Lone Star Circle of Care at Killeen

Fantastic experience: I took my seven year old grandson for the first time to his dentist appointment. The staff was kind, gentle and attentive to both of us. I highly reccomend Lone Star Dentistry.

Negative experience: El personal muy amable, mi niño llego con asma y mucho dolor de oido lo atendieron rapido para el asma pero la doctora nunca le envio el antibiotico para la infeccion de oido por que supuestamete se lo vio bien, 2 dias despues aqui tengo a mi hijo llorando por el dolor de oido de la infeccion que tiene. Por eso le doy 2 estrellas ya que por lo que veo tendre que llevarlo al hospital

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased O'Mara the PA was so amazing with my children and accurate, nice and kind thank you Soo much. I cannot forget Iliyah the MA that assist with my daughter's shots was soooo amazing my girls really forgot to cry now that's skills all doctors offices needs for toddlers when it comes to getting poked by needles the front desk ladies had so much patience with me and mine l give them love as well. I'm truly happy l chose Long Star Circle of Care Killeen on Clear Creek. Great team! I thank all of you.

Fantastic experience: Seriah did the flu shot on my daughter and she said”I didn’t feel it and it was fast. that was good.” Seriah is very good and she did great.

Fantastic experience: All three of my kids have been coming to this clinic essentially from birth. I’ve never had any problems providers have changed but the staff is always smiling, nice courteous, and the providers do their best to answer all the questions asked they listen and work with you for the best possible care for your child.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this clinic and their care to all my family and friends . Our provider Kaelin Omara was the best when she saw my daughter , she was very kind and very professional and answer all my questions. The staff are very caring and kind. The medical Assistant Laura and all the Medial assistant they always in a good mood and very friendly .

Negative experience: I sure miss Dr. Navarro. They lost a good caring doctor when he left. I would not reccomend this location as of currently. The care is not the same or attentive.

Fantastic experience: We love our PCP Dr! Her name is Dr. OMara and she has a great bedside manner which is something I look for in any Dr. LSCC only has a 2 month scheduling calendar but when we call to schd my daughter for her yearly follow ups it’s easy to get on the books.

Positive experience: It says they are temporarily closed where did they move too?

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend at all. They move you locations without telling you then give multiple excuses as to why. You get a different story each time you call and they are unwilling to accommodate parents

Fantastic experience: My dad came in as a walk in for some medical advice and the young lady that assisted him was super helpful and got my dad an appoitment that same day and also helped him with getting him on a program registration because he has no insurance. JESSICA IS THE BEST!!! MY DAD WILL FOR SURE BE COMING BACK! HIS MEDICAL ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED!! SHOOT OUR FAMILY WILL BE COMING TOO!

Negative experience: Very long waits for someone to answer phone calls, called to tell them I was coming late due to rain weather and car concerns. Arrived 15 minutes late and secretary said Dr. Does not accept anyone past the 15 min. Mark, no matter the circumstances.

Positive experience: The only compliant that I have is the patient portal to schedule appointments online dosent fully load. I can get most of the information in then it just freezes. And the wait for someone to answer the phone is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Very organized! I love the kindness and warmth in the atmosphere. They communicate with you from the moment you walk in. It doesn't feel rushed. My baby was a new patient today and I absolutely loved it.

Fantastic experience: I want to write a special review to Elizabeth Winfield she’s amazing doctor she took the time to call my daughter to make sure that she was feeling better she didn’t have to do that she reminds me of my grandmother we love her !!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Navarro is one of the best doctors I know around here he is very professional he always makes sure to answer your questions. I moved to killeen about 3 years ago not knowing the area and not sure what doctor to go with for my children iam very happy I found him.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Navarro is a great doctor. He is verry profesional and care about children. One time he did a perfect diagnostic with my son. He was not feeling good And when he check him he send him to emergency because he was having apendicitis symtoms. My son had the syrgery on time. Thank God And the doctor for gira right diagnóstico.

Fantastic experience: I love lone star. The staff are always so helpful and kind. Dr. bailey, is the best pediatric doctor we have ever had! She is so genuine and takes time to answer/address any concerns I may have about my children's health and development. If you're looking for a clinic I highly recommend this one!

Fantastic experience: I love the staff, the atmosphere, and of course the doctor. He genuinely listens to my concerns for my son, and understands his special needs. Even the staff remembers my son's needs and to keep to a routine. I am so glad to have found them.
