Initially unwell upon admission, the staff's attentive care not only nurtured his recovery but also instilled a profound sense of trust. Their comprehensive approach extends beyond medical needs, efficiently managing every aspect of his well-being. This establishment is undoubtedly a beacon of reliability for those seeking compassionate and effective care for their loved ones.

Fantastic experience: I have a relative that was placed at Unity. To my surprise, it was nothing like other experiences I've had visiting care facilities. The staff has been very pleasant to work with and made me feel comfortable with the care my cousin is receiving. The facility is in the process of making upgrades and the fresh look only adds to my comfort. I am happy I was able to place my family member there where the staff REALLY CARES.

Fantastic experience: UNITY is by far the best rehab I ever seen. The staff & mostly Alexandra A. Sotto RN.BSN unit manager who has been a real gem! Love her! has done everything for my Sister who could not walk before. Cancer ridden, chemo radiation . She is able to walk a few steps & standing . Hats off to the physical therapy team ! My sister could not feed herself before & now she is doing it all herself. I was so happy we cried! Thank you !

Fantastic experience: Unity has been gem hidden in the city of Miami. My mother was recently admitted to Unity and the care and attention has been top tier. The staff has been more than supportive, caring, and have provided excellent care to our most precious mother. Any concerns that we have shared were immediately addressed and thoroughly followed up with. Unity will also try their best to accommodate your every need and want. I’ve also met other residents there that are always in such a good mood. I certainly recommend this facility to my friends and family members. We are fortunate that our mother is there. We can not thank the nurses, CNAs, staff, physical therapists, and the entire Unity family enough. We are truly grateful.

Fantastic experience: The Unity therapy department is very wonderful. The young ladies and gentlemen work very hard with all of us. They did a miracle with me. The physical therapy team, occupational therapy team, and speech therapy are very helpful. Shaukat and Marie are the best in this department. Shaukat has helped me, he takes the time to talk to me, and is a very nice boss. I appreciate him so very much. Marie is so nice to me and very attentive to anything I need. I can't say enough about nursing and the staff-especially, Ms. Michelle. She has been there for me through thick and thin. I don't know what I would do without her. There is no one like Mr. Alex. The Director for Activities Dept does such an amazing job with the patience and keep a very clean and caring atmosphere for the patience and keep them in a high spirited attitudes and beautiful relation with all the patience and make them feel like family very diverse and cultural atmosphere in this melting pot community in the beautiful South Florida region. Fantastic experience: I spent ten years working at unity. I enjoyed it very much. Then I left. While working for other facilities, one thing was missing the way I use to enjoyed my job. It's a family affair at unity. Now that I'm back I feel wonderful. I see most of my previous co-workers and I'm right back into the fold.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work. The administrator is always making sure things are being done. The DON is a role model. She is knowledgeable. Great place to refer families and friends for rehabilitation, long term care as well as respite care. I have seen members came in for rehab get better and go back home .

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, cleanliness, amazing nurses, a very professional social worker department that understands individual patient needs and the available resources in our community. Staff will sit with patients who are not able to feed themselves and try to spoon feed them. Visitors are allowed to spend time with loved ones in their room or outside the building on a covered terrace. Constant monitoring of patient symptoms for optimal treatment plans. Informed physicians working closely with nurses and caregivers. Great care overall!

Fantastic experience: This facility is wonderful ! The beautiful woman Ms. Yvette apart of administration is amazing ! Yvette is one of those individuals who genuinely goes above and beyond.She is truly phenomenal and deserves a pay raise if I do say so myself.

I have noticed how she interact with the staff and residents, she always give services with a smile and a pleasant words of encouragement to both residents and staff. I have seen the residents called Ms Spann by her first name, which make the residents feel like she is a part of their family, that is a great feeling to know how the residents can relate.

Fantastic experience: We are so very thankful that we found unity health and rehab. Everyone at this facility was so very caring, receptive and accommodating to Mom's care. The respect and attention that she received from Nurse Kathy, Emily, Stephanie and all the staff was incomparable. This is a safe, nurturing and clean environment for assisted living and memory care. Nurse Kathy as well as her staff are not only warm and sympathetic , but knowledgeable in the many aspects of care for seniors and the elderly. I wish I could rate them 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Unity Health & Rehabilitation center Is always a most positive experience which includes Nursing & CNA's along with lots of kind staff. Also the Administrator, Alex is great with Residents & Staff alike. I must tell you that the one person who I think is the Greatest is Annette, the Social Services Director. Annette is always on top of what needs to be done for her residents & makes sure that they get done! Finding someone like Annette is absolutely amazing & wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Amagzing~ I've had great experiences here everyone is so nice and friendly especially ms.salinna also the residents look very happy and I've noticed whatever they need as far as combs brushes toiletries etc are provided and supplied In a professional and polite manner. Fantastic experience: My grandmother was experiencing some health issues and needed rehab. We were recommended to send her to Unity. After researching and talking to the Administrator and staff we decided to send her their. It was the greatest decision we made. My beautiful grandma has come such a long way. She was very weak when she arrived and thank to the staff, Nurses, Dr. she is now thriving. Their attention to detail with their Patients is immaculate. They saved her life, being observing and meticulous with their patient as they are they noticed she was declining in health and immediately contacted us and send her to the hospital. Luckily the team of doctors at UM hospital were able to help her and she is now back at Unity in good health and good spirits. Everyone at Unity deserves recognition and gratitude as they all work together to make all the Patients their priority. I’m so happy and grateful to them all. Thank you Unity for providing a facility for people in need to feel safe, respected and taken care of.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars may seem extraordinary to some, perhaps even hard to believe, but during my 3 years as an employee at Unity Health & Rehab I’ve witnessed extraordinary, yes even heroic behaviors. Endless energy and kindly care for our residents. The kitchen staff offering home-made quality, no cost meals to all employees during the worst of the pandemic, because we could not go out or bring in take-out. Daily management and clinical meeting to ensure the best outcome for all residents. Yes, 5 stars is an easy choice for this reviewer.

Fantastic experience: I worked at this facility for almost six years. I have seen first hand how dedicated the staff members are, especially Annette in the social services department. Working in these environments can be emotionally difficult, as I know first hand as I was a practicing Doctor at this facility as mentioned above. However, the medical team and Annette in social services rise above it all all day long, and focus only on the care of the patients. It inspiring to watch these people give so much do themselves.

Fantastic experience: Oustanding!!! I give this NH a 5 star. The new administrator, Nursing Staff and Central Supply Ms.Salinna was very polite and attentive. Admission process is very smooth and easy. Everything pertaining to the residents hygiene and being well groomed and the well cooked meals for the kitchen is accounted for by the Unity Team. The activities department paints nails and throw awesome celebritions. The rooms are very clean and newly well furnished with a tv and remote at bedside. I highly recommend this place to any loved one.

Fantastic experience: So many things go into making you feel comfortable enough to leave your loved ones at one of these places, and This place hits all the marks. The staff goes above and beyond to make the patients feel loved and cared for. They are attentive to their needs and yours as a family member. Its clean and well organized and easy to reach at anytime. The nurses and staff are always welcoming, a special thanks to ivette she was educated and had an amazing ability to express what was going on in terms everyone could understand.

Fantastic experience: We have a great relationship with this SNF, they are always on top of the care of their patients, the Social Worker’s have work their for years , Annette, Nancy & Dorothy are super efficient and Super Nice with everyone. Always with a happy faces, Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I love it here. Lots of friendly faces. From the entrance to the exits. This place has a very homey feel. The entire staff treats you like family. The meals from the kitchen is made with love like home. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and newly renovated, and smell nice just like home. This is definitely my home way from home.

Fantastic experience: I'm an ex-employee of Unity Health; I worked there for over 23 years. I enjoyed every moment of those years, and leaving was one of the most complex decisions I had to make because I felt as if I was separating from my family. Unity is a fantastic place to work with caring and devoted staff members. Annette, the social worker, goes above and beyond for her residents and family members. Mytchell, the Director of Nursing, has a fantastic connection with her staff and a loving and caring relationship with her residents. The therapy staff is the best and knowledgeable. I considered Unity a hidden gem within a produced community. If you're looking for a home for your family member, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I have my mother in the center for more than 5 years. I am satisfy with the medical attention she is having. The Supervisor Michelle is always able to answer question and always in communication with me. As a family member of a resident I recommend this center.

Fantastic experience: My grandmother has been sick lately; after years of being rock solid healthy, she has been in and out of the hospital for some real scary reasons. After her last hospital stay, we decided to place her in a new skilled nursing center after someone recommended Unity to us. My family is so grateful for Unity. They saved her life. They are unlike any of the other centers we have been through. They are clean, friendly and the staff frequently go above and beyond with our precious tribe leader. They kept such a watchful eye on her that they saved her life. They noticed my grandmother wasn’t feeling well and assessed her right away and sent her to the hospital. They called us immediately and followed up frequently. I am convinced that impeccable care and attention is why she is still thriving with us. Unity is not very close from where we live but this is the place will will always choose if she needs to go for rehab. We never have to worry about her feeling lonely because She loves being there. She enjoys their activities and the staff speak to her with such respect and genuine interest. There are soooo many great features that I will spare you all from more paragraphs. Here is a list, haha: -They always answer the phone -Super clean -The staff respect their residents -From the top down great service (Hospital Administrator is such a great asset to this place... I can’t recall any other rehab’s admin but this guy here is always present and attentive) -Fun activities -Great vibe (if you believe in energy: wow such a great energy) -The docs are meticulous with their assessments Unity, if you are reading this... Fantastic experience: The staff here at Unity is by far the best. Especially Annette Spann who is the Social Worker there. She is very Knowledgeable about every aspects of the company and how to assist all the patients there. She is very patient and she explained every process from beginning to end she is truly a gem.I would recommend unity rehabilitation center to anyone looking for a long-term or short-term care center.

Fantastic experience: The Director of Nurses, Mytchell, the in-house ARNP, Sandy and her MD saved my aunt’s life! The nurses, CNAs and therapists are great. They treat your loved ones as their own. My aunt was discharged from the hospital in very bad shape. She wasn’t able to walk and had trouble swallowing thanks to their amazing therapy team, special shout out to Shannon the speech therapist, she is now walking between 20 to 50 feet and is able to eat regular food. Also the amazing experience of the nursing leadership team and team of doctors discovered one medication was causing her heart rate to drop too low, due to their immediate intervention they were able to change the medications right away and truly saved their live. If I could give this facility 100 stars I would. Even though my family lives 30 minutes away, this is the best skilled nursing facility in all south Florida. Special thanks to Ivette and Ludi for making the admissions process very smooth.

Fantastic experience: The physical structure of this building might not be the nicest one out there, however the atmosphere inside is amazing, the staff really care about the patients and they go above and beyond to surpass their expectations. Kudos to the Rehab Team!!! my Dad fully recovered his strength and ability to walk after a hip fracture thanks to these great therapists . Forever grateful !!!!
