Negative experience: Would not recommend this place very rude and unprofessional

Positive experience: The reception was rude and unorganized. They need more friendly and professional people at the front. For example, the West Killeen office is the prime example of how to be kind and work with customers. I am using both offices and the only reason I visit Harker Heights is because of the distance. Therapists are great knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I just finished physical therapy with Integrity at Harker Heights and had a very positive experience. All of the therapists were caring, concerned and very helpful. I saw Farooq mostly and he challenged me to do the very best I could. I am very thankful for the help I received at Integrity. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Mikayla Kenney is a very knowledgeable physical therapist. She makes the visit comfortable and enjoyable. Mikayla makes sure I understand each exercise and the purpose of it, also if the exercise is causing any discomfort or pain. Integrity Rehab is a very clean and comfortable location, the staff is very courteous and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have been impressed with my treatment plan they have been providing me, the care and concern of the staff, the members, the facility is well kept, clean, and relaxing. I would highly recommend anyone who would like to be treated as human and have their issues managed, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I had chance to work with two therapists so far and I am satisfied. Exercises that they showed me to do at home helped me a lot with my back pain.

Fantastic experience: I came to Integrity Rehab for TMJ issues. When I first started I was not able to fully open my mouth. I had experienced jaw pain and clicking in my jaw on and off for years. TJ was able to quickly find the root cause of my issues and resolve them. From my first appointment I saw immediate results and relief. Since starting physical hterapy my jaw has been fully functioning and the range of motion in my jaw as increased back to normal!

Fantastic experience: Stephen was phenomenal! Knew exactly what to do and how to get me back on my feet. Made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained what was going to happen and why he was having me to do the exercises I was doing.

Fantastic experience: OT Taylor is so caring! She makes sure you understand what you need to do and doesn’t make you feel rushed…even if you’re the last client at night. Can’t say enough to express how great they are.

Fantastic experience: Occupational therapist, Taylor, did a superb job evaluating and diagnosing my physical therapy needs for left elbow tendinitis. She quickly created a plan for my therapy and explained it to me. Taylor is very courteous, a great listener and I enjoyed meeting her and look forward to working with her to heal my tendinitis!

Fantastic experience: Lora is exceptionally. She explains in detail to ensure I understand the entire purpose of each exercise. I feel so much better after my time under her guidance.

Fantastic experience: I'll just come out and say it. TJ is a phenom in the PT industry. Genius level, especially when it comes to pelvis issues. I traveled from Utah to see TJ on the extreme recommendations of another client of his. He diagnosed me immediately and performed corrective actions that many PTs before him could not seem to figure out!! I walked out with a different body and a clear understanding of how to maintain it. The trip was well worth it as the care I received is priceless!!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Reginald was very helpful, patient and thorough. He made me feel very comfortable during my consultation. I have also seen Jackie and another lady (her name might be Patricia, but I am not 100% sure) for my physical therapy sessions. They were both amazing! The manual therapy and exercises they gave me were helpful for my injuries. They were very caring and patient. Although I have only had a few sessions, they are definitely helping me. I am appreciative to all of them.

Fantastic experience: Am finally back with Tejinder Singh! He's so popular and am still going to have to get on the waiting list, again, but he is worth waiting for! He hasn't changed a bit, he's still the greatest 'listener' and warmth, caring Physical Therapist in my world! I completely trust him with my care and I know this time am getting out of this wheelchair!! It's been a rough journey.. but, am almost there. Just seeing him again gives me inspiration. He definitely helped me relieve some pain, today! Yay! I also love the atmosphere here, it's a lot of positive energy amongst the rest of the Physical Therapist from the entrance with Ivie whom welcomes people with open arms as if 'it's' home. She brighten up the place along with her cheerful smile and I especially enjoyed meeting a new Physical Therapist... (sorry I can't spell name)..she knows who she is.. She has a Beautiful soul and funny and sweet loveable towards people in general. Yes, I will definitely recommend Integrity Rehab Harker Heights! Everyone here are wonderful. Fantastic experience: Ladies & Gentlemen Titiliest Certified Physical Therapist in Killeen! The ONLY one near you! I did my research and specifically chose this location from the rest due to the rehab credentials mentioned above. I’ve been to other physical therapist and it is NOT the same despite what your are being told. The facility looks new, very clean and well maintained. Easy and plentiful parking at the store front. And more importantly, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Reginald Van Hellen is your Director; as well as, the certified golf rehab professional. I found him quite interested in my well-being and rehabilitation- he will fully explain your therapy and how the exercises your are performing will improve your strength and flexibility. Give this office a try. You will not be disappointed; and more importantly, they are in the Humana Military/Tricare Network. Thanks KW

Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed by Holly Martinez and the thorough evaluation she performed based on my referral to Integrity Rehab in Harker Heights. She was the consummate professional. She explained each step of her evaluation and the reason for each aspect of the evaluation in terms a layman could understand. She has a wonderful personality that immediately places you at ease. I trusted her implicitly and would ask for her in the future if I needed a physical therapist. My therapist Stephen and his team listen to your pain and put together a set of exercises to help you achieve improvement in areas of concern. Fantastic experience: Integrity rehab is a wonderful facility, im more than glad i started my daughter speech therapy sessions with integrity rehab, the staff is very friendly and professional, and my daughter therapist "Destiny " she is been a GIFT, we love her, my daughter definitely loves her, my daughter usually doesn't go to anyone easily but as soon as she see Destiny, my daughter can't wait to get out of my arms and throw her self at Destiny, she built a great connection with my daughter which helped a lot with the speech sessions, the therapist uses different activities with my daughter every session and she makes it fun and educational at the same time, then she writes in a folder every visit what she is working on with my daughter for the week and give us our homework to work with our daughter at home, my daughter has improved since we've been taking her to integrity rehab. Also we can watch our daughter in her speech sessions thru zoom while we are waiting in our vehicle that way we see how the therapist interact with our daughter so we can use these techniques at home. Im more than happy with integrity rehab center harker heights. I love taking my daughter to her AMAZING THERAPIST and watch my daughter progress every session. ❤❤❤

Fantastic experience: I have done therapy with TJ several times with my shoulder, back & hips. I have lived with chronic pain all my life and TJ has helped me learn which exercises I can do to improve my mobility. I have seen many other therapist before with poor results. With all the help from Integrity Rehab & TJ I have been able to reduce my pain level some.

Positive experience: I went to Integrity Rehab with my pain level in my shoulders and neck at an 8, and my back at5or 6. Three weeks later my back is at 0-1 and my neck and shoulders at 0-3. They use every method possible to help me. The Dry Needle therapy on my neck and shoulders helped me so much.

Their knowledge of a variety of injuries has been very beneficial after my accident. It has been a great pleasure to be assigned to him and the facility. I don't pray to ever go through what I did to get referred to physical therapy, but if I ever do again, I will be glad to work with them again. 10/10, highly recommend.

I have limited mobility which can be depressing at times but the positive feedback for the smallest progress brings me back to a favorable reality. Fantastic experience: My son Douglas gose to Ms.Patty for a speech therapy over 2 and a half years and he has shown tremendous improvement since he's been with her and he really enjoy working with her because we can tell she is very compassion about what she does and very meticulous,thorough.He has seen other therapy before but she is the best of best. We live in Cove but we dont mind driving to heights, because we know our son gets the best therapy, she definitely earns her pay check and highly highly recommend Ms. Patty.
