I also appreciated their approach to therapy, beginning with massage and heat therapy before progressing to exercises and stretches.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Carolina addresses and fixes the root causes of injuries and pain instead of treating the symptoms. My back pain was caused by imbalanced and limited hip-mobility, which Carolina identified and helped me correct. Now I'm squatting and deadlifting pain free!
