, being given a heads up that, I hope she gets there on time given that she sometimes encounters traffic is a joke! If I hadn't written this review would I have been given that heads up? What if I had another appt to get to and my therapist was late and wasnt given the heads up that she comes late on occasion? Unprofessional all the way around. Needless to say my follow up is canceled and I will be looking elsewhere for future appts. DO NOT RECOMMEND! .... ..... ..... I was told my appointment time was 0840 so I get here around 0820 ... 0855 rolls around I ask if it is common practice to wait 15 minutes passed my appointment time. I'm then told my appt was for 9am Another individual came in earlier where there was miscommunication with this his appt. At this point I do not recommend this facility and will be asking my provider to refer me elsewhere. Now 9:02 and still havent been called back when I've waited for so long and have expressed my dissatisfaction.

Fantastic experience: This place literally was amazing!! I went because of a work injury and they were patient and kind about helping me walk again!!! They were even patient when I accidentally overslept and made sure I could still get some therapy in. Amazing place
