Fantastic experience: I've only been going for physical therapy for 2 weeks, but my experience has been wonderful! The only 2 employees I've had interaction with has been Cari McCollum and Jose Padilla. Not only have they been helpful in helping me regain my mobility, but they are always kind, empathetic and supportive in their interaction with me! Thank you to both of them!

Fantastic experience: I'm working specifically with Katy and she's amazing. Professional, educated, and caring. She had worked on 3 problem areas and each area is getting consistently stronger and les painful by the day. I've had the pleasure of working with a few other therapists and they are all great. I'm thankful community care sent me here and I will request all other referrals through this location as well.

If you want professionalism from a knowledgeable front desk staff that will always greet you with a smile and a desire to assist you. FYZICAL is the place for you. Do you want to be treated by physical therapists that listen, that care, that understands your pain, FYZICAL is the place. If you are a Veteran this is definitely the place for you, they are experts on dealing with the VA. I have been to many therapy locations in El Paso and none have allowed me to have such a voice on what I do or don't do. FYZICAL also specializes in aquatic therapy and balance therapy. I strongly recommend FYZICAL, its your decision where to get therapy, do your research and go with FYZICAL.

Fantastic experience: I am please to indicate that the physical therapist personnel are so well trained, they seem to know exactly what to do to help your balance problems, I say so, because in a few days after starting my program at Fyzical clinic, I can tell I feel the quick improvement with my balance.

Her name is Mary, Not only does she take care of the area that she is working on, but she also works all the areas that connect to that to make sure you are not in pain anymore. Fantastic experience: Katy is my Therapist . I am doing pelvic floor therapy and she is the best therapist for Incontinence. I highly reccommend her. Its a real issue in women no matter the age.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff. They are friendly and helpful. They know their job and work with you to help strengthen your body. They also have aqua therapy pools. My mother and I used them a few years ago. My mother had been to another place in NE El Paso, but we like Fyzical the best.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time that I had needed help to regain the strength in my arms to just do ordinary things, like pour myself a cup of coffee without having to use both hands. I had strained my arm muscles. If you are hesitant to make an appointment, first call your doctor and he/she will write a prescription. I received the help I needed and can't believe that I waited so long to take care of myself. The therapist assessed my needs, made a plan and provided the therapy so that I was as good as new.

Fantastic experience: Best Physical Therapist team in town in my professional and personal opinion! Justin, Josh, Virginia, etc too many to name are all fantastic! The place is friendly, clean, hard working and get you motivated to keep pushing and fighting to get better! Her empathic, professional attention made me feel like she really cared about her patients, and she took the time to ensure that I was receiving the best care possible. Fantastic experience: Everyone at the front desk is very courteous and helpful. They check you in as quickly as possible. They give you a printed schedule of your appointments. I used this facility in the past and am now using them again. They are very knowledgeable and caring and provide physical therapy to your needs. Today Mary was who I worked with she was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding to my need of physical therapy. This is a great location for physical therapy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client on 2 occasions over 2 years..2020 and 21.. I like the training they provide for future Physical Therapist completing their Doctorates as they work directly with clients, under guidance of THE PT. The therapy provided is personal and as a client I have gotten to learn what they have learned as the knowledge they provide pertains to my repaired injury. This knowledge provides confidence for me to Continue to work at home as well. The atmosphere is welcoming and the lay out is like a gymnasium with lots of tools, workout equipment and apparatus for the young and older clients as I have witnessed all of this. In fact when I was given my referral from my doctor for the VA to provide Physical therapy; I drove directly to fyzical and asked them could they expedite the referral because that's were I wanted to be as it was close to home. My doctor said it may be a few weeks before I get in. I was in, in less than a week... BINGO... Spelled different because they are. I have been a post surgical PT client since 1990‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Professional and courteous staff. Concerned and caring, and inclusive with the client to be involved in their Plan Of Care. Very diligent with hand washing, taking temperatures of all patients before providing services. Continually disinfecting all beds, chairs, machines and equipment after each patient's use. They are supportive of the client, but also of each other.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go for physical therapy! They have top of the line equipment to use to help you get back on track. Their personnel are all very well qualified and are cordial and very respectful. You will not go wrong by choosing this facility on the northeast of El Paso at Loma del Sur off Martin Luther King or US-54/Gateway North. I have used this facility many times.

Fantastic experience: I went in for therapy on my hip. I got the best therapy help no more hip pain! The therapists we friendly, kind, helpful. The gravity treadmill is heaven! I'd recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Personally, the perfect place to go for physical or wrk conditioning therapy. I was only there for a two week session (northeast location)...and that's all it took for them to help me get back on track. The personnel is GREAT,,, very friendly & attentive... Fantastic experience: Great Staff understanding and Patient they adjust the therapy sessions to the patient instead of keeping to one set program They adjust to how the patient is feeling and I have known Sue and Josh for a very long time and they are great I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I am a 71 year old who dislocated her right shoulder. I was set up for physical therapy for 6 weeks (two times a week) at HealthMasters on North Mesa. The staff there are phenomenal! They scheduled my visits so I did not have to miss work and "put me through the paces" with extremely successful routines. I was able to complete my sessions and be released by the orthopedic doctor on my last visit. This is the second time I used HealthMasters for a dislocated shoulder with great results (now I just have to learn to quit falling)! Thank you HealthMasters!
