Established in June 2013, Paloma Wellness and Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic serving the pediatric and geriatric population in El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico communities.

Our vision is to focus on treatment of pain and regaining optimum function of affected areas to achieve improved quality of life and function for the patients with lymphedema.

Our extensive education and years of experience gives us the passion to serve the El Paso community to assist patients in regaining function, learn normal movement and achieve improved quality of life.

Paloma Wellness and Rehabilitation PLLC provides innovative services dedicated to wellness, injury prevention, and rehabilitation for the  El Paso, TX community.

As a qualified team of professionals, we promote and provide excellence in rehabilitation services through our commitment to patient’s rights, advanced education and professional ethics.

We believe that our services are optimized when we work as a team with our patient/client, his/her caregivers, family and our professional colleagues. We additionally believe that we demonstrate social responsibility by providing services in a cost effective and proficient manner.

The services are provided by our physical therapists and occupational therapist with extensive experience in geriatric and pediatric care with neurologic and orthopedic conditions, pain management and lymphedema treatment.

Dr. Imelda Palisoc is the co-founder of Paloma Wellness and Rehabilitation. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation in San Carlos City, Philippines and, after moving to the U.S., she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. Dr. Imelda Palisoc has been practicing physical therapy for thirty years now. Aside from her extensive training in treating neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction and dry needling, Dr. Imelda Palisoc takes pride in being a Certified Lymphedema and Wound Therapist. Her clinic offers extensive treatment and care for all of her lymphedema patients, including wound care and complete decongestive therapy.

Dr. Cristina Nemenzo is another one of our Physical Therapists here at Paloma. With over thirty years of PT experience behind her, Dr. Cristina has extensive experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation in The Philippines and finished her Doctorate with Utica College in New York. She is a certified lymphedema and wound therapist (CLWT, 2022). She also has extensive experience and training in functional dry needling.

After graduating from El Paso Community College in 2015, Ralph became a Board Certified Physical Therapy Assistant. He has extensive clinical training working with outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and home health. He is certified in manual lymphatic drainage. He has been working with Paloma and VIP Home Health Services for four years now.
