Fantastic experience: They Have been great. They all share in helping me with my work out. I’m sore the next day but my muscles are getting better because of medicine I was taking deteriorated them. Hopefully soon I’ll be running 20 K marathon. Hee hee

The staff is very friendly, and seem to really care about me as a client and also know exactly how to treat people regardless of their limitations. I have had excellent results each time I have participated in the program.

Positive experience: All the therapists were great. Very personable and helpful. Front office staff were very nice and helpful as well. Two things that I did have an issue with. The first thing was how many times my appointments were confirmed. For each appointment I got a phone call, a text message, an email and a message on the portal. When you have 3 appointments a week that is a lot of confirmations. The second thing and the most important problem that I had was with Mimi. At the exit evaluation for the TMJ therapy she talked down to both my wife and me and left us with the impression that she did not believe that I needed to be in therapy for either the TMJ or for the leg strengthening due to my diabetic neuropathy. During her exam she pulled my right leg up very quickly and caused me a great deal of pain . After I left your facility I wondered if I should even come back but have decided to because I like the therapists. While the therapists all have wonderful bedside manner , your nurse practitioner needs to work on hers, a lot.

There is a doctor available should you have any questions or concerns. The moment you walk in the support staff is ready to help and is very familiar with your insurance needs. A very positive experience over all.

Positive experience: Service was great, so was the staff, except till i got a bill for which i was specifically told that it is covered. Got a steroid shot .. a week before i asked them to check with insurance on the charges. was told that they checked with insurance and no charges. A month later.. i get a bill for 70 bucks. when called, they said the shot was covered but the administrating of the shot is not. as if there is a difference as far as am concerned. Well played!

Fantastic experience: I've met Dr. Jeremy Liesveld (Chiropractor and NP) and Tyler (Physical Therapist). They are nice, friendly, and offer lots of services in a convenient location. They even offer stability/gait training (VRT)!
