Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my experience for the past 6 months in PT solution. I am always warmly welcomed when I got in. Dr. Dorothy listened to my trouble and taught me exercises to help recover. I graduated PT in 6 month, got my problem knee discomfort gone and equiped with knowledge to maintain a healthy life ahead. The price is fair, with my insurance it is $50 per one-hour visit.

Fantastic experience: I am so so grateful to be a client at PT Solutions! On August 4, 2022 I suffered a stroke and a heart attack. My balance was way out of normal. I had to learn to walk all over again. I never ever paid attention to walking on different types of surfaces before. Walking outdoors was a challenge. The doctors and supporting staff here at PT Solutions KNOW their stuff! My balance has much improved..so much so, that I walked into the facility today up the stairs WITHOUT us using the hand rails for the FIRST time since my stroke and heart attack! The environment here feels like family! I am pushed just a little harder than the time before, but enough to realize advancement in the moment. Fantastic experience: I had an absolute amazing experience at this location! The staff was extremely helpful both pre and post operation for my ACL tear and I have seen so much improvement in my mobility since the surgery! Highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: Here to sing the praises of PT Solutions - what an amazing group of people! Dr. May and the entire team are so welcoming and kind, and they go the extra mile to accommodate your schedule, your physical needs, and your emotions as you go through what can be a pretty difficult time. The exercises are always novel, and they push you hard in a way that you wouldn’t necessarily do to yourself - and that’s what gets that rapid healing going. I went from not being able to run for two minutes to running a 5K, pain-free, after just 2 weeks! (Not that that’s the expected rate, but it is something that’s possible ) Highly recommend the West Midtown PT Solutions location - get your regular exercise and your daily laugh quota in all at once. Fantastic experience: Amazing physical therapist. I came in with very severe neck pain that had persisted for over 18 months. I had already seen chiropractors, two other physical therapists, and received cortisone shots with little results. Dr. May turned my chronic neck pain around. He helped find innovative treatment methods, referred me to an excellent sports medicine doctor, and worked with me so that I could get back to the exercising again. I would recommend Dr. May to anyone. I wish I found their office 18 months ago!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? I began coming to PT solutions several years ago, after I strained my right arm moving furniture and boxes back into our renovated house. At that time, Molly and her team got my arm back in shape! Fast forward to about a year ago, and I was having issues with my back, then a sudden bout of sciatica, and my ongoing vertigo problems too. I was diagnosed with scoliosis in 2004 following a Pneumonia X-Ray. Over the last couple years that area of my back began giving me extreme pain when doing simple gardening and household tasks. Chris and his team have been excellent to work with. Chris (Dr. May) is very dedicated to finding exercises and solutions to improve all my problems. The most recent issue was tennis elbow on my left elbow! He's made that better too, over time. Also it's amazing how Chris manages multiple patients and staff members at a time, with great communication. He's extremely funny and comes up with comical quips at the drop of a hat. You leave there feeling great, inside and out, every time. Chris has also been a great listener to the many trials in my life. And his team, I have to say that they are all always amazing. I'm so glad I was referred to PT Solutions!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dorothy and Chris are amazing. They are busy, but always engaging. They make time to get to know each patient personally and make the time enjoyable. The mood is always light and I look forward to my therapy. They are innovative in their therapy and pair well. In three weeks I moved from living with significant pain to learning to prevent the pain from occurring. I love the fact that I was asked my hall for therapy and each session I work towards achieving the goal.

Fantastic experience: Dorothy was the physical therapist for my teenage daughter who is a dancer and had an ankle fracture. Dorothy was pleasant and patient and kind and did a great job working with my daughter while sleepy as our sessions were at 7am or even emotional and they did a variety of exercises during the sessions and shared exercises she could do at home as well. The fa initiative is clean and bright with great music and parking right out front! Also enjoyed the text appointment reminders. We had a great experience and Dorothy is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Chris and the other staff members at PT Solutions of West Midtown worked with me through my rehab from lower back surgery. They consistently urged me to push myself harder in the recovery, but never pushed me to extremes. I would recommend them to others with similar needs to mine.

Its been a great experience and I've been surprised at how quickly my symptoms have improved. If you are dealing with running injuries this is a great place.

Fantastic experience: Great place for PT. Became a lot stronger without even realizing. The environment is amazing and welcoming. Had some laughs while working out. Went from wearing a brace to being able to get back to regular life completely. I’ve finished my PT but this place will be missed.

Fantastic experience: I requested an appointment through their website and Chris called me a couple of hours later to schedule an appointment the next week. I had three sessions with Dr. Chris and one of his team members, Matt. Chris went over my expenses carefully on my first visit - the what and the why behind the cost of each session. Every session begins with Chris assessing my issues, diagnosing the issues, and then implementing exercises. He gave me a printed copy of the exercises after each session. Chris (and Matt) told me the cause of my issues, what I should do (and avoid) going forward, and how often I should be incorporating the exercises Chris suggested. They also gave me a massage, which released a ton of tension on my hip.. Communication is probably the best thing about PT Solutions, and they really seemed to care about your well-being. I think communication goes both ways in a place like this, though, so be sure to tell them clearly what is bothering you if you wan them to understand your issues. They're super friendly so they make it easy for you to communicate. If you're having any issues, I would 10/10 recommend PT Solutions at West ATL.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this physical therapy practice. After struggling with restricted mobility from a bad muscle spasm, Dr. Chris and his team helped me get my range of motion back and eliminate lingering pain. During the process he did a great job explaining the purpose of the therapy and exercises and gave me a series of movements that I could also do at home. Would absolutely recommend PT Solutions in West Atlanta.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time ever needing Physical Therapy and I promise you, I struck GOLD when I was recommended here. Every staff member is welcoming, patient and eager to answer questions. The level of customer service and ability to make everyone feel comfortable is Top Tier. I’ve been having the pleasure of working with Chris for my knee injury, how he’s able to multitask and still give the level of care to each patient is astounding. He is supportive and understanding to my needs and comfortability but still motivates me to give it my all with each exercise that I’m assigned to do. Hopefully once I finish, I won’t need physical therapy again but if I do I know exactly where I’m going. Pt Solutions at W Atlanta and you should as well.

Fantastic experience: It has been a wonderful experience working with Chris the last few weeks. He has been very encouraging and supportive. Chris has introduced me to exercises that I thought I could not do because of my bad knees. Working with the bar and free weight has inspired me. I was so excited that I could manage a treadmill again as well as the bike. I have surprised myself. It is awesome because I know that he has my best interest in mind. I refer all of my friends to D'Marlowe (the more reviews you read, the more you know why!) because she is not only extremely knowledgeable but attentive and thoughtful in every action. It is pure joy to walk through the doors at PT Solutions and every moment I spend with the team in their care is a gift! Fantastic experience: The people in this place are AMAZING!!! I am 25 and have been having chronic neck pain all my life, but it recently got worse so my physician recommended I go to physical therapy. I am SO grateful I chose PT Solutions in West Midtown!! D is an incredible physical therapist. She listens well and observes your movements and reactions with great knowledge, adjusting your therapy as you go. She also gives a variety of exercises for you to do so you don't get bored, and keeps really fun conversation going during your session. She is able to keep great attention even when she has 2-3 patients in at a time, which is incredible in itself! I feel empowered when I leave, and my pain has decreased significantly!! Sam is also amazing behind the desk! He is always on top of scheduling and sending reminders, and is also extremely friendly! He made sure I completely understand how my insurance would work before I got started, and was very patient with me as this was one of my first times handling my own medical payments. This is a great team and I highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for almost three months and couldn't be happier! The staff are superb, making me feel truly cared for. Dee, Mollie and Sam are special folks! They created a program to address my specific needs - migraines, back issues and a degenerative neurological disease. The progress I've made is keeping me active and for this I'm thankful. The location is also great with plenty of easy parking. If you're in need of physical therapy, this is THE place to go!

Fantastic experience: I have done PT in a few places for different injuries. I cannot recommend D’Marlowe at PT Solutions enough. She is fiercely intelligent about her field and also people-smart. She knows just how to push you to improve at your highest level without ever letting you feel defeated. I also appreciate how holistic she is about thinking about the body and movement as well as daily activities. I’m nearly done after three full months of PT for a badly sprained ankle, and I believe much of my remarkable (to me, anyway) progress is due to her incredible skill set. The entire environment is very positive, and the other patients all seem to respond so well to D’Marlowe’s work with them (there are sometimes other therapists who help who are also great). Her administrator, Sam, is also incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable about insurance issues, etc. I am grateful my doctor at Emory recommended PT Solutions for my injury and that this worked out so well. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about it!

Fantastic experience: Fractured my C1 vertebrae and spent 6 months in a neck brace. Started treatment in December 2020 and have had excellent and responsive staff that adapted my treatment on a minute by minute basis during sessions. 3 months later and I just finished a 4-day golf bachelor party with no neck pain or mobility issues. If you plan on getting injured, I strongly recommend this location for your physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Come here if your body hurts and you feel helpless to chronic pain. D’Marlowe is a skilled clinician, hilarious storyteller, and kind friend. I felt powerless to chronic pain for so long, and my experience here has not only provided significant physical relief, but also empowerment—as she has taught me strategies to relieve and prevent this pain moving forward. She listens deeply and responds according to your needs. She and her colleague Sam are witty, empathetic, fun, and full of life. I love hanging out with them even as we make progress on the pain. 10/10!
