Fantastic experience: This is my second time , first time i had bad experience with the clerk and the assistant very inhuman, and dried with patients, this time was totality different, im glad those people was not there that day. Thank you Ms Ashley and the front desk

Fantastic experience: About once a year I am attacked by psoriasis, if it wasn’t for integrity urgent care I would be thousands of dollars in debt to emergency rooms! Five stars, I’m in and out and the staff is over the top professional.

Fantastic experience: Was not feeling good on Friday and called my Insurance carries for an office to get looked at and get some medicine. They directed me to Intregrity Urgent Care and got in right away. They was a small wait for the doctor but when he came in took a look and told me pretty much what I knew and sent some prescriptions off to the pharmacy. I highly recommend them as they were very professional and took care me and how I was feeling right away. If your insurance uses this facility I would recommend it highly.

Fantastic experience: I was satisfied with the service i received. I didn't understand why i needed a chest X-Ray if my lungs sounded clear. In any case, I would come back if I need to.

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end I was greeted promptly, seen by the provider, and quickly diagnosed. Never having been to an Urgent Care before, I was happily pleased with their service. And, how quickly my needs were met. Compared to an Emergency Room the experience was fantastic. I hope when I receive the bill that will keep me thinking, Fantastic!!!

Fantastic experience: The physician PA-C Carroll, that treated me was amazingly receptive, responsive, attentive and extremely professional. I would love to have her as my primary care physician if I could. Very professional and down to earth. The wait was minimal and the whole staff was friendly and professional. Try to make your appointment online, it helps minimize check-in. Please don’t hesitate to visit this clinic with it’s current staff. Definite

Fantastic experience: Integrity’s platform to make an appointment is quick and easy. The rate for my appointment without insurance was less expensive than all the other urgent care facilities in Killeen. All of the staff was very pleasant and thorough.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is very efficient and staffed with top-notch providers. The patient’s patience is not tested at this clinic, as their nurses and PA’s are kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: 12 Oct 24 was my first time going to that urgent care on Trimmier. Everyone was very nice and it was a quick wait period. I told them if I ever needed to go again that is wbere I would be going to. Yes I would highly recommend that one!¡

Fantastic experience: Integrity is a perfect name for my experience with these guys. I went in first thing in the morning because I was suffering from what I thought to be a bad infection. I thought I’ll go in, get some antibiotics and it’ll be done with. When the nurse inspected my injury, at first glance she thought it may be a somewhat bad, but not that bad. She started on the path with what I had anticipated which was to get some antibiotics, give a few days and it should go away. However, upon cleaning up my injury, she saw something that concerned her deeply and said I should go to the ER immediately. She could’ve easily, after the initial inspection, gave me some anti biotics and send me on my way. But this action showed that she truly cared for the well being of another human being. I went to the ER, turns out it was worse than I thought. I was admitted, treated for sepsis, and had to undergo surgery the next day to remove an abscess. After 5 days in the hospital and close monitoring, I was finally discharged. Had I waited another day, this may have turned out worse. I want to thank integrity urgent care and that nurse that helped me when they opened at 8am on Saturday. Fast service and the staff show they truly care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: The team from the front to the back was great. The nurse who helped was so nice and funny. She gave me a shot and I didn’t even feel the needle. The doctor was so nice and she didn’t give me tests to just be giving it. She gave me the options to decide. Such a great place to go, to be taking care of when you are not feeling well. Fantastic experience: Had an appointment scheduled same day for severe strep throat and was seen quickly. Front desk was nice and helpful. Doctor and nurses were phenomenal and compassionate. Best help I’ve gotten at an urgent care in my life. I don’t remember the names of all of the team, but I remember Paityn being a name on the white board. Thank you to the team for the help, I am feeling so much better already!

Negative experience: I came in and said I need rabies treatment. They took me in, so I'd assume they do rabies treatment. Once the doctor finally sees me, she tells me they don't do rabies treatment and to go to the ER. They should've told me they don't treat rabies in the first place rather than lie to me to collect on my insurance money.

Fantastic experience: I went to Integrity a migraine that I had for 3 days. The nurse and the Dr were so nice they gave me some medicine and made me feel better very quickly. They both had very good bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: I took my son in Thursday because he was having an asthma attack. I asked the front desk person if I should just go to the ER instead. She immediately went and for the doctor and took my son back. I truly appreciate the fast care that he received. Everyone was very kind and we received amazing care. Fantastic experience: Great Staff.. .they weren't taking Walk In's but they made me an appointment and they took very good care of me ..sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy fast too!! Very refreshing and impressive!!!

Negative experience: I took my grandson here for a sports physical. For the eye exam, they had him stand back about 15' from the chart. We already knew he needs to wear glasses, but without them I knew he'd have a problem with the exam. When at that distance he could not see the chart, he was guessing the letters. What I didn't expect, THE EMBARRASSMENT HE SUFFERED FROM THE STAFF, 3 LADIES, LAUGHING AT HIM BECAUSE OF HIS STRUGGLE WITH THE EXAM. It made me feel totally inadequate as we listened to this mistreatment.

Fantastic experience: I called and was able to go there without an appointment. The staff was so friendly. I felt very comfortable there. My grandson went there for a sports physical. We filled out the forms and was called right after. The doctor was such a comedian. He kept it professional but kept me and my grandson laughing. I would recommend anyone to go there. The wait is not long. The office is very clean. They has a frig in front so you can get cold water. If I have an emergency I will go there again. Thanks for being such a great facility.

Fantastic experience: My visit was on 08/19/224, I was feeling really bad, my blood pressure was dangerously high and my doctor's office is further away and does not have extended hours. I informed staff I was suffering and recently changed medications and did not want to go to the emergency room. I knew there were limitations but I needed help. The staff acted quickly to get me registered and seen, they were all compassionate and helped me the best way possible to make me comfortable. I was informed of medication given and what I needed to do afterwards. I may have seemed like i was nonchalant because I was suffering, but I was so grateful!

Negative experience: On 08/05/2024 my wife came by for a pregnancy test. The guy at the front desk told told her that it cost $125.00. Then after 2 hours waiting and done we the test. He said that she has to pay $50 more etc… honestly she didn’t understand why, but I think that was supposed to be expressed at the begging when she came in. Also, she said the guy inside the clinic taking care of her was rude and unprofessional. Aside, the receipt looks like a convenience store receipt. I’m just not happy at all and planning not coming back with my family needs.

The prices are more affordable than an emergency room & if you call they will let you know if they can treat your symptoms. The service is so quick & I personally always recommend this location. Negative experience: My visit here was a waste of time and money. The provider Ashley did not pay attention to the medication I was already on and prescribed a medication that could not be taken together. Thank God the pharmacy caught the interaction. The 2nd medication she prescribed needed a prior authorization which they don’t do so it was a bust for both meds she prescribed. The staff seemed nice enough but they loudly discussed patient information outside the treatment rooms and I could clearly hear what they were saying.

Fantastic experience: The doctor was just wonderful, friendly front-desk staff and everyone else! Got in very quickly with minimal wait. Organized and helpful. We’re from out of town and we were so thankful that you were able to help my kiddo when we needed it. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Very quickly got in to see a provider. Got a diagnosis and care quickly. When I can’t get in with my provider at my dr office I will always come here.

Negative experience: Extremely rude staff. My symptoms got a lot worse suddenly, so I decided to come in. We walked into the clinic at 7:35 and they close at 8 PM. A lady with short hair stares at her watch as I’m walking in as if she can’t stand the fact she got another patient. Even the doctor was in the hallway just pacing slowly back-and-forth waiting to close. The first thing she tells me when she takes me back is, “Why’d you come in so late?” in a very angry manner. The last time I checked when a service or a business says they are open till 8 PM….. THEY ARE STILL OPEN. Also, when my mother asked if she could go sit with me in the room, she harshly said no because My mother hadn’t Finished filling out the papers. So she’s not allowed to come sit with me because she hasn’t finished filling out the papers but they’re allowed to take me back before she finishes the papers? After she asked me why I came in so late even though there was still 25 minutes before closing she told the doctor to “get a swab to test me real quick”. If you can’t handle when a patient comes in because you want to go home you’re in the wrong profession. The receptionist was a lot more pleasant.

Negative experience: Went March 3rd after experiencing a choking event while having dinner around 6PM. After the event we proceeded to come to this location as they were the only ones opened but would close not long from when it happened. I told the front staff what had happened and just wanted to get checked out to make sure I was okay. They quickly rushed to another individual in the back, a moment later an older black female pulled me aside and said that they were refusing to see me and that I should go to the ER for a CT scan. I explained I just needed to have my throat looked at, and possibly a chest x-ray, which I know they can perform since they did so when I had Covid a year prior. She told me absolutely not and sent me on my way. I then spent 6 hours at the ER where all they did was look at my throat and gave ma chest x ray, I didn't ask them for it, I didn't suggest it, NOTHING, that was EXACTLY what they did. 6 Hours of wait, 3 minutes of care and I was out the door. Now I have an $800+ bill for the $500 copay to the ER and 300+ from the X-ray and the 3 minutes of looking at me. I strongly feel this facility owes me money I now have to pay to the ER facility I had to visit because I think they didn't want to look at me so late into the day as they were getting closer to closing and had almost NO ONE in their waiting room. Talk about a bad diagnosis.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely the place to go!! All the staff that was there March 7, 2024 at 5:30pm was so nice and helpful. I was in and out in a short period of time and it was so hassle free. I made my appointment on line around 4:30 and was in by 5:30.

Fantastic experience: Been to this location several times for both myself and my kids. We've always been able to be seen or made an appointment. Both the front desk, nurses, and doctors are sweet. They are beyond patient with littles and have always helped figuring out what's wrong.

Negative experience: Experience with the front desk was good. But the nurse who helped my wife and daughter had a very rude/disrespectful attitude and do not try to hear when we had a complaint. She also just brushed it off it when I confronted her and just told me to talk to kristen the area practicing manager. I would avoid the nurse aspen( I don't know how she spells her name).

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I came here with my dad for shoulder pain, since he fell and thinking he may need an xray. I did not think anything else was wrong with my dad. The MA, Roanne took his vitals and noticed his oxygen level was low. She checked multiple times before letting the Provider Meghan know. The provider came in to check on my dad. My dad does have to wear a hearing aid and they didnt make my dad feel uncomfortable or act like they couldnt talk to him. The provider checked my dads oxygen levels an noticed it was low. My dad got a chest Xray and an Xray on his shoulder. The provider was very nice to my dad and explained her concerns to my dad about his chest xray. She informed we shouldnt leave and wait for a 2nd opinion for readings on his chest xray so we stayed. When she got the information she needed she told me and my dad we should go to an ER and not to wait it out because what she seen on my dads chest xray is concerning. I asked all the questions i could think of and the provider an Roanne were able to answer questions I had and made my dads health a priority letting me know that my dad could get dizzy, faint, have an possibly have a stroke. I was not expecting to hear any of this ,we only went for his shoulder pain. I end up taking my dad to get seen. My dad had fluid in his lungs and has a mild heart failure. If i didnt take him in to be seen by the provider and MA that was there yesterday I would not have known any of what I know today about my dads health. I am so very thankful for the help, from the both of them!

Negative experience: The only reason I’m giving one star is because you HAVE to make a selection. The clinic really doesn’t deserve any stars in my opinion - based on my experience. I was told to schedule an appt because they are not accepting walk ins. I show up 15 min prior to my appt as instructed; an hour go by so I ask the receptionist how much longer will it be - she stated at least another hour because we only have one provider at this location. After a 2.5 hour visit, I was told by Brittany (Nurse Practitioner)I have an upper respiratory infection & some sinus drainage , no meds or prescription needed, just come back if my symptoms worsen. I called back next day to let them know I was getting worse & wanted to know if Brittany could see me as she stated she would in this case. I was told by the receptionist I’m sorry we’re full today & not accepting any walk ins - you can try our other clinic or i can schedule you for a different day. I decided to go somewhere completely different because at this point I’ve lost all faith in this company & guess what…..I was previously misdiagnosed by Brittany. The new Dr. I saw said I show no signs of an upper respiratory infection or sinus drainage. This was just a terrible experience all the way around & I would highly not recommend this facility for anyone who cares about themselves or their loved ones. I wish my insurance company could get their money back. Thanks for a waste of time & a misdiagnosis!

Fantastic experience: Got great care, Ms Ava and the nurse practitioner took care of special needs child very well. I like how they kept the front desk a d lobby clean.

Negative experience: Called at the beginning of the week to schedule a DOT physical. I was told to arrive anytime on Sunday as that is the day the person who does the DOT will be there. I confirmed that no appointment was needed. I arrived Sunday at 9:30 AM and was told "that person did not show". Perhaps, it'd be beneficial for both if y'all scheduled appointments. A notification of cancellation could be sent to avoid wasted trips on our end as well as less people coming into your care center for no reason.

Fantastic experience: Brought my son here not long ago for an ear infection. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I had a great experience and will definitely come back for future medical issues.

Negative experience: Worst place wouldn’t take me in and front desk lady very rude and disrespectful. In the medical field your supposed too see a patient and can’t deny a patient. I will be letting others no too not come here.

Positive experience: I've been here several times now for myself and for my kids. Honestly, it is so much faster to go to this care facility than it is to try to book an appointment with my PCM or go to any hospital emergency rooms. Last time I had something come up with my toddler, I went to the emergency room at Carl R. Darnall and ended up leaving after waiting two hours since they were still so far from calling our names. The longest I've had to wait at this place was about an hour before being seen. Pleasant experience with the front desk staff and the nurses/nurse practitioners. They all seemed pretty knowledgeable and were friendly and caring. I also appreciate that they take Tricare Prime and are able to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy on base so I can still get my meds for free (whereas if I send it to H-E-B, I have to pay for the meds). I wish there was a big more space in the waiting area since it's a bit narrow in the hallway with the seats that lead to the bathroom. Overall, a great urgent care facility.

Positive experience: They are great if you know what's up and are in a pinch for time, but , if they have to diagnose the situation. You got a 40 / 60 chance of being miss diagnosed other than that they are great. Example, I had strep throat and I was given mood elevators and told I was just stressed and tired. Seton medical diagnosed it to be strep.

Fantastic experience: All staff was friendly , clean facility , offering water and coffee . My physician Makaila marsh was very detailed and checked everything on me that I was getting seen for . For an urgent care I felt I was seeing my primary doctor . Most urgent care don’t even check anything on you nor take your vitals just take their test and discharge you . Fantastic experience: Took my 6 year old son here. They did fantastic with him. Explained to him on his terms. Roanne was super sweet and patient with him. Plus the kids room that we waited for the doctor in was very interactive and decorated to catch the children’s eyes.

Positive experience: Doctor was very friendly, only complaint is that receptionist could have informed us how long the wait would be so we can make an informed decision about whether or not to keep waiting. I believe it was about 2 hours before we were seen and others had to reschedule their already set appointment because even they were being delayed beyond reasonable waiting times. Staff should really keep patients in the loop about the possible wait times.
