Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. Really awesome office. Staff were very welcoming & made me feel good. The Dr. Is very helpful & understanding & was handling me with real genuine care. He was very easy to talk to as well. The physical therapists were handling me with a lot of understanding of the current condition I was in and after a few visits I had major improvement.

Positive experience: Everyone at Empire Physical is so kind and helpful especially all of the Physical Therapists. I had tennis elbow and with 3 weeks of PT my pain went away. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Amazing doctor! Really tremendous care. In this day and age when doctors are more like businessmen, you don't get that feeling from Dr Moalemi. You feel like its "your uncle the doctor". The physical therapists are brilliant and super caring!

Fantastic experience: I received therapy for my upper shoulder and have to say that it was a great experience, i love the environment, staff, and therapists were great, happy and caring atmosphere. I received medical massage and exercises, I would recommend this office and, by the way, my pain left and have not returned! Many thanks, you guys rock! :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moalemi is a great doctor and very easy to talk to. His staff are also great and very helpful! I used the spinal decompression machine as I had a herniated disk and spinal stenosis. The machine was quite helpful for my back and greatly improved my condition. Prior to using the machine I couldn't sleep more than two to four hours a night and would wake up in a lot of pain. After a few times on the machine I was able to sleep eleven hours straight which was a miracle and have been able to sleep through the night since then. Additionally I did physical therapy for some time and again this therapy greatly helped. I am very happy I went! I would recommend Dr. Moalemi to anyone! Jennifer Cox

Fantastic experience: I go here currently for physical therapy and I think the whole staff is amazing. From when you walk in the door to when you leave you are treated with respect. The Doctor is nice, knowledgeable and listened to my issues, didn't rush me and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I actually enjoy my experience here and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Dr. Steven Moalemi a few years ago by a co-worker for physical therapy on a hip injury. My previous experience with physical therapy was not good. Rude staff. Doctors rushing. I have never experienced this at Empire. Dr. Moalemi is a caring doctor who takes time with his patients and his PT team is very supportive and knowledgeable regarding patient care. I recovered very well from my injury and have returned to his office when needing treatment after an ankle fracture, and other. My daughter has gone for treatment for carpel tunnel and knee injury. We recommend this practice to friends and co-workers. The administrative team is always very helpful as well. A positive experience overall!

Fantastic experience: My experience here was fantastic.The staff are amazing, kind and courteous. They never miss a beat and keep me smiling as I wait in the waiting area.Alexis and Erica at the front desk make sure my appointments are up to date, and always call to make sure i don't forget. Dr. Moalemi is great at what he does, he is attentive and was spot on with his diagnosis. The PT staff was helpful and patient and i felt so much better after i left.After my 6 weeks of PT I was back to new. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I came back to Dr. Moalemi during a recent trip to NY. I was in pain from an old injury that had been aggravated during traveling. He recommended physical Therapy, which I did with Kristian, who had worked on my back years ago. I was treated with care and attention to my case, in their impeccable new facility near 5th Ave. I went as much as I could during my stay and the improvement just after five or six sessions was amazing. The girls at the front desk were courteous and made an effort to get me an appointment with Dr. Moalemi the same day I called. I value the professionalism, attention and care I received at Empire Physical Medicine.

Fantastic experience: This PT clinic is truly amazing! Dr Steven and Physical therapist Swati are a wonderful team. Very supportive and willing to work with you on your needs and at your pace. What I love about them the most is that they go above and beyond during the sessions. They completely gained my trust when I had an ACL tear and doctor recommended PT over surgery. My knee is completely healed and back to normal with just PT!! I went back after a year for my back pain and Swati did a tremendous job to help me. I wish I could continue going here but I recently moved to a different state. Totally recommend this place. Look no further for any Physical therapy .. my fav team :)

Fantastic experience: Empire Physical Medicine has been treating me for injuries to my legs. They have provided me with the best treatment of all the places I have tried since my injury in 2018. The medical staff is both knowledgeable but also exceedingly kind and a great source of motivation. The facility also offers a variety of equipment, clean and open area, and has changing rooms onsite… even offer the ability to store my PT clothes in case I do not want to carry them back & forth during the course of my sessions. The medical staff has been amazing. Although PT can involve levels of discomfort, they help me through the reps in a way that helps me improve yet does not push me beyond what I am able to do… they change my initial “I can’t” into “we can.” The physical therapists also provide beneficial tips to keep in mind when I am doing reps at home. The motivation factor they instill is as beneficial to me as their range of equipment, and I’ve already suggested the place to a co-worker with a knee problem.

My doctor's name is Ron Noy and he's one of the top sports medicine doctors in the world and I also have a great physiatrist, Steven Molemi (pain mgmt doctor; strengthening my core, bones, etc. whom I have had for 10 years and they love me and care for me well and I'm very satisfied with my care from them and I love them). Fantastic experience: I started with a different physical therapist. What a difference working with Dr. Moalemi and his wonderful team of physical therapists. Such care and professionalism. There is no comparison. I was very surprised at the problem I was having getting back to walking up stairs and sitting for any length of time. With the physical therapy I am actually able to walk longer and my legs feel stronger than they did before the accident. Dr. Moalemi was highly recommended to me and I am glad that I went to him. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Empire over the last couple of months for my lower back bulging disc. Dr Moalemi is a patient listener and a great doctor, but the best part of the clinic is the therapists. All of them are super nice, friendly, treat you respectfully, and are very helpful. I don't have a basis of comparison for the facilities, but it is more than satisfactory for me - clean, good music, high ceilings, and has all the necessary equipment and enough beds. It is never too crowded so you always have personal attention. All the patients I have met seem very happy with their treatment. The reception staff is also on top of their game.
