Fantastic experience: When I came felt welcome felt like the therapist was engaged showed concern about my issue went right in on trying to come up with solutions to figure out how to either fix or help me feel or get better be able to tolerate and do my job with out my issue not hurting so much I really like that same with the other therapist who filled in for him when he was off both just really doing a excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Peter takes the time to go over the exercises and will show you how to do it correctly and he is very nice. And he knows his job

I have been through Nova Care at E.Main campus . Nova Care is a team not a individual process . You asy option than tell the patient you should have 5 stars im a person who's religious not told boast or brag but love a individual . So he gets my respect . "****

Fantastic experience: All the physical therapist were so friendly and offered encouragement on my progress. They always sent me away with pictures of the exercises and online videos to help me remember all the routines and movements. I have made excellent progress due to their knowledge of the right exercises and stretches to relieve the symptoms I was having. I have used their services before and will not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic experience: Nova care will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable even though your suffering from chronic pain.They will talk you all the way through your sessions these people are so caring,and respectful. They never push you beyond your ability to go further. This atmosphere in this place is so inviting that you will be upset for not giving this place a try for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I've always had good experiences at NovaCare Rehab. My vestibular evaluation was great. The therapist put me at ease right away. He explained everything he did. His diagnosis was different from my doctor's, so he prescribed different exercises. I look forward to returning.

Fantastic experience: Today 01-24-2023 was my second treatment with Marci. She took her time with asking questions and reviewing my answers and pre medical questions. Marci has developed exercise during both visits for me to do in-between-sessions. Marci is very professional, courteous and compassionate with her patients

Fantastic experience: Went in for therapy on a torn bicep tendon. My PT Ashley has been conscientious, knowledgeable, and diligent—and makes a clear and concerted effort to find and note what works well for me and what does not work as well. As the strength, stability and range of motion in my shoulder have certainly improved, I would say that my physical therapy experience at Nova Care has definitely been a rewarding one

Fantastic experience: Peter O’Brien is a very knowledgeable and compassionate person. He is patient with my fear of falling from my vertigo episodes. He helps me understand what is happening to my balance as I move. Great to have him on my team.

Fantastic experience: I went for PT because of right calf/left hip soreness with my daily activities. Mark showed me proper warm-ups, movements and stretches to strengthen the involved joints and muscles and take undue stress off those areas. I've become much more aware of my habitual movements. Now I feel I can really enjoy my vacation with younger family members.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at NovaCare was very caring and helpful. Spent most of my time with Judy Watts Wallace in Aquatic Therapy. She is a gem! Wonderful doing my workouts in the pool, so my knee wasn't bearing so much of the weight.

Fantastic experience: Joseph (Joe) is a wonderful physical therapist. He is sincere, educated, and genuinely wants you to get better physical. He was thorough and always made sure I had exercises that will fit into my daily life. I've also worked with Marcy and Judy before and they are excellent as well. I live clear across town now, but still travel all the way to this location so that I can get the top notch care that they provide.

Fantastic experience: Jacob at NovaCare has been absolutely wonderful to work with through my PT journey. This was my first major high ankle sprain due to a soccer injury and I didn't know what to expect. Jacob worked with me diligently to ensure I could return to play with an increase in mobility, strength and overall confidence. Jacob is such a positive and motivational physical therapist and has made my transition from rest and recover, to PT, to gradually moving again a breeze. I would recommend Jacob to anyone in need of PT because of his optimistic energy, drive and willingness to get you back to your day to day lifestyle, whatever the injury may be. Fantastic experience: Mark Russ is terrific. He and his team (Gabby and Jacob) are friendly, attentive, careful listeners, and constantly check in on your pain and comfort level during the exercise regimen. In addition, they are very thorough and developed a great physical therapy routine for me to follow in and out of the NovaCare Rehab Center. In the four weeks I was under Mark's/Gabby's/Jacob's care, I experienced a vast improvement in my shoulder pain and mobility. I highly recommend him/them for any physical therapy. Fantastic experience: Joseph is a great physical trainer. He is always positive and is a great motivator. He explains all the exercises really well. So far he has been a big help to me recovering from a herniated disc. After three sessions I feel much better than when I started physical therapy. I can't say enough good things about Joseph.

Fantastic experience: Ashley was my PT on my initial visit. My experience was great. She spent time with me to verify what my problems were then proceeded to take me step by step through my exercises to make sure I understood what I was to do and to teach me the proper technique. I was also given paperwork to show me what I had just learned in case I needed a reference. I have followed her instructions and am already seeing positive results.

Fantastic experience: I met Peter once, to sign in. He was very kind and helpful. The questions seem like an interrogation. I understand it's necessary..... I have been working wit Gabriella (Gabby/Gobby). She makes me work, in a good way. I see improvement already.

His outgoing personality, coupled with a true desire to help people get better, kept me motivated to do the exercises at home. Fantastic experience: After breaking my back, I was hesitant to go to PT afraid that I might re-injure myself. And I doubted whether I could ever regain strength and mobility to be able to return to my active retired life. But Beth, my Physical Therapist, met with me and after assessing my current very limited capabilities developed a plan that would strengthen my back and give me flexibility in my back, as well as my whole body. She gave me the confidence to believe that I can and will completely recover from my injury. I recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation for anyone wishing to start their own journey to good health.

Fantastic experience: From check-in - to working with Mary Lee - to check-out, each time has been a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful and Mary Lee is terrific! No cookie cutter solutions - she works to ensure that our time together and the exercises I take home are matched not only to my PT needs but also to my personality. I'm 2 sessions into a series of 6 and can honestly say I'm looking forward to the rest.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced physical therapy at other facilities in Columbus and find that the care I receive at Nova Care/Ohio Health is better. The staff listened to my concerns and did a thorough evaluation. I feel as though they are concentrating exercises on the specific issues I have rather than give me a generic program based on the surgery I had. They work to give me the ability to perform the specific activities I want to do on a regular basis. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant and the facility is clean and well equipped. I actually look forward to my PT sessions.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to NovaCare at McConnell Spine for physical therapy because of both a chronic and an acute spine problem. Having long being devoted to exercising with proper form and having had PT elsewhere, in the past, I had low expectations. But from the first meeting, both my wife and I, were very impressed with the professionalism and the fact that we were truly listened to. We felt we were treated with respect and with concern to ensure the PT didn’t prolong or increase discomfort, yet with concern for proper treatment for recovery. The following sessions, with a different person, went just as well, leaving my wife and I, with feeling this was one of the best moves we’ve made, regarding my problems. I sincerely would not hesitate to recommend this group to others for excellent therapy.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the rehab specialists and facilities. The specialists walked me through what my injury actually entailed and were very detailed in the next steps for my rehab. The facilities are clean, quickly able to get scheduled, and the therapists walk me through each step. Highly recommend anyone facing rehab to use this great facility.

Fantastic experience: Rehab of complete knee replacement ongoing. Very significant functional improvement. Dedicated PTs supportive, good communicators, very solid in their knowledge and application in terms of exercises and use of equipment. Homework exercises, with diagrams, too. Have already recommended them to friends.
