Fantastic experience: Kime Sacramento (Tribute Road) is Outstanding!!! This is my second injury needing physical therapy and there is no other place I would go! I have tried other places (Burger for one) and I only got maybe 12 minutes of hands-on manipulative muscle & deep tissue therapy and it barely made a difference and then I would get kicked over to do exercises that barely felt like anything was being worked on... BUT, I found Kime 3 year ago after a hip injury and they were awesome! At Kime, I get a whole 30 minutes of hands-on with my therapist! That's huge! And then I go do the exercises my therapist, Cara, assigns me and they are definitely effective! If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go! Everyone is so nice and professional. Thank you Kime... Thank you Cara for helping me get my physical life back! :)

Fantastic experience: Extremely good physical therapy here. I’m currently working with Dr Meg who is outstanding. She has a creative approach and is able to work on several problems simultaneously. I’ve done pt over the years for a variety of reasons:post-surgery, balance, and on and on. in addition to a very high-level of professional expertise she is a wonderful person to work with. Physical therapy always has a crumb of discomfort to it, but Meg has made this process as good as it possibly can be. I’ve had good experiences at Kime with two other therapists as well, one who is still here and who I would also recommend (Julia). The space is shared with baseball training so there’s a lot of kids in a times and it’s kind of fun to watch them as well but I’m in the over 60 crowd and there are quite a few people in my age group getting physical therapy here on a regular basis. I highly recommend Meg for her skills with Balance and functionality . My only complaint is they could use some air conditioning.

Fantastic experience: I have used the KIME facility in Sacramento. My personal trainer has been Carson Mack, for many years. I am very pleased with his knowledge and experience. If (or when) I need the help of a physical therapist, Evan is someone I trust to diagnose and manage my quick recovery. I highly recommend them!

There is no other place I would take or recommend my athletes when it comes to their health and getting stronger! This year with the help of Randy Swank we jumped all in with having our players assessed multiple times and having the KIME team build our offseason, preseason, and in season training programs! Tony, Evan, Russ, Randy, and Team have helped our program not only stay healthy but also see noticeable gains in the weight room and on the field. Fantastic experience: Like many my age, I have needed physical therapy a handful of times over the years. Kime was in response to a chronically painful back along with wanting to prevent the need for additional Achilles surgery. At my first visit, I learned not all PT is created the same! Their knowledge and patience to target specific muscles and sites was unparalleled, only matched by highly efficient exercises that were recommended as follow up. The results have been real, immediate and enormously appreciated. I recommend Kime as highly as one can.

Fantastic experience: I chose KIME for physical therapy because I wanted to avoid neck and back surgery. Julia has been wonderful in helping me build up my strength and take practical measures while doing that. I’ve had a couple of minor set backs due to medical things but I don’t get discouraged because Julia patiently works with me to get back on track. She’s a gem and I appreciate everything she continues to do for me.

Not only do they listen to your concerns and actually work with you one on one, but they explain everything and allow you to do it at your own pace. This is my third PT clinic and I couldn’t be happier!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a couple physical therapists and this is by far my favorite. I had badly injured both ankles and have gone from barely hobbling around to being so close to being able to do full explosives movements. I work with Evan and he’s been there to motivate me when my healing was slow and also to push me into my dynamic movements and flexibility training. I love the approach that includes dedicated strengthening exercises and Evan is super knowledgeable about so many movements.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy is something I'm not a stranger to. I was a competitive athlete for 17 years. As you could imagine, that took a lot out on my body. I first started going to Kime in 2019 when I had a rotator cuff repair surgery. The pt I had in Roseville was kind and knowledgeable enough that when I needed a second surgery for the same issue, I knew I would be going back to Kime. This time, the Sacramento location was more convenient. I have been going to the Sacramento location weekly since March of 2023. In the past, I had gone to physical therapy for a while, then just stopped going once I was tired of doing the same few exercises over and over. Kime Sacramento is not like that. I have had the pleasure to work with Cara Flice for the last 6 months. I'm only 6 months post shoulder surgery, but the exercises that Cara has put me through has allowed me to recover almost back to normal in that amount of time. After my most recent surgery, I didn't think I would be getting back to normal range of motion or strength so quickly, but the incredible knowledge and careful choices in exercises that Ms. Flice has put me through has kept the sessions interesting and has allowed me to progress quickly and safely. I am very grateful to have found such a great organization with such great staff. Thank you for helping me get back to life.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Evan for over a year rehabbing from UCL surgery. He is very involved in my rehab process and is always working with even when i’m not in the facility. He answers all my questions and gives me exercises and things to do on my own. Evan’s been a key part in my recovery and making sure my body is in top shape.

Our overall experience with Evan was Incredible. Not only is Evan and extremely knowledgeable and professional therapist, he became a mentor for my son during the process. Fantastic experience: The best in the business. After I tore my UCL, Tyler Heflin and Evan Hauger were fantastic in the recovery process. They didn’t just get me back to where I was before my injury, but they got my body to become better than what it was. Being at the SSC location, you are surrounded by great people and high level athletes and creates a training environment like no other. I am now a little less than 2 years post surgery and i continue to see Evan to maintain and fix any issues I have. Truly grateful for KIME.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Kime via my wife. I have a herniated disc in my lower back. It causes chronic nerve pain and discomfort. I started seeing Evan and I have gotten leaps and bounds better. The physical therapy that I receive from KIME is on another level. Far surpasses what I was offered by Kaiser. This isn’t just PT, they also give you real exercises to help. Not just a sheet of paper. We are talking REAL exercise. Being treat at KIME has allowed me to avoid having back surgery. I cannot say enough good things about KIME & Evan. I regularly refer people to them because of how much their therapy has changed my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: My name is Dane LeBlanc and I had Tommy John surgery December 22nd of 2022 and I’ve done all my rehab through Kime Performance Physical Therapy. I’ve had nothing but exceptional hospitality from the staff and I couldn’t be more grateful. The rehab process has definitely been hard for me but Kime helped me mentally and physically to get through it!

Fantastic experience: Cara has been working with both of my sons, both pitchers, one in 8th grade, and one in college. They have both been working through elbow injuries. Cara is not only extremely knowledgeable about the injuries, but her communication directly with their Doctor in SF has been imperative to diagnosing and working through their injuries and recoveries. This communication was crucial in helping to diagnose the 14 year old, who was having a hard time explaining where the pain originates. Due to Cara’s extensive knowledge, she has been a bridge of information to the Doctor, and now, he to is on the road back to the mound he loves! We appreciate you Cara! Nobody better!

Fantastic experience: So much better than any physical therapy I've done before. . . And fixing my knee isn't even the best thing they did for me! I started working with Evan at Kime after knee surgery a few years ago. I was in my later 40s, so I thought it was great that Evan got my knee doing things it had never done before. I do pistol squats on that knee now! Happy as I am about my knee, I am even more grateful for something else Kime did for me. In rehabbing my knee, Evan taught me to lift weights and helped me build a strong, resilient body. I had suffered neck pain since I was a teenager. I saw all sorts of professionals as well as other physical therapists and took muscle relaxants way more often than I wanted to. Nothing helped for more than a short time. Lifting with Evan gave me strength and balance I never had, and my neck pain has gone away. When I quit lifting for a while during the pandemic, it came back. Evan worked with me online to get it fixed, and I've been lifting and neck-pain-free ever since. Thank you, Kime!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Kime to anybody who wants to push themselves to the next level for physical therapy. These are great people and they make sure you are on track of what needs to be done and when. They are organized and are very flexible. They have all the answers when questions asked. Just great people overall and i’ve had a great time with them getting stronger mentally and physically while also becoming a better person. Couldn’t thank these people enough.

Positive experience: Many of the reviews here are older so I will provide an updated one. I believe Kime has grown too popular to maintain the quality and reputation that earned it its popularity in the first place. The coaches are all knowledgeable and provide quality care… when you actually have their attention. It seems that they double book every hourly time slot with two patients. As soon as you get set up with your workout for the day, your coach will go off to work with the patient that has just showed up at the 30 minute mark of your appointment. At this point they are stretched too thin to continue helping you or watching your form or looking for any imbalances as you do the workout. The final straw for me was being sent off to do sled pushes on my own (an exercise I had yet to do in my training thus far) and then when I finished my workout and met back up with my coach to schedule my next appointment, I was told to call the front desk as my coach was too preoccupied with the other patient who had shown up. I just never made another appointment. Smart people working here, but they are constantly splitting their attention between two patients, leading to lower quality care overall.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Kime has been fantastic. I’ve had the privilege to work with Dr. Jonathan at the Uriah Faber location. He has catered my therapy and workout plan to get me back on the road running and I could not be more pleased with the results. Doing recovery workouts in a proper gym has made the experience much smoother than with my previous PT experience.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my TKR rehab. Very pleased with the results, not only for the direct rehab, but the overall fitness which of course supports the knee. My last rehab was in a medical setting and not in any way as good as this. My coach was personable and brutal, a great combo.

Fantastic experience: I originally came across Tony almost 5 years ago after recovering from orthoscopic hip surgery. Post-op therapy went so well that I moved onto other ailing parts, in particular major thoracic issues (for over 6 years) that had me wondering about my future. After seeing a dozen plus therapists, 5 chiropractors, 2 acupuncture’s, and seriously considering surgery, I had little faith that my back issues would ever resolve. During my therapy with my hips, Tony provided me with some tips for my thoracic issues that has since miraculously resolved 90+ % of my previous pain. I am doing squats, sprinting, and swimming like 20 years ago. I should also mention that 2 years ago I had shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum from 10+ years ago. I went directly to Tony post-op and have had 100% recovery - can throw a football as far as I can with no pain again. Tony has restored my faith in physical therapy. He and his staff work really well with both the younger and older generation. I owe much thanks to him and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Russ has helped me greatly in terms of pain reduction in my neck and totally eliminated the numbness/tingling down my left arm. He has helped me with other problematic areas by working on them as well and giving me exercises/stretches. He listens carefully, assesses the problematic area(s) and then gets to work, gently. Nothing harsh or forceful. I feel very blessed I am fortunate to be a client.

They have done a fantastic job helping me recover from injuries and get back to playing sports as fast possible. Last year I had LCL surgery and Kime Performance took great care of me, they helped me return from what was supposed to be a 6-8 month recovery to full strength in less than 5 months!.

I worked with Evan to fix my Achilles issues and return to running! I also have been doing training sessions with Carson for several years and continue to get stronger. Fantastic experience: I started out skeptical that physical therapy could help my arm, after several years of dealing with dull aching discomfort. Tony and his team were awesome to work with & encouraged me to keep going even when there was no change after 4-5 weeks. Then just past 6 weeks I was amazed that the dull ache stopped. My experience has been the opposite. My recovery has been nothing like I expected. Fantastic experience: My 15 year old son received a sports injury playing football. We were able to get an appointment right away with Evan Hauger, Physical Therapist. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism in narrowing down the source and location of the injury, as well as the hands on therapy given during the appointment. Fantastic experience: Over a year ago I met my personal training hero, Carson Mack. I have worked with countless personal trainers and he is, hands down, the best. I have not ever done the same workout twice. He understands the body and knows how to work with injuries and limitations better than anyone. Through Carson I discovered Evan. I am an ex-competitive gymnast who was recently told I needed to have total knee replacement on both knees. I was devastated as I am only 41 and I stand all day at work and I love working out. Carson set me up with Evan and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. Evan educated me on what I could do to prolong the process of knee replacement, he worked on me manually and although it was uncomfortable, I noticed relief immediately after. At first I saw him every other week. Once we got my knee pain under control I cut back to once a month. The best part of all of this is that Evan and Carson communicate about all of their patients/clients physical limitations, needs and what areas they need to strengthen and work on. They are always on the same page and they work so well together. What I’m saying here is that Evan & Carson are my dream team!

Fantastic experience: Kime Performance PT is the best Physical Therapy I’ve received. I have been through a lot of injuries and have had a dozen plus therapists in my life. I’m pretty in touch with current sports injury recovery techniques and find Kime to be cutting edge. A lot of the techniques Russ uses on me I’ve only seen in pictures with elite athletes. Russ and his employees push me and because of this I’ve had amazing results.
