Fantastic experience: So after a gentleman farming accident irrigating 80 pecan trees I fell in a ditch and rupture my Achilles tendon. After my surgery I had to find a good PT facility. P3 is a real gem! Led by Dr.ParulHaribhai and her dedicated team produces miracles every day. PT can be painful and requires an understanding of the right methodology of treatment as well as the willingness to push patients to do the right thing. Dr. Paru is focused, organized and disciplined with a deep dedication to her patients. Now if you want a special needling treatment you Dr. Parul has been trained in the artistry of needling that works miracles.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, Professional staff and friendly too. I came in with balance problems after a head injury. Now my gait and balance is near normal. I can't thank them enough for helping me in my recovery.

Fantastic experience: For the longest time I had been un able to walk . Then by a good foot doctor, I was suggested to get therapy as well as dry needling. This place is amazing and wonderful. Fantastic experience: Dry needling

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with chronic neck pain for several decades, and over the years have completed physical therapy regimens with 3 other PT businesses in El Paso. None of them helped much. In 2018, I had trigger point (steroid) injections which reduced my pain for several months, but the injections can only be administered a maximum of twice a year. My doctor suggested that dry needling and exercises at P3 might help in the interim. Frankly, I was skeptical about committing to yet another PT regimen. But in the end, I cannot speak highly enough about Parul and Sara, the PT's, as well as Leslie and Ruth, the support staff at P3. Parul and Sara are incredible. They are so much better, and far more attentive, than any other PT's I have seen. Everything they did helped greatly: the massages, the dry needling AND the exercises they both taught me. I learned that some of the exercises I was taught at the previous PT office- which I had continued doing at home the last 2 years-were actually aggravating my neck pain!! Parul and Sara are great teachers as well; I learned more from them than I did from the other 3 places I went. Most importantly, I feel better than I have in years. Thank you, ladies!

Fantastic experience: I recently hurt my hip and back due to over exertion lifting weights and exercising. I was in extreme pain for at least a week before my first physical therapy session/evaluation. After a series of questions and evaluating movements, Sara was able to identify exactly what was wrong. After my very first visit, my pain level has decreased to almost nothing. Over the next few weeks we worked on strength building and flexibility. She worked with me on a plan to continue my workouts and weightlifting by making simple modifications that I could incorporate in to my regular routine. After a few weeks, I was completely pain free and also stronger than when I arrived. I will continue to follow the guidance provided by Sara daily and long term. I am so grateful!

Fantastic experience: As gym and golf enthusiast, I have been suffering from lower back pain for several years. A few weeks ago, the pain in my back got so bad I could no longer do the activities I love without extreme discomfort. My workout partner and friend, Dr. Parul Haribhai, had been after me to come see her for treatment at P3 Physical Therapy. She informed me that I had extreme tightness in my lower back and hamstrings. Dr. Haribhai treated me with dry needling to help relieve the tightness in my lower back and it worked almost instantly! I continued my therapy with Dr. Sara Tano over the next several weeks. Sara taught me how to stretch properly as well as worked on my back and hamstrings.
