Fantastic experience: My body is always messed up so I've been to a couple different PT companies. All the therapists I've seen have been solid and I know they cared and were invested in my recovery BUT at some places the therapists are just juggling too many clients. Not the case at OnePoint. Excellent therapists and the scheduling is such that they can give you enough one on one.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Virginia-Highlands clinic for about 15 sessions after rotator repair surgery in January. They were able to get me in for a new patient consult soon after my Dr said I was ready for PT. Scheduling was easy. Insurance claims all handled seamlessly (unlike a previous nightmare experience elsewhere). Jonathan was my PT. Fantastic!! He was thorough, knowledgeable and great at answering all my questions. A very kind and patient guy. I never dreaded the appointments as the environment and Jonathan made the time and hard work a pleasure. All the staff there are wonderful and I enjoyed the banter and chit-chat while going through the drills. Best of all, I really made meaningful progress. Highly recommend OnePoint and PT Jonathan Joseph.

Even better, I could tell a difference after one session, and the at-home exercises they recommended are easy to incorporate into a routine so keep the progress going. Fantastic experience: I worked with Jessica for about 4-5 months after my ankle fracture surgery she was amazing, attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone in the whole office is welcoming and helpful from the front desk to billing to the therapists. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to One Point for a few weeks after a total shoulder replacement. I have been incredibly anxious and apprehensive about the whole process (surgery and recovery). However on my very first phone call to schedule PT, I have felt confident and comfortable with my surgeon’a recommendation of Kelvin Carter @ One Point. He was able to fit me in for my evaluation in a very timely manner despite his already full schedule. He has also been very calming and encouraging to me during this process. Secondly, Stephanie has been awesome to work with for billing as well. My insurance plan has been a headache from day one but she’s been helpful and available to help get it resolved. You really couldn’t ask for a better practice for your physical therapy needs. Recovery is hard, the people helping you shouldn’t be - and One Point does their best to make recovery easier.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about OnePoint. We originally brought our baby to see Karleigh as he was learning to crawl and walk. He loved her, she taught me how to help him, and he developed so much! I’ve seen her with other kids, and she’s so kind and happy and wonderful. Having felt at home, I asked if they could help with some post-pregnancy issues. I’ve since started seeing Erin and am loving my experience. Desia is a warm welcome up front and super helpful when it comes to billing, insurance and admin. I love the facility, and parking is super convenient. I’m hard to impress, but this group is amazing while feeling down-to-earth at the same time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: You’re going to love this husband / wife operated, VAHI neighborhood PT clinic at Barnett and Greenwood Ave. Historic building with storefront glass, exposed brick and stacked stone walls. Professional and friendly staff, modern equipment and clean environment. Convenient and free parking on street at front door.

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful our pediatrician referred us to Erin at OnePoint. She is absolutely wonderful with our infant son (and with us!) -- I recommend her wholeheartedly. She's incredibly patient with all of my questions and it's obvious that she loves what she does. PT with a two month old can be difficult but Erin makes each session a positive experience for us all. We feel lucky to have her on our team!

Fantastic experience: I went to Collin for some sessions earlier this year. I had been having trouble with my lower back after an injury at the gym, which my orthopedist suspected was a slipped disc. After the exercises that Collin walked me through my symptoms improved dramatically and have almost disappeared completely. I was also shown exercises I could do at home to help once I wasn't doing PT anymore. I'd recommend Collin and his team to anyone. Fantastic place for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had some shoulder issues that I knew needed to be treated by dry needling. I was looking for an office that was included in my insurance plan and that I could easily get to by bike/transit. Fortunately, OnePoint fell under this category (it's on a calm residential street near the Beltline which I accessed from the 10th street cycle track from the Midtown MARTA station) and I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. After about 6 weeks, my shoulders feel so much better. Colin is professional, knows his stuff and puts you at ease, especially when he's about to do a minor neck manipulation or dry needle your tight as hell trapezius muscle trigger points. If you don't get what's going on, he'll explain exactly what's going on and maybe even go all science-y. Jessica, the PT assistant, is welcoming and a great support to the office. As an active cyclist and also office worker that spends hours in front of a computer, OnePoint will be my go to place for any other issues down the road and recommend this place to anyone needing PT.

I had my appointment yesterday with Colin; zero waiting and a lovely facility in a residential community. I felt that I had his undivided attention for the duration of my visit, and Colin's got the perfect mix of expertise and passion for physical therapy and biomechanics.
