Positive experience: Went in for compression stocking fitting and the lady that helped me was wonderful. Was very thorough in getting me the right stocking for what I needed and did not rush. The front desk reception person did not say hello or acknowledge me in a timely manner. Upon check out, she did the same thing. I was standing right in front of her while she stared at her computer. She finally looked up and said “oh you are all set.” P.S. at check in and out, there were zero (0) patients in the waiting room. ????Customer service needs some improvement.
