Negative experience: No one answers the phones, staff is mostly rude, and don't want to do their jobs all around the USA has horrible healthcare. Things need to change. Only thing good here is the pharmacy.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today and left before being seen. They took me back to get my medical history and the MA was very respectful. Minutes later someone else walks in and doesn’t address me or say their name or why they are in the room. It later becomes clear that she is there to help train the other lady. They went back and forth with the nurse being rude in her disposition and her tone with the way she was correcting the other lady. They went back and forth on simple things like not asking me my gender because that doesn’t change and what to click. They even had a little argument about how to spell Q-tip. The other lady explained to the nurse that they call it something different. At this point I’m now aggravated and let them know that my kids are going to start getting agitated because I felt uncomfortable with the back and forth in the room. My hope was their would be less micromanaging and more respect after I said that. They finished and sent me back to the waiting room because the doctor was running behind. I was fine the the intake questions and waiting on the doctor but I was extremely put off from the private interaction I had. I’m sure me being uncomfortable came off as not being patient but I can assure you that you wouldn’t have wanted to be seen either after the uncomfortable interaction behind closed doors.

Negative experience: I’ve been calling for the last 3 months to both their numbers and never a response I have been having to go to urgent care to get checked cause I can never get an appointment and when they do decided to answer and schedule an appointment they call the same day of appointment to cancel. I’ve been in this game around for over 3 months.

Negative experience: The worst possible place to get medical care. These bureaucratic idiots don’t care in the least and probably want you to die in order to lighten their workload. A national-level disgrace for those who serve or served their country.

Negative experience: I've been calling for 2 days on 3 different phone numbers still no answers. I finally got tired of them not doing their job and had to drive there to make my appointment in person. I called their number while waiting in line and watch them not answer. Wth

Negative experience: They get the job done but they have no manners. They treated my daughter like she was an object and Darnall is just as bad. I recommend going off post if you need pediatrician.

Negative experience: horrible care. i went in there in unbearable pain, the doctor did NOTHING. LITERALLY NOTHING to help me. wouldn’t give me a referral. wouldn’t follow up with me. LEFT ME IN MORE PAIN. i had to go to the emergency room the day after because the doctor made the pain WORSE.

Negative experience: Horrible Turnaround service. Called in advance for BP Med refill and received a phone call back within 72 hours just to inform me that they could not see what medicine and dosage that I take. I have been with this clinic since 2018….and have had the same medication. After I advised the nurse that I was completely out on that day, she advised me that she would talk to the Doctor and give me a call back the same day. Never happened and can’t ever get through when repeatedly calling and being transferred to the Active Duty Hall. I would give them a negative rating if it was allowed.

Negative experience: They are impossible to reach on the phone and never very friendly. Even after I had a call to confirm an appointment, when I showed the next day, they informed me it was cancelled and the doctor I’ve been scheduled to see doesn’t even work there anymore. Super unprofessional.

Negative experience: Everytime I have come in either to pick up a prescription or have lab work done there has been problems. Went in lab Wednesday stood for a few mins. Waiting for recep. Lady comes up asks if I been help told her no looking for a bell she rudely pulls this cardboard sign with a little pink dot on it came n front of me. I'm use to the big silver bells no need for rudeness. Then I'm told my lab request didn't come through I would have to call them to fix it. Mean time two people not doing a thing not busy couldn't pick up call the place to verify appt. Have also had problems with them not having my prescriptions verified.

Negative experience: Aside from the fact they opened the doors after 0700 and 90% of the staff walked up at 0656, they don’t maintain the standards they request of the patients.. Pulling their masks off or down behind a computer, finishing a text rather than give immediate assistance to a patient walking to the desk.. Come on, now people. Do your job or someone else will.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with a walk-in flight physical. Drove almost 3 hours to complete a physical, with no notice, and they conducted part I and II before 1400. Shoutout to Catrina Caswell for being outstanding and going above and beyond to ensure I completed the entire thing in one day. If you need a flight physical done quickly, come here.

Negative experience: They are sub par and never answer the phone. My doctors change monthly and they always mess things up to where I have to constantly call and hold the doctors hand to get things taken care of correctly.

Fantastic experience: I went to get an XRay of my right foot done. The XRay tech was very kind and showed me exactly what I had to do. She was very fast and the environment was very clean and sterile. I was seen fast and was able to get to labs and had my blood drawn very quickly. I went at 8am so there was no waiting or lines.

Positive experience: Baltron is the best terrible doctors but she is the best she is mine and my mothers doctor. I COMPLETELY RECCOMEND HER! if the assistant is still in training she's right there on the spot.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor actually talked to me for about 15 minutes rather than the three minutes I've seen elsewhere. I got in at my appointment time. Needed labs, waited there for about three minutes, in and out. Also used the pharmacy, took about five minutes. All in all really impressed!

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I guess people do that when they are upset. I had a Dr. at this clinic I didn’t like (she’s long gone) but the nurses helped direct me to a new Dr. they thought I might like, helped me get my PCM changed and I usually have no trouble calling and getting in touch with someone. They don’t refill meds here but every time I get a new Rx it takes 10-15 minutes to get them filled. Much faster than the main base pharmacy. I give labs here a couple times a year and it’s always quick. Front desk people are always super busy but are always friendly.

Fantastic experience: Unsure why rating is so low. Best experience for annual eye exam. They broke everything down for me to understand, I picked my glasses, and service was extremely professional and friendly. Super clean bathrooms too.

Negative experience: You know I usually don’t leave reviews if they are bad but today I am writing on my experience with my daughters doctor. My daughter is 3 and her left eye is bothering her and it started pointing towards her nose.......they did a virtual chat.....my husband answered and guess what they didn’t even ask to see my daughter they didn’t look at her at all!!!! Then they gave him a number for the optometrist and he told her we need a referral.. doctor said oh no sir you don’t need one, so he called and guess what he effing needs one .....called the doctor back and she is busy leave a message....they don’t take your kids health serious and now my daughter is going to the ER for help.....thanks

Negative experience: If 0 stars was an option I’d do that. Never answer their phones, and the PA/doctors are absolutely clueless. False diagnosis forcing me out in to to get actual care and pay for it out of pocket. Thanks for the help.

Negative experience: If I could give it zero stars I would. They never answer the telephones so it's almost impossible to get any help. My first PA there personally called me, yelling at me because I continued making appts until she figured out what was wrong with me. Sometimes she wouldn't even walk in the room to talk to me. I had to get changed to someone else at the same clinic. My son was very sick and they didnt do anything, not even a chest xray. I took him off post to find out he had pneumonia. They tend to brush all symptoms off as nothing. It's impossible to change doctors with tricare so you're pretty much stuck. The worst "medical care" I have ever seen.

Negative experience: Horrible clinic, with horrible employees. Went there because I was too sick too work and was sent there by my superiors. They didn't check my vitals, they didn't check my temperature and they barely asked any questions. They didn't even tell me to sit down and the door remained open the whole time. All the lady did was rummage through the drawers, ask stupid questions and didn't look me in the eye once. They said I was good to go back to work when I clearly was not. Spent the whole day in the bathroom and covered in mucus.

Negative experience: This is the worse clinic ive ever seen and their office hours is CRAZY you close at 5pm but u turn me around at 415pm saying the clinic closed when on the door and website it says 5pm and they people that work their is so rude and very unprofessional this will not be the last bad review this clinic gets from me i will be filing a complaint.

Negative experience: I have to wait 26 days for an appointment to get a referral. Then probably another 30 days to get the actual appointment. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: Care providers are sub-par. Getting ahold of them is practically impossible, getting results from lab tests takes an extremely long time and you have to constantly harass them in order to get answers because they will not call you back.

Negative experience: I have received such horrible service when trying to get medical records sent over. We waited FOREVER to get a referral because we were waiting on medical records. We have moved from the area, but I had to reach out to them again for immunization records for my children and was told they wouldn't send them to me. They would only send them to a doctors office or to the school I am enrolling them in, which is unknown at the moment because we are in between houses. Not only is it hard to get an appointment there, but the doctors were inconsistent and took their time with diagnosing cases. My daughter had a lump in her arm and it took over a YEAR to get it diagnosed. They sent me to specialist after specialist and took their sweet time with getting those referrals in so we could actually go. I am so glad we are done there. They did nothing but fail us.

Negative experience: This place is loud and irritating. The staff do not seem to understand how to use computer programs to clear print out medical letters. The pharmacy, however, is fantastic. They are competent and always understand what I need when I have to transfer Rx to another pharmacy. The nurses and PAs are nice and always spend time listening and examinations are through. But the front desks of each hallway is very irritating and loud. The kids do not have quiet toys to play with, instead they bang on the walls. Some books and quite toys would be nice. There are also too many personal conversations that happen at the front desks and this increases the overall loudness of the facility.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient Here since it opened These reviews Are about 190 from my experience. Loud? Not ever unless you're wondering off in space and they have to call you four times. Even the soldiers are Wuietand friendly. I have been assigned to two other clinics and all were well staffed but by one poor overworked and overwhelmed care provider and I still liked her. Personally these people sound like jack-donkies.

Positive experience: "Loud", "rude", "the black women are only friendly to other black people", what kind of racist reviews are those?? I've only been going to this clinic for about 2 months now and every time I've gone the doctors, nurses, and staff have been nothing but nice to me. It's always easy to get through when calling for an appointment, and I'm always in and out when I go for my appointment as well. You treat people with kindness and you get kindness in return. Maybe the other reviewers should stop acting like jackasses and their experiences won't be so bad.

Positive experience: Call, call and call, just to be either hung up on or on hold till it times out. I'm retired, assigned here by TriCare..have had 10 different Drs in about a year. Pharmacy does a great job, as does XRay, and lab. Front desk isn't much help. But it's not too hard to find what you need by yourself.

Fantastic experience: I can understand from previous comments that it can be frustrating when phones are busy at the clinic. However I have been taking my son ( who is special needs) to RCHC since he was born and his doctor and nurses are amazing. The MSAs at the front desk always go above and beyond for us. I have been in there before and seen people be ugly to staff because they didn't get their way but it was in no way the staffs fault, just rude people. So to each their own but I love this clinic and my sons provider.

Negative experience: So sad to be greeted with eye rolls and asked "what do you need "[rudely] rather than how may I help . I am a person who comes in smiling and I receive rudeness back . Sad thing is no amount of ice complaints will change the handful of nurses and or front desk administration. I apologize if me and my children are inconvenient to you for now on I will choose elsewhere to receive care. The military needs to cease hiring these individuals who have negative feelings towards helping and or assisting soldiers and their dependents. You don't like your job leave and someone else will love it and treat others with respect. I pray I never have to come back here. As of the people who have treated me with respect thank you very much.

Negative experience: Great medical staff but incredibly rude and unprofessional people at the service desks. They feel like they somehow can treat Soldiers as if they are our drill instructors. Almost every time I have been there I've had to wait in line because someone at one of the desks was on the phone having a personal conversation instead of doing their job.

Negative experience: The clerks are loud at front desk. They are in there own little conversations. Good luck trying to call to get any advice been in there several times and phones are ringing and they ignore them and just keep talking loudly like people who feel bad want to hear there nonsense. Don't get me started on some of the Doctor's attitudes and treat you like your some type of junky you leave feeling like nothing you were saying was heard . Went in there with my ankle swollen to the size of a grapefruit, Already been to ER which they were more helpful than the Dr I seen at Russel Collier, She Gave me Tramadol for my pain which I take welbutrin xl and the interaction between the two is seizures or serotonin syndrome which is deadly. No thanks I think I will be finding a new clinic or go off post.

Negative experience: Just as everyone else has said, calling the main line is useless. I've been in the clinic and watched the front clerks blatantly ignore incoming calls while sitting at their desk, they've ignored calls while having personal conversations with other employees, and there's been a few times where the clerk is on their personal phone while ignoring phone calls. I would like to add the providers have been amazing and the overall wait time for provider appointments is minimal. Getting checked in for an appointment is very swift and efficient. *** Update *** I had to stop in today because I couldn't get anyone on the phone since last Thursday. I walk up to the front desk, phones are ringing off their hooks, and there's no one in sight (yes, I have picture proof). The Apache wing desk - a ghost town as well. I do want to make it clear that I have no issues with the woman working the front desk - she was amazing. I feel as though she's filling multiple hats, which leaves the front desk a low priority. In fact, the reason she was absent from the desk was because she was having to assist someone in filing out medical documents. The bottom line is this clinic is understaffed, and/or their roles and responsibilities, and priorities, aren't well defined.

Negative experience: No one answers the phone when you call.....and if you hear a busy signal that just means they have taken the reciever off the hook so the people that work the desk can all take a break at the same time.

Negative experience: I believe the front clerical department need retraining or more people at peek hours when calls come in. 90% of the time I am on hold no less than 10 to 15 minutes at a time. And if I'm at the clinic there's one clerk on the phone assistancing patients and two having personal conversations with other staff members. (While phone rings) The change at the Russel clinic has not been an improvement. My provider is wonderful and is the reason I stay with Russel clinic.
