Fantastic experience: When I discussed my hip and back pain issues with my doctor she highly recommended I go to BTS. She herself had gone due to some shoulder pain, now gone, due to the exercises she performed at BTS. I have only been 3 times so far so I cannot speak to a reduction of pain yet, but I am impressed by the professionalism of the therapists. It is obvious to me that each session is documented in order to keep any therapist that works with you aware of where you are in your progress, what modifications in your exercises need to be made and what your ultimate goals are.

Fantastic experience: Leslie and Carlos are personable, professional, and just all-around chill. They answer questions with knowledge and care, and I feel supported and taken care of. You can tell the staff here get to know their patients well. Amanda at the front desk is pleasant. I was apprehensive about physical therapy in general, but after a couple of sessions here, I am happy and eager to return for more treatment.

Fantastic experience: My first day at Border Therapy-Remcon let me know I was in the right place. The Physical Therapist, Leslie, took time to understand the pain and restrictions I was experiencing with my back. The program she wrote for my therapy was just right, And if you read her impressive bio you’ll know why!! I am so impressed with the “choreography” of the therapists and techs. A lot of movement in the room, as they cared for each of us in a really orderly way. Never had to wait for a therapy machine or a bed for horizontal exercises. Everyone is professional and friendly. Have to mention Candace, Jake, and Carlos for making my time there so healing and happy.

Fantastic experience: I was blown away on my first experience of going to a Physical Therapy Service, was not what I expected. The staff were all so cordial and professional. Leslie Givens, Physical Therapist was very courteous and professional as well. She explained step by step of what to expect while conducting a physical evaluation. Fantastic experience: Feels so good to walk more than ten feet without looking for the next spot to sit and take a break. Able to work a full shift without even the slightest thought of an ache. To be able to sleep without having to sit up for 30 min for the pain to subside. Run/walk without my leg going numb. But most of all being able to be with my friends without the worry of having so much pain. I Thank God for these wonderful therapists and the great work they do. For teaching me how to help myself and keep on pushing through. I highly recommend this group. They work wonders every single one of them.

Lots of smiles and good feelings here. They knew exactly how much to push me to get me back where I need to be, which is on the golf course.

Fantastic experience: I had Carlos as my therapist and he was awesome. I never thought I would thank someone for "torturing" me. However, once I was done with all of my sessions, I did exactly that! The therapy hurt but in a healing way. He taught me how to help myself. I also dealt with Amanda who helped me with my billing questions. She was always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Matt was the other therapist but when I was there it was like we were all working together. I love this group of people!!! Wonderful job y'all!!
