Fantastic experience: I had a great time at parkway physical therapy, after I broke my elbow I was nervous and stressed I thought I wasn’t going to be able to fully heal and participate in the physical activities that I was doing before, however after a month I was able to start doing sports again. Ian has a great knowledge about his work And guides his patients in the right direction. I am grateful for all the time they spent on me. I would recommend parkway physical therapy to everyone

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Parkway Physical Therapy enough. The people here are welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall very caring about their patients progress. I came in after a concussion and they created an environment that was comfortable for me to be in (i.e., not too loud, not bright). No other places I’ve been to have been as considerate. If you are looking for a PT in sacramento, look no further because this is the best place you can come to.

Fantastic experience: Had a horrible work related energy and was referred through my Workmen’s Comp provider. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a pleasant welcome and an awesome vibe. When working through each exercise, I was told exactly how each movement was contributing to my recuperation. Also, was given exercises to do at home that would contribute. I would definitely recommend this location if you’re trying to get back to your normal physical way of life. I am currently a patient, but I feel I will not be for long due to the improvements that’s been made.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Folsom was awesome! I came in with pain in my elbow. Dr. Folsom figured out what was going on and was able to help me eliminate pain in my elbow after a couple visits. He also helped me to strengthen my elbow so I wouldn’t fell pain in the future. He is the best PT in sac! I Definitely recommend Parkway PT!!!

Fantastic experience: So pleased and relieved to find a PT that I enjoy and that's working. I've had PT in the past and it still led to surgery. When I had a different surgery I opted out of PT. Now that I'm older and needed care I found Ian and he's been amazing! Listens, helpful, educational and fun.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Parkway Physical Therapy. I needed physical therapy after I fell, severely fractured, and dislocated my right elbow. My therapist, Ian, was a key to my successful rehabilitation. He encouraged me to keep working hard on the exercises he taught me to do at Parkway and at home. My elbow extension now extends beyond the goal my surgeon set for me and my arm strength is almost back to what it was prior to my injury.

Fantastic experience: Awesome attention to your needs! Best physical therapist I have ever been to. Ian has really help me strengthen my tricep after it was surgically repaired after being severed from my elbow. Go to Ian he knows how to help!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Folsom is FANTASTIC! After struggling to get back to some of my normal daily tasks following an accident, Dr. Folsom had me back to all of my normal activities and even things I haven't been able to accomplish pre-accident in a very short period of time. After my accident I felt defeated because my pain was starting to affect my daily life; CrossFit was too much (even light weight), sitting at my desk was sometimes too much, and putting on my jeans seemed like a chore. Truly, he's someone who cares and listens to his patients. If you need a PT... and if you're able RUN, don't walk to his office. The facility is conveniently located in the Arden-Arcade area. Dr. Ian WILL make time for you! He's a DPT with a lot of passion for patients and community and his PT experience is unmatched. GO SEE DR. IAN!!!

Fantastic experience: Ian is awesome! He showed me exactly what to do to help relieve both my leg and back pain after being rear-ended in a car accident. He is genuine, kind and will even slip in a joke or two to break the ice. Nice, big, clean offices & equipment too! Highly recommend Ian!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Ian for about a month, after switching from Sutter’s Physical Therapy due to not making any improvements after 2 months of visits. I was instantly impressed with Ian’s professionalism and breadth of knowledge - he performed a far more thorough initial assessment than I received with Sutter and the care he put into developing a therapy plan was evident. He regularly checks on my status and adds exercises as needed. After a month with him, I can say I’m about 85% better (for two separate problem areas). He is kind, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and it’s clear he truly cares about his patient’s well-being and wants to see them improve. Cannot recommend him or Parkway enough.

Fantastic experience: Parkway Physical Therapy is a very nice and comfortable establishment. I have been to several physical therapy offices in the past years, and this is the best I have been to. The physical therapist is very kind and caring and personable. He explains your injuries to you and how to move forward. He works with you on Availability for your next appointment.I have complete confidence in him and I recommend him.
