Fantastic experience: Dr. Marsh and his staff are all wonderful and attentive to your specific needs. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone felon needs an excellent pain management provider.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to been going to Dr. William S. Marsh’s office Texas Sport & Spine since 2010… for the past 2 weeks I was having muscle spasms bad…I called & got appointment Ms. Scarlet Foster for early June, was put on the waiting list if there was a cancellation… they called back & got me in before lunch… then got a appointment for this afternoon for an injection, Dr. Marsh really knows how to get the right spot to give me relief. The whole staff, from the front desk to the nurses & techs are respectful, polite & friendly. They really take the time to take care of my Pain needs. I would highly recommend Texas Sport & Spine - Dr. William S. Marsh!
Negative experience: I used to LOVE this clinic and still admire Dr Marsh but I was talked to like a child by Vanderpool only because I inquired if she was running late AGAIN . Well as usual she was she books 15 min appointments and she knows her appointments won't be less than 15 minutes. Remember that most people have to return to work. But I guess the more patients the more money she collects. They have let go of some of the sweetest people and some of the staff is so rude by example when I asked if she was running late I don't even know where she came from and immediately without any compassion to the patient she said We can reschedule you... REALLY? so I just drove from Kempner to your office waited to be called for you to just inform me I can be reschedule.. WOW and then to just be talked to and be told you were rude to people I have never met in my life. Vanderpool is knowledgeable but man does she think she is above us.. I hate to loose Dr Marsh and Belinda but I won't be talked to like I am in the principals office and also state that I am a spouse abuser in front of my husband. She stepped a bit too far. So if you want to sit and wait like you didn't have an appointment and can't speak up because then they will scold you after waiting hours past your appointment time this is the place for you lol
Negative experience: Do not see Ms Foster in this clinic!!! She is an assistant that is miserable and has NO beside manner. My family member has went here for years and and no issues until the last several months. My family member use to see Dr Marsh. No issues with him. However, this lady tells you to take Tylenol to make your pain to go away. What kind of person has no compassion to someone that is in pain?!?!? My family member has documented injuries and no regard for helping with pain. She said just because your in a pain clinic doesn't mean your getting pain meds!! She is rude and has a terrible disposition! She treated my family member like they are a drug seeking person. My family member is NOT that type of person. Frankly, I would not take my dog much less a human to see her! Ms Foster needs to be evaluated by the Medical Board. Very inappropriate and very unprofessional. Since when is it ok to talk to elders like that? No regards for quality of life what so ever!!!!!
Negative experience: I wish they have 0. He seriously does not care about patients and talks down to them especially if they have accent. My experience was horrible. And never went back.
Fantastic experience: I would rather have a facet injection than go over to Metroplex for an xray, but you cannot have to former w/out the latter.
Negative experience: 0 STARS: If you’re a disabled vet or even someone who is having extreme back pains AVOID this place completely! First, the customer service when making appointments is like trying to talk to a teenager while they’re on the phone searching TikTok! Like talking to you is the last thing they want to do… just very unhelpful. Second, no matter what’s going on with you, this doctor wants to try everything in the order he wants to not ever taking into account what you already know works. Now, since I haven’t been to him since 2019, the young lady on the phone tells me that I would have to go through all of the same procedure that I’ve ALREADY TRIED AND DIDN’T WORK again before trying what I want! I don’t know if it’s ignorance, arrogance, or just a plain ripoff because the young lady couldn’t say why… I’ll take my chances with the VA. At least you know what to expect and at least they treat you like someone who has sacrificed their life for the well being of others.
Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Marsh and Mrs. Vanderpool for many years. I absolutely recommend them. They help me with my neck and back pain. They listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. The entire staff is very polite and helpful!
Negative experience: Got to my appointment 20 minutes prior, got checked in, and waited. 15 minutes past my appointment came and I still wasn't called back, so I walked up and asked what's going on. I was then told Dr Beth is running behind, okay cool I get that. An hour pass my appointment, and I'm still waiting. A full hour and still haven't been called back is beyond ridiculous, if you're that behind, you should reschedule people or not overbook yourself that you can't see people at their scheduled appointments. This also isn't the first time waiting a ridiculous amount of time.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for over 15 years. I've received excellent care from Dr. Marsh and Ms.Foster, P.A The staff have always been polite and kind.
Positive experience: I have to take my mother to the pain clinic. She is 86 she has scoliosis.There all nice.there..Dr Marsh does a excellent job when it comes to keeping my mother pain level down. I have been taking her to Dr Marsh office for the last 4 years. She also has degenerative arthritis. Dr Marsh has kept her out of the wheel Chair.. Thank you Dr Marsh and your team great job. We are very great full. Thanks
Negative experience: I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. First time visit and it was all a bad experience. Arrived 15min. early, i didn't get to see the Dr. until an hour and 30min.later. He spent about 3min. with me just to tell me that he won't treat me since I'm going to go through operation. Then he down talked the Dr. that referred me to him right before walking me out of the clinic and telling his staff to treat my visit as if I never had one. Funny that my visit was to be treated as if I was never there, yet they still kept the money for the visit. I have seen many Dr. 's around the country and overseas, this is by far my worst experience with a Dr. that made me feel so insignificant as a patient. Without any remorse to tell his staff right in front of me; treat this visit as if she was never here". (verbatim)

Fantastic experience: Doctor William S. Marsh and his fantastic team were excellent today!, Called them at 8:04am this morning with no doctor referral on hand yet in a lot of pain explained my situation and i was booked in within minutes same morning 2 hours later i was sitting in front of Doctor Marsh Called all of the local clinics and no success, days away some wouldn’t take me in because i am self pay, Here i was treated like its supposed to be, professional, clean, everyone had masks, to the point and just moving forward to Whats better for me the patient. I strongly recommend this fantastic facility and team ! Thank you ! I feel better already God Bless
Negative experience: I went to him for a few years. Very rude, bad bedside manner. Then I found a pain management doctor who puts you in a light sleep. No more pain during back injection, because I am sleeping. I have not had any injection since 2015 and I only take Ultram for pain on occasion!
Negative experience: This place is horribly rude. My appointment was at 10 and I didn't get seen until 10:45. When I mentioned this to the front desk I was told it was out of her hands. Then the assistant tired to bully me into more steroid injections, that I've already had at another place. She said she would do it in another area. I wanted to see the results of my MRI but the "system was down" BS! You should be able to burn that information or save it. I have a strong feeling she didn't even look at it cause she didn't know about the surgery I had that definitely shows up on an MRI. When I told her that I don't want injections due to the FACT that they are not FDA approved since September 24 2017. She told me there wasn't anything else she could do and that Tricare wouldn't help me move forward with my care unless I got more injections. More nonsense . I was in such shock I made an appointment. I'm cancelling it! I'm just not comfortable with the care at this place. I no longer wish to be a ginny pig. All they care about is money. They are really harming people and taking Tricare money. Rude and uncaring

Fantastic experience: I was first treated by Dr Marsh in 2009 for neck and back pain. The relief was immediate and I also used some home equipment recommended. Unfortunately, we had a pcs and I had not found such a caring doctor since. Now we are back in the area and I am so glad to be under his care again. The staff is very supportive too.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I are both retired US Army vets with spine and neck injuries. We gave up on the VA for treatment and transferred to Dr. Marsh and Staff. We are completely satisfied with our treatment with his office. From lifestyle changes To R.F.As Please if you hurt book an appointment

Fantastic experience: I brought my husband here for the first time yesterday, 4/5/18. We were greeted immediately with a warm welcome. The medical assistance that performed my husbands assessment took her time, displayed a wide variety of knowledge and above all truly cared. After Dr. William Marsh joined us. Let me tell you something we don't know what's going on with my husbands back but I have never left an office feeling like we are finally on the right track. Dr. Marsh displayed above and beyond what normal doctors tend to display. In over and year and a half of fighting with the VA we have a doctor that is willing to treat us as human beings again. The level of compassion, the desire to listen and the level of care is well over 150%. Thank you Dr. William Marsh and all your staff for being there for not only my husband but for myself. We looking forward to our upcoming appointment(s).

Negative experience: My husband had been going to Dr Marsh for over 9 years and seeing Dr Foster which we liked but his staff needs total attitude adjustment, they have messed up his appointments numerous times either canceling and changing date and time or just calling us and giving us the wrong time of the appointment and they have been extremely rude when I have asked them that my husband hates change, my husband gets frustrated easily (he has ptsd and hates change) goes off on them and we are told we are no longer welcomed by his office manager Jessica, so I don't recommend this office for any veteran after we have been treated
Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome doctor! I went to Dr. Marsh because of sciatic nerve pain that is excruciating and I could barely walk, sit, sleep or do anything. He was very friendly, informative and really took the time to help explain to me what was going on (then he proved it with an x-ray). I got an injection, which I was really nervous about, and I am so glad I did. I feel terrific now. I can walk, stand, sit and lie down without hating life because of the pain. Dr. Marsh's staff was really great too. They could tell I was in pain and did everything they could to make me feel better.
Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this doctor because he is a Hippocrates and doesn't like Scott and white , has talks down about your previous doctor and tells them they don't know what there taking about
