Fantastic experience: During my time with Mayra and her staff, it was an overall wonderful experience! I started physical therapy due to prolonged knee pain, and Mayra was super encouraging and kept pushing me to keep going! Thanks to her, Joanna, and Sasha, their support gave ne the strength to keep working hard and get stronger. Mayra is amazing at breaking things down for her client's to get a better understanding of their treatment and what is going on in the body. I would highly recommend them for your physical therapy. Fantastic experience: I had chronic neck and shoulder pain for as long as I could remember. I didn’t have a ton of hope, but decided to do something about it and started PT with Mayra. She is so patient, knowledgeable and truly listens. She made me work hard every session, but she also took the time to answer all of my questions and I could tell that she truly cares. After a few weeks of treatment my pain was resolved and I had normal movement in my neck! I highly recommend Complete Performance for anyone who wants to move and feel better. Mayra has astounding knowledge of the body and optimal movement patterns.

Fantastic experience: I am a competitive dancer, which comes with many injuries, and I found out about complete performance pt through some of my dancer friends. I came and was nicely welcomed. I have been going for the past 2 months once a week for a leg injury, and in that time it has almost fully recovered. I highly recommend complete performance pt and Dr. Navarrete.

Fantastic experience: I am a choreographer and dance professor at UTEP; I began to develop a pain in my left hip area and was hesitant on seeing a regular PT as most PT's do not know how a dancer body works and the muscles we use. Because I am still new to the El Paso area, a dance student of mine recommended Dr. Navarrete because she specialized in dancers. I decided to give her a chance and after visiting Dr. Navarrete for a few sessions, my pain is completely gone! With her knowledge of dancers' and the dancer body, she was able to connect with me in a way that helped with my healing process to allow me to continue dancing and teaching. Fantastic experience: I’ve been having lower back problem since I can remember. A couple years ago I was diagnosed with sciatic nerve pain (misdiagnosed). Before I started my physical therapy with Complete Performance, I have tried many different ways to relief my pain. I’ve gone to the chiropractor, took muscle relaxers, and I used to get a message every 2 weeks. After all that, I still have some flare outs throughout the year. My last one was one of the worse. I wasn’t able to get rid off the pain, I couldn’t sleep, walk, or sit. Everything created a lot of discomfort. One of my coworkers told me her experience with Mayra, and she referred me to Complete Performance. On my first consultation, Mayra was able to pin point the issue that I’ve been dealing with for so many years. Mayra came out with a series of routines that not only help me with my pain, but also help me to be able to do my every day activities. She provided me with all the tools to continue with my exercise at home, and explained every single exercise movement, and posture. I’m so grateful that I get to work with her. Now, I do my exercises before we start my day, and I have notice a lot of improvement. She’s now helping my mom her hip pain and I will highly recommend anyone to Complete Performance.
