Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and helpful really great at their jobs gave me all the information and instructions to get me back on my feet my doctor even told me that they did a good job they did their job and I followed their instructions and now I walk pain free and very happy for the outcome

Fantastic experience: Dallas is a phenomenal therapist. He cares about his patients way beyond, the injury they're getting treated for. Sorry long post coming, but it wouldnt make since without the backstory. I had PT this morning, poor Dallas asked How was my bday yesterday? I lost it and started, crying pretty heavily, he instantly came over sat beside me & asked What's going on? I was finally able to get out, that it was my 1st bday without my mom, she died very suddenly and unexpectedly a few months after my bday last year. Instead of being able to celebrate it, for the 1st time in 5 years, we met with Detectives, who had spent the last 4 years trying to to solve the gruesome passing of 2 family members in their 20's. They knew who did it, & the reason absolutely devastated us! They were 2 days late paying back $90, that they borrowed to fix their car, so he went around bragging to multiple people, he made an example of them, so other's knew to pay him back by the due date. Unfortunately there was not enough evidence for them to arrest him, because everyone was to scared to go against him & he didn't leave any evidence behind. Needless to say we did not celebrate my bday. We went & bought stuff to decorate the graves instead, my mom still wanted to do something small, but I wasn't up for it, so I told her this year, we'd go big and make up for it. All my family is in FL, I moved here with my son when he got stationed here, but now he's in a different state, and I'm pretty much here alone. A friend kept me out, most of yesterday, so I wasn't just sitting at home thinking about it all day. But it hit me like a ton of bricks last night & then I got more bad news, Thankfully not anywhere as bad as last year but more than enough to overwhelm me and poor Dallas got way more then he bargained for just by asking an innocent question. Throughout my session Dallas spent a lot on 1 on 1 time with me, keeping me distracted by having me focus on my PT, all while making sure I was mentally okay. Most guys would have ran & dumped me off on one of the girls, but he was the 1st one to come over to me. I've been in PT off & on for 5 years and I can honestly say I've never had a Therapist who was so compassionate and good to his clients. I appreciate him more than I could ever show and am very blessed to have been lucky enough to be assigned to him!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time having to do physical therapy. So my nerves are everywhere! Let me tell you the amount of grace and empathy Cydney has shown setting everything up for me has been so amazing. Being out of work and balancing finances has been my most stressful part and she remembered to give me a call back and let me know what my cost would be so that I may budget myself properly. Thank you Cydney for your amazing customer service!

Fantastic experience: Everyone on the staff at this location is amazing. Dr. Tiffany and staff go out of their way to ensure their patients are cared for. Also, they are beyond knowledgeable and friendly. They have made my pre and post surgery rehab less stressful and fun.

Negative experience: Went to the Temple South location back in 2022. The physical therapy itself was fine. Lasted several months; until the insurance stopped covering the visits. Received a bill Feb. 2023 for services rendered in 2022 totaling a little over $500. Spoke to a manager who said we actually had a credit and the bill was in error. A few days later we received a credit of $13.93. Forward to June 2023 and I received another bill for (again) a little over $500. Rep said that they spoke to my wife in Sept. 2022 who said we would pay according to our insurance's EOB. I knew nothing about that conversation nor did the clinic ever say we had anything outstanding when I went in (I was required to pay the insurance's cost before I was seen each session). And that conversation they say my wife had with them was in 2022 - months before we received our credit, so I thought it was simply an error on their end and all was resolved. Today the rep said that we indeed do owe the $500+ bill from the services in 2022 because of two things: a deductible that was not met, and a new piece of software that they switched to internally. At one visit I was told that my copay was increasing, but nothing else was ever demanded of me regarding paying more to reach a deductible. So - I was told by one person that the old bill was in error and not to worry about it. We received our credit and I assumed all was taken care of, until this most recent bill. And I am being blamed for lacking the ability to magically know that they switched software, which dictates that I owe more. The therapists are fine. But the billing is confusing, and the "help" is frustrating, placing the blame back on me and my wife for their software and miscommunication. Next time I'm injured, I'd rather suffer than do business with them again. Edit: 6/19/23: Followed the instructions on the billing statement to pay online. Online payment portal says balance owed is zero dollars and zero cents. None of this makes any sense.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the highest recommendations I have made after going to other PT therapies in this area. The patient service coordinator and therapists are welcoming and therapy was so rewarding. I never thought I would get through my most recent injuries but Tiffany and Kimberly really know how to get you motivated and where you need to be physically. I would recommend anyone going here. If I could give them a 10 star review I definitely would!!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Tiffany and the staff were absolutely the kindest, most helpful group of ladies I have come across in quite some time. If you need PT, I suggest you start here. You will not be disappointed in the least. Side note: Everything was also nice and clean, which I also loved ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kari and Amber were both amazing. They made me feel very comfortable. I can tell they truly cared about my health and progress. They were extremely patient and thorough with me. I highly recommend them!
