Fantastic experience: Both Jackie and Sibi at Baylor Physical Therapy in Irving are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They tailor each therapy plan to fit individual fitness levels, which has made a noticeable difference in my progress. I came in with a long history of neck and shoulder pain and have always been quite hopeless about my recovery but since I started visiting this rehab, I have been feeling very hopeful of my recovery. The front desk staff is also fantastic—always cheerful, friendly, and very accommodating. . I would definitely recommend Baylor PT Irving to friends and family in need. Thank you to the entire team!

Negative experience: This is not the place to go if yours is. even slightly complicated case. Very disappointed with this facility. My wife went there and they did not change any of the exercises for 3 months even though her knee was not improving and did not even talk to the doctor's office for changes to the exercise. They keep giving false hope without being proactive. My wife moved to another PT place and they are doing all the different things to increase he strength and mobility which is yielding results. Please look at other options as these guys just are there to make money.

Fantastic experience: The best! I've been to the Kinwest location for various issues that required rehab -- neck, knee, shoulder. The therapists are always professional, personable, addressed each issue with the utmost care and offered excellent guidance. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Baylor Scott and White rehab I highly recommend. This is my 3rd time to rehab there. In 2022 i went to help stregthen my knee. They helped me gain stregth and balance in my body. This helped me avoid knee replacement and I went again in 2023. U was able both times to gain strength which enabled me to hold off on knee replacement. I am back now to rehab my knee. I finally had rhe surgery in August. My surgwon suggested i go to their facility. I said no, I am going to see my peeps at BS&W rehab. Sibi, Courtney, and Kevin know there stuff. JMBVZ

He is treating my knee after I was diagnosed with arthritis and found the muscles and nerves that are giving me the most pain. I would recommend Kevin to anyone needing physiotherapy. Fantastic experience: My physician referred me to physical therapy at BSW Rehab for my neck and shoulder pain. So far I had a couple sessions with my Physical Therapist Kourtney Bunselmeyer. She found out the muscles that was causing the pain and she did a therapy on my shoulders and neck. It was more relaxing and my shoulders felt light. She did recommend exercise that I need to do. She is really great and I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Sibi, since the first session, has made significant changes in my mobility and pain. Working with him is a very positive experience. Not only does he obviously know what he is doing but he is a concerned and interactive therapist, changing my activity program to meet my needs from session to session. Fantastic experience: I have visited here for PT for my back,neck and knees multiple times this year and it has been a great recovery every time I visited. Sibi has a lot of knowledge , patience and takes great care of patients. I managed to avoid back surgery so far with his PT and other home workouts. Office staff are also very friendly and smooth.

Fantastic experience: Kevin is wonderful. Speaks slowly and clearly got me - hard of hearing. Made me feel very comfortable. Very good one-on - one. Great at explaining exercises. This rehab office is small which I love because you get more attention and not very loud. You don’t get assistants showing you exercises like other places, you always have the therapists. They don’t have assistants. Highly recommend.

Every therapist at this location is great but Sebi is my primary therapist and he is extraordinary! Compassionate, caring, and patient! I have fun with the entire team every time I go! Hands down the best PT care I have ever received!

Melissa at the front desk is nice and greets everyone with a smile and Leigh is a great physiotherapist and treats my daughter like a friend and takes good care of her during her bi-weekly exercises to help heal her knee post- surgery. Two thumbs way up!!

Negative experience: Always there is hidden costs for you in this place. I wasn’t happy with their service, this place wasn’t good at all. I paid in full for my session but after a few weeks they charged me about 30% of total again. That’s a shame. I called them but didn’t get any reasonable answer. This is how they do business. They just referred me to each others and no one gave me a logical explanation. So disappointing..... BTW they changed their name to get rid off real google reviews.

Fantastic experience: I have used this facility numerous times over the past seven years for a variety of injuries and conditions, and have found everyone there, from receptionists to therapists, to be welcoming, pleasant, and extremely competent. They all seem to enjoy what they do, and work well together as a team. It is a pleasure to go there for treatment.

The team is helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and invested in the patient's overall wellness, not just the injury or healing surgical site. The team is engaging, encourages patients to reach their goals and celebrates patient progress. All this is accomplished with a friendly and professional camaraderie.

Fantastic experience: I loved the staff here so much I couldn't stay away. I'd be treated by Sibi a few years ago before and after a back surgery. After a car accident earlier this year, I started having problems with my back again. I was originally sent to another facility, but I requested to be sent back to the center on Kinwest because the previous treatment I'd received help me to be pain free 95% of the time. They're passionate about their patients and though it feels like bootcamp sometimes, I saw improvement that lasted for years.

Fantastic experience: A Very Surprising Place ! I am a mid-seventies sedentary lawyer with no athletic inclination. I walk daily from the parking lot to the office building and back again after dark. That's the height of my activity pattern. Progressively my right shoulder froze up to the point where I could not raise my my right hand/arm. My physician referred me to Baylor Rehabilitation for analysis, diagnosis and possible treatment. Greeted by intake specialist Michelle who is at ease, competent, knowledgeable and friendly. I was analyzed, diagnosed and treated initially by Chris who is professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Thereafter I was treated by student and then by Simi. Gradual relief followed by full recovery after twenty-one hour sessions. I now have full range motion. Grateful and still sedentary.

Fantastic experience: The therapists at this clinic are well trained. They clearly explain expectations for exercise with a focus on the long term goal. About a year ago, I was experiencing pain from an old neck injury. The exercises plus the dry needle strategy gave me lasting relief. When my hip and shoulder started to flare, I requested their services. I work in home health as a Speech Language Pathologist and deal with therapists on a daily basis. I appreciate the quality of services and respectful personnel. Great Job!

Fantastic experience: I have had three surgeries that required rehabilitation of over three months in length over the last three years. All the therapists I worked with were the best I could have ever expected. Both Sibi and Chris worked wonders with difficult recoveries. Each has a different approach and in combination covered all my physical issues. After my second shoulder surgery I specifically requested this facility over the one suggested. I did this because all of the personnel from scheduling to massage to workout and rehab were the best. God willing I will never need them again, but if I do they are the ones I will choose.
