Fantastic experience: Wonderful site

Fantastic experience: Easily the best Rehab facility in the area! The hospital gave us a list with a bunch of different options so we toured all the facilities and I was so surprised how nice Shoreline's facility was and the kindness of the staff. They really listen to your concerns and the remodel they did is amazing. The rooms are like hotel rooms and my mom, who is normally picky with food, loved the food at Shoreline. Thank you Shoreline for saving my Mom's life!

Fantastic experience: In my three weeks at Shoreline Health and Rehabilitation Center, I have received extraordinarily supportive care from a well-educated staff, who genuinely care about their patients. I have improved more rapidly than I expected as a result of excellent nutrition, appropriate exercise, and cheerful service. Fantastic experience: Excellent rehab team! With their help my Dad is home now, but he still always lights up remembering Francisco (PTA) and Nikki (OT). My family is grateful for all their support helping him maintain and improve his functional abilities/strength and for the family trainings. Thank you!! We will miss you.

Fantastic experience: My mom spent 3 weeks in rehab after a fall and hospitalization for heart failure. I can't say enough about the excellent care and therapy she received during her stay there. The rehab therapy team was fantastic, the nursing staff was caring and professional, the overseeing physician and nurse practitioner provided caring and skillful management of her care. The social worker, nurse manager, and front desk receptionist were amazing! We were completely satisfied with the care she received and impressed by the genuine care and compassion of the staff. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: one thing I would love to say about all staffes, I work more than five years at Shoreline I am still working , we all are working team and good friends we giving a good care for our Clint I really recommended this facility.

Fantastic experience: Most Amazing people that work there!! I highly recommend! Took the best care of you father 97. Went from not walking, to walking in a week!! He was there for three weeks, and is doing amazing because of your loving and caring crew! We were released from the hospital at 1:00, and arrived at 1:30, he was in Therapy at 2:00. Fantastic experience: I spent 7 weeks this fall at Shoreline to recover from surgery. I got excellent care from doctors, nurses and all support staff. I highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: The staff and care at this facility has been incredible. The director of nursing knows her patients by name and is a master at the challenge of running a skilled nursing home and all that is involved. While things aren’t ever perfect in these types of places, they work tirelessly to make sure our family is as comfortable and happy as possible in a less than desirable circumstance. The food is pretty good, and the administrator Jackson is really a gem, and is always available when we have items to discuss. One of the staff actually went out and bought my mom a special treat and flowers for her birthday just to cheer her up. I would not hesitate to bring my parents here for care if we ever need it again.

Fantastic experience: My sister was at Shoreline Health & Rehab for 3 months. She came in unable to move her legs and left walking well with a walker. The medical and nursing care was excellent and the physical therapy was phenomenal. The office staff and social workers were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: When we were looking for a skilled nursing facility for my Grandma Beth, there were a few criteria that were a must. We wanted a clean, safe, and happy environment. Shoreline Health and Rehabilitation Center had all those and much more. Their nursing staff is highly skilled and their leadership team truly cares about each and every one of their residents. I highly recommend Shoreline Health and Rehabilitation Center.

The physical therapy staff was amazing and always strived for top results. Everyone there made my mom feel welcome from the time she arrived. Fantastic experience: A bit of a sleeper on the outside but once inside you are welcome to a warm and inviting facility. Staff is very attentive from the moment you walk in. A great place for rehabilitation!

Fantastic experience: My husband required rehab in a Skilled Nursing Facility during recovery from pelvic fractures. He had brief stints at two other facilities, with poor results from both, until I found Shoreline Health and Rehabilitation. He has been at Shoreline for almost three months and every day he has been there I have felt secure that he is getting excellent care. From the moment he arrived at Shoreline, I realized that this place is special. The intake was thorough and professional, and things only got better from there. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, their demeanor caring and pleasant. You can just tell they love their jobs, and they love their residents. The skill of nursing, aides, and therapists is extremely high. I do not feel the need to personally go there and check on him daily, as I know he is getting great care, both from the medical staff and the therapists. He actually said he LOVES it there! I can see the happiness in him, and how comfortable he is there. He is motivated to work with the therapies, and is proud of his accomplishments. Every single person he or I have met or had dealings with from the Administrator himself through the office staff, nursing staff, therapists, and extending to janitorial and housekeeping is exemplary. The residents are pleasant, happy, and friendly.I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could, and only hope that if I ever need to stay in a Skilled Nursing Facility, my relatives choose here. There are activities planned, and on special occasions (which seem to be quite frequent), they have special events like barbeques and chili feeds, and other fun get togethers. The Administrator himself helps serve at these festivities - even on holidays! If you could picture the perfect SNF, this place would be it. If you could list every requirement to make a SNF perfect, this place would have every single one. We are very, very thankful for their care.
