Always there to provided answers and suggestions and guide me back to recovery and heath. The team is always there to great you with a smile and provide positive motivation as well. Positive experience: often times it is packed and i feel it affects the attention you get. if you can’t give full one on one then at least print out my workouts so it doesn’t feel like im annoying you when i ask what’s next. also had carpal and cubital surgery done and I don’t know whether the therapist I got that day was ill-prepared or thought I was bsing about having surgery before handing me 15lbs but lifting <10 lbs is ill advised for the first 3 weeks i found out the hard way (my pinkie and index got inflamed) and my ortho said the therapist should’ve known better but that’s that. i will say the front gentleman is very attentive and has a great spirit but i don’t see myself coming back. i put it on wallahi go anywhere else if you want to be looked at properly.

Fantastic experience: Chris is very helpful, and he identified my problem and we have been working on it. Along with Preston, Ju, Arthur and Henry. The other staff is very helpful as well. Scheduling is convenient as well. The gentleman at the front desk is very patient, always has a smile, and makes scheduling a very smooth process considering my work schedule.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE going to Physical Therapy at Kelly Hawkins, ON Flamingo Road! Aaron is the Manager, & he's Highly Trained, & very Knowledgeable! I've GONE there before, for 12 wks, after my LEFT Shoulder Replacement, & I COULDN'T have ASKED for BETTER RESULTS! That was September thru November of 2021. On May 2, 2023, I had my Right Shoulder Replaced, so 3 weeks & 2 days later, I started with my NEXT 12 weeks of PT. Katie was MY Therapist/Trainer THIS week, & I LOVE HER! She's a DOLL, & REALLY KNOWS her STUFF! SHE was THERE LAST TIME I went. Also Christopher Cadiz is my other Favorite Therapist! HE'S FUNNY, & FIT like YOU wouldn't BELIEVE! He helped me SOOO much last time! I'm looking forward to this Recovery, w/these talented people! Also the place is Cool, & Clean, with nice Music, wonderful Equipment, friendly, well trained staff, & it makes me FEEL like I have my OWN Private Gym, with GREAT Trainers! I REALLY DOUBT that many people ACTUALLY ENJOY Physical Therapy as much as I DO! But I have Kelly Hawkins, AND their WONDERFUL STAFF to THANK for THAT! AFTER my Right Shoulder Therapy, I'll BE having my Left Knee replaced (in 2024), & you BET I'll BE going here for that HARD Recovery! I WOULDN'T GO Anyplace ELSE!

Negative experience: Been here for the third time now and it has not helpled. Which is now the last!! The first day of evaluation is good, but then down hill afterwards. For me, it has made things worse, especially with severe muscle spasms afterwards. When I had a fall and hurt my kness they had me do excersises that snapped my back, knowing that I had been here before for back issues. There may be some good evaluations here but not everyone expresses the poor ones. I have serious back issues and they have not helped me! There needs to be more clinical professional support as many do not know what they are doing or care about us. In addition there is no follow up. They also should speak to the doctors who referred them so they know better treatment options. I am very disapointed. I pray they make changes!

Fantastic experience: I was injured at work and had to go through physical therapy to get back to work. I broke my tailbone and messed up a disk in my back. Therapy is painful when you start and as you are progressing though the process but worth it. I had the chance to have Preston be my therapist and he was really good. I got back to work with 9 sessions thanks to Preston and his staff. My Doctor that was managing my healing and worker comps case is very impressed with how fast I got back to work. I have Preston and his staff here to thank for that. I also did the exercises I was told to do at home, as I was told to do them. Yes, it was painful but worth it! If I ever need physical therapy again, I am coming back here for sure!

Fantastic experience: Aaron McDonald is the BEST physical therapist I have ever worked with! He's caring and kind and went above and beyond planning my therapy routine. Plus he does more than most, like dry needling. The rest of the staff is great as well! Everyone seems to genuinely care about my well-being. I like the way room is set up too.

They take the time to customize your individual treatment plan as you go and always make sure your limitations are acknowledged. They make the environment fun and are always friendly. Fantastic experience: I go here a lot all the people that work here are nice and professional they need to higher more people to help you i like going there for physical therapy because they always have time for you even when there busy everybody is nice they make you work hard to help you hopefully I won’t need to go any time soon but I love working wit the people other places I’ve been to act like they never have time for you I’ve been there for my neck, shoulder,knee 2ankle I love going there.

My injury is getting better with each visit. I even get HOMEWORK which I do (really). I have an enjoyable time each time I go. Love them all... they are family.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to your staff members at the Flamingo location. I had a neck injury and needed PT. I selected your location and am truly impressed with the services and the staff. I’d especially like to recognize my PT, Daniel and PTA, Camille. They are personable, knowledgeable, professional, and really work to ensure that my daily activities are considered when developing PT outcomes. The staff is always happy to answer all of my questions. I have been provided with exercises that can be carried over at home which definitely assists with the recovery process. Daniel also is certified in dry needling, a helpful pain relief technique. I am very pleased with the services I have received at Kelly Hawkins.

Fantastic experience: The team at KHPT Flamingo deserves to be recognized. Daniel, Ashley(former PT), Camille, Victor (also former PT), Tes, Gabby, Maggie, Maria, Chris, & Kristin make a wonderful team. I have been there before the renovation, and have witnessed how the office and management has changed and improved since then. The office and gym area area are always neat, clean, and organized. Sometimes, it could get busy when checking in, and could take about 10-20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. It also applies to treatment wait time on some occasions. Regardless, the staff are ALWAYS very friendly, respectful, patient, helpful, adaptive, considerate, and very competent. I have always felt a sense of security while being in the clinic, knowing that I am in good hands as safety is their top priority. They make sure that they keep their patients comfortable at all times. They are attentive to each of their patients, and are always ready to accommodate or modify plans, or use their creativity skills to tailor their patients’ needs. I appreciate how they gave me options, and helped me find the treatment that worked best for me (Daniel does dry needling!!). Lastly, they are very motivating, inspirational, and understanding; they care not only about your physical health, but also your emotional being as well. P.S. It is reassuring to know that Daniel and his team engage in more higher education (classes), as well as support prospective healthcare members (e.g. student interns, volunteers) to better his care for his patients and improve community health outcomes. Overall, KHPT Flamingo has excellent service, and I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My name is Scott McAnulty and presently a patient at Kelly Hawkins PT on Flamingo. I came to KH on Flamingo with surgery on my left elbow. Hurting and a little down from my restrictions that I wasn't use to, The staff, Dan, Cris, Camille, Maggie, Tess, Kristen, and Maria are amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They are the main reason I have progressed so far, physically, and with such a positive outlook. KHPT on Flamingo are second to none.

Fantastic experience: On May 5th of 2020 while running my by-weakly 5k run, I was jogging alone & had 1 minute left in finish my 5k. Well I was too close to a mental fence on my right & my right foot was going forward & caught the base of the fence which STOPPED me in my tracks fast, while my left foot was still behind me! Needless to say, I fell VERY hard on my left shoulder! It took me 2 or 3 minutes to get up & I was defiantly in sever pain!! I looked at my left shoulder & it was way out of the shoulder socket, ouch!! Later after my MRI was completed, my doctor told me that muscles & tendency were severly torn & referred me to "Kelley Hawkins physical therapy" close to Flamingo & Eastern. They helped me 100 percent! It took me 3 & a half months & my left shoulder feels fantastic now, probably 95 percent healed! I truly recommend the "Kelley Hawkins physical therapy" I just love how great they were & how kind professional & knowledgeable they were also!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience possible at this physical therapy facility. I was lucky enough to have walked through those doors and had Ashley as my therapist. Everyone from the front desk girls to the PTAs and even volunteers/students were great. I was so upset after my accident I thought it was never going to get better and everyone here helped me till the end. I am nothing but grateful for everyone at this Kelly Hawkins location (flamingo)

Negative experience: All I can say is that I expected more from this place. I was turned away because my referral expired. They only told me I had a certain amount of visits not that it was based on weeks or whatever came first. And when I scheduled the appointment I was not told to request a referral again or that my weeks had expired, no instead I was surprised after having rushed there from work today, and getting off early as well from work just so the receptionist could tell me they would not see me. Then I called asking to speak to manager or person in charge and was on hold for 11 mins then call dropped, and then on hold again for another 10 mins and nothing. Just wow! People come here because they are in pain, but I guess that does not matter to them.

Negative experience: Medical staff is unprofessional and front office staff does not call back to reschedule appointments. Could not be more unhappy with my experience here. The office was unorganized, rude & not focused on the patient. I would recommend going anywhere else! They are not focused on care. The staff also delete Google Review comments.. so I'll just keep reposting this comment.
