Negative experience: A terrible and fraudulent organization. They will incessantly send collections notices for bills that you are not responsible for. After you spend weeks and months getting it cleared up, they will just send your supposed debt to a different collections agency and repeat the process. This will go on for years.

Fantastic experience: My nurse practitioner, Kenya Toranetta and her assistant (can't quite recall her name, I'm sorry. Younger, short, and dark skinned black woman with natural hair) were both AMAZING. They were both very kind to me and made me feel so comfortable. It was by far the best experience with this type of visit I have ever had. The woman who checked me in and out at the front was also incredibly kind and helpful, just an overall great experience today. I highly recommend requesting these 2 women for your yearly obgyn exam. Sorry but my mind is just blown by how pleasant that visit was for me, as all my past yearly exams were very hard to get through because of poor attitudes from staff, pain during the exam or general awkwardness.

Negative experience: I was given an estimate of 94 or 98 dollars for a ear cleaning, I can't remember which number exactly, and now I'm being charged $300. Make sure you ask for the estimate to be typed up or something, or they will rob you blind.

Positive experience: Went to see NP K Freeny and I had very poor communication with her. She wasn’t courteous very cold hearted didn’t seem concerned about my Needs and didn’t quite want to understand what I was told to do. Even tho’ I know what I was coming there to be seen for, but another obligation that’s somewhat tied into the situation and circumstances that I am Totally upset about didn’t set with her. She’s very adamant about her field of understanding, lack of empathy towards me. Didn’t even care how I felt and I almost got up to walk out the room from the way how she talk to me like I was beneath her and I am 63 years old. She didn’t care I was a senior.

Negative experience: Tied to get the flu vaccine was told only by appointment only. Hospital time more important then the patient's. Also was informed that I was reassigned to a new provider with out my authorization.. Will be months before I can get seen as a new patient.......

Negative experience: I didn't have a good experience with NP Hudson. I didn't feel like my concerns were addressed and was told I don't look like I have PCOS because I am thin and don't have excessive hair despite me telling her the OBGYN diagnosed me with it.

Fantastic experience: First time patient at this location and it was simply amazing. The staff upfront were kind and quick to get me signed in, definitely recommend downloading the BSW Health app and do the e check in for quick service. My appointment with Dr. O was amazing, he was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable when I asked him questions. The nurse Courtney was amazing too, overall I recommend this place because everyone makes you feel comfortable and the service is fast. They also accept walk ins!

Negative experience: I am a disabled veteran, purple heart, covered 100%. This clinic is my assigned community care clinic. They billed me over $600 for my first scheduled visit. Scott And White told me upfront everything was 100% covered. I called VA and they verified I was covered for the visit and they contacted Scott And White to work it out. I’ve been harassed constantly with calls from collection agencies 3 to 4 times a day. This goes on my credit, affects my security clearance and can cost my job. I am afraid to even go to the doctor anymore in fear of more bills that I’m covered for. This has been going on eight months. Scott And White is terrible, don’t use them.

Fantastic experience: I really love this clinic. I always feel welcomed. Everyone greets you with a smile. Even if you call the clinic, everyone is friendly and helpful. I am a patient there since 3 years and met with almost every provider in this clinic. And each single doctor or nurse I met with is nice. Every health problem i ever had was adressed immediately and questions are always answered.They definitely care about their patients. Waiting time is always short.

Negative experience: Baylor Scott & White West Clinic very disappointed in the way you handle covid testing forcefully did the test up my nose made my nose bleed for 3 weeks did not want to believe me when I told them I had covid. when I spoke with the doctor didn't believe me when I told them how I was feeling and they put their personal beliefs and feelings before professional work do better

Negative experience: Today morning we had Dr Appointment, a reception lady pushed my Husband pull up the mask to he's nose or leave the building . We left the Dr office without any argument. So Dr Kelly Dye loosing money because the smart reception workers . Plus nobody care the patient why he or she can not wearing mask because.... So congratulation , this kind of workers really "nice" treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but good care from the reception desk to checkout. Dr. Wilson is fantastic. The ladies at the front desk are always timely and good conversation while they inprocess. The assistants who take you in, take blood pressure, weight and review your records have always been friendly and competent. Dr Wilson was a very good listener, performed a good exam and addressed my questions and issues. I have to go minimally every 3 months and I don't remember a time they were behind. I tried a "family practice" that was horrible and was recommended to here by a nurse and have not regretted the change once.

Positive experience: I liked the nice staff but my doctor never gave me a direct response if my leg was hurt and what to do. I had an x ray done but I never saw the results. My doctor then said I needed an ultra sound to see if everything was ok. She directed me to the check out point and hurried off. I talked to the woman at the desk and she called up a number saying they only do ultra sounds in Temple and the next availability would be next month.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilson is GREAT. I was really nervous about moving to Texas and finding a good primary care doctor with a lot of my medical issues but she made me feel so welcomed and took great care of me! It’s nice to have found such a great doctor here!

Negative experience: If i could give a 0 star i would I was given wrong info as far as my appt time and the doctor (S) wouldnt see me and i made this appt about a week ago and have to wait another 2 weeks before i can be seen again terrible service, that being said i was told i will have a $0 payment that my plan covers it just to find out i gotta pay $50. This places gives false information. I dont know if i will even keep them

Negative experience: The ppl are nice...but keep an eye on your bills, this place is nothing more than sodomizers. I'm still getting alleged 'bills'....7mo after my last of only 4 visits (1 of which being an ear cleaning done by a nurse in 3min) & paying over $700...WITH insurance. Every time I inquire they say that something 'was being processed' (SEVEN MONTHS LATER?!!!) & ask them to check all accts for anything pending, they say 'nope, all paid' & 2mo later I get a new bill that's 'past due'. I'll now dispute thru my credit report bc there's no WAY I owe anything more than I've paid & they can't give me an explanation or see if anything is pending all of a sudden? #SHADY business dealings much?!!!! I'm poor, not stupid tyvm!

Fantastic experience: The people and the service is really awesome. The only thing I'd look out for the facility charge that Baylor Scott and white sends to the insurance. I have a blue cross blue shield PPO no copay deductible is 6k. Luckily I had a HRA card to cover the $216. Everything was covered when I did my well woman stuff, but I had to meet with the main doc to "establish care" and found out I was fine with seeing the other lady. So that was a moot visit. Whelp I can't change the past. They still did work regardless if i needed it or not. I'll give 5 stars for Dr. Melissa Barnes the best lady doctor in town!

Fantastic experience: Took my Son there today and very happy I did! My son received a negative strep test last week at Urgent Care and today he tested positive, and they took their time and made sure we were taken care of. From the front desk, Nurse Amanda, Dr. Sankoorikal and Ashley at checkout I was very pleased and beyond happy with them. Thank You all for taking care of my Son!

Negative experience: Do not go here. I tried it out for a year and it's over priced, the doctors don't care about you at all. They just try to get you in and out as quickly as you can and if you try to talk to them about a medication you're already taking when you're there due to a flu they will tell you that you have to make an entirely separate appointment for that issue. Their staff is unfriendly most days and have no interest in making you feel welcomed, worst doctors office I've ever been to.
