Negative experience: OB is the worst! They want you to come in 15 minutes before the actual time the appointment is scheduled. Then you have to wait over 30 minutes on top of that 15. Complete waste of time.

Negative experience: Disabled? You're a criminal. At least according to this clinic. Dr. Tran does your nerve burn procedure and then misses the pain nerves? Yea, well, you'll have to pay out of pocket to fix it and they won't refill or schedule your appointments. Try to talk to someone? Yea well, you'll get berated and hung up on. You won't be able to get more than a few words out because they feel that their job is more important than your incredible pain. Under the age of 65? Your pain isn't real. Record all your conversations with every doctor and receptionist. Texas is a one party consent state. Don't let anyone scare you into thinking you're doing wrong. The doctors are shady and treating me badly. Don't be a rug, stand up for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Better than I expected, everything went really smooth here. I was seen fast, hardly waited long at all; barely had time to do my paperwork. Nurses (I saw an NP) and all staff were really friendly. I would consider this location for sure. It was much better than the temple clinic!

Negative experience: I went for lab work and they took me back 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The person who drew my blood was not friendly, didn't tell me when she was going to "poke" me and within an hour, the inside of my elbow was bruised! I will make sure to not go back there again.

Positive experience: A very pleasent atmospheare,wear your mask though they do take temps

Negative experience: Came in last week for a pediatric visit with my daughter's and was first told I cant wear my gator mask and was given a paper mask. I then witnessed multiple children accompanied by BOTH parents, yet today we were denied the opportunity to BOTH attend my child's pre-op appt, was then told my 6 YEAR OLD must wear a mask, state law mandates 12 AND UP, and neither of my children wore a silly mask last week. As I'm approaching the ENT department on the 3rd floor MA's are scrambling to reapply their mask. Talk about horrible communication and double standard.
