Fantastic experience: My rehabilitation has been a very good one. My therapist is very good and so are the other therapists nice. Let's not leave out the other patients, they are also nice. That helps to have a good atmosphere around while working on your pain were ever it is.

Fantastic experience: Several of my doctors are with Baylor Scott and White here in Irving. They are ALL a step above any previous doctors that I had previously in Florida or anywhere. My outpatient Physical Therapist, Ben Oberding, is the absolute BEST!

The therapist are well advanced with their plan for each individual, yet kind and gentle in their approach toward each individual’s recovery exercise plan. I’m totally benefiting from this rehab center! Joanah is my PT Specialist, and I am privileged to have her on my road to recovery!

Fantastic experience: I am 7 years out past being disabled by chemotherapy side effects and I cannot tell you what hope it has given me that Baylor Scott& White Irving has physical therapy geared for our unique needs. Their physical therapists have special certification tailored to chemotherapy side effects and my PT has been kind and tolerant of my weakness and they look forward to building my strength with her and the rest of the team!

Fantastic experience: Leticia Serena is the best she is very patient and explains treatments and plans very well ! BSW in Irving is so easy to travel to. Easy access and everyone is so helpful, they don’t just point you with a turn right turn left — they actually take you until they are sure you know where you are going, ON A SCALE OF 1-5 I give them a 10 !

During multiple interactions with Khyati D., the professionalism, encouragement and guidance she demonstrated during my rehab sessions could not have been better. Fantastic experience: First visit, first time for therapy of any type. I was very impressed with the staff, especially my therapist, Khyati. She explained every aspect of what we would do for the assessment and determining actual therapy I might need. I was very relaxed but nervous as I was anticipating what would take place. I watched others as they worked with their own therapists and was pleased with everything I saw. I would highly recommend this facility for any therapy options they may have available. Great staff. Fantastic experience: My physical therapist, Aleena was great! She listened to my concerns and worked with me in creating a list of stretches and exercises to do at home. The front desk staff was always courteous and checked me in right as I walked in. The office is conveniently located and the equipment is cleaned between uses. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: The experiences I have with Juan as my therapist is very encouraging. He is very professional, yet sets the atmosphere behind me a friendly one. He keeps me focused on whether I am counting, keeping my correct posture, etc. It is amazing when you are subjected to pain you actually are encouraged to accept it. You know it is beneficial and he knows when not to push you. The most amazing thing is he knows when to stop, when you are tired or hurting before you tell him. This is a knowledged therapist which shows to me, he knows his job and does it well.

Fantastic experience: All PT is not created equal! Juan Cisneros at BS&W is one of the best therapists I’ve ever encountered. His manner is gentle and his evaluations very thorough so I was practically guaranteed a good outcome. Juan is always ready with a kind word of encouragement. I highly recommend you seek him out when you need PT.

And she also esponded quickly when I had to reschedule an appointment. Khyati was very helpful and knowledgeable. The exercises she gave me really helped with my Vertigo.

Fantastic experience: The people there are very accommodating, especially Elizabeth, the therapist that worked with me. Pushes you to do your best but not to the point where you might over do it. Compliment you when you do well, that is a big smile on my face. When I go back to my surgeon for follow-ups, they are very impressed with my progress as well.

The staff from the time you enter the door until you leave are great. David was my instructor or therapist..He was personal and kind...not pushy. His student was good too. What have you got to lose...possibly that pain!!!

My occupational therapist Kelsey is an expert and has given me knowledge that I would have been completely oblivious to had I not started therapy! She is great!

Fantastic experience: Briana has been a godsend. As a breast cancer patient with some ugly swelling as the result of radiation therapy, l am extremely grateful to her. She has been kind, gentle, comforting, and most of all has given me hope that what I am dealing with right now doesn't have to be my new normal. She specializes in women's health issues, and I have never once felt uncomfortable or awkward with her. She is really fabulous. 5 stars....highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ben has given me personalized physical therapy, and always treats me with great respect and consideration. He answers my questions without talking down to me or talking over my head. He explains why the individual exercises are helpful. It's been a great experience, and the PT is a game-changer following my spinal surgery and the nerve damage and weakness I experienced prior to the surgery.

Positive experience: Andrea the PT was attentive and set realistic goals. She also provided sincere encouragement. The office staff, especially Liz, were friendly and helpful. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because they discontinued the pickup/drop off (due to COVID) and it’s difficult for me to get my husband in/out of car to get to Outpatient. When the pandemic ends and Baylor reinstates the transportation, then I’ll change review to 5.

Fantastic experience: I have had to have physical therapy many times over the last 17 years. I have been to three or four different offices for therapy but since I found Baylor Scott and White Irving PT I won’t go anywhere else. The entire staff there is very friendly and the physical therapy I have received has always been the best. I am currently working with Christin and she is awesome. She listens to me and tailors my therapy to my needs and goals. She adjusts each time I go in if needed. I will always ask for her if I ever have to go back for anything else!

Fantastic experience: BS&W is a good place to be in. The Rehab is well organized and clean. Parking places are ample. My wife was under treatment in the Rehab. Her rehab technician was Kelsey. She was very thorough in her work. She explained the procedures very well and gave my wife good advise on how to manage her condition. She had 11 sessions with her over a period of 8 weeks. I am highly satisfied with the results. Thankyou Kelsey.

Fantastic experience: I came here after a shoulder injury, which I sustained while skiing on spring break. I was sent here on doctor's orders, and I immediately felt right at home. The office in Irving is easy to get to, just off of MacArthur Blvd. south of Highway 183.and the people are friendly and professional--from the front desk staff to the therapists themselves. It is heated towels and heated elements at the start, ice sometimes at the end, and lots of "good pain" in between. I have found my mobility is greatly improving (I'm still working on it!), and my shoulder and arm are getting stronger. Both of the therapists I've worked with are really wonderful: knowledgeable, punctual, helpful, affable. I certainly recommend this Irving office of BSW physical therapy/ rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a Mastectomy and had lymph nodes removed to check for cancer. I have been very sore in my left arm and under the arm l, after one visit with Baylor Scott & White Rehab I feel so much better. I can absolutely recommend using this facility. I can’t wait to see how fast I can get back to “normal” arm movement.

Negative experience: The program seems very poorly run. The paperwork I was to sign said the benefits and risks of physical therapy had been explained to me, but there was no protocol to explain that to me. The workers at the check-in desk did not know what kind of physical therapy services are offered. The therapists were not as engaged with patients as they should be and were on the computers too much. The price was ridiculous, especially with therapists handling 2 patients at a time. For that cost, I expect it to be a great experience, and it was definitely not.

Fantastic experience: Womens health physical therapy is claimed as an offering at many places. I visited other places at my detriment before finding Tulsi at Baylor. Through less than a year of therapy and instruction by her I have gained more mobility and strength than I have experienced in over 6 years!! I cannot say enough great things about Tulsi and Meghan. The desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I hope to not need them again but if I do need physical therapy in the future there is no where else I would trust.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Megan at Irving Baylor. And I have not felt this good in over a year. She is really helping me get through my pain I highly recommend her to any pregnant woman or during postpartum dealing with back pain pelvic pain an not being able to move or have no strength in legs.
