Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend having your recovery therapy here. Staff is friendly. The facility is clean. Never felt uncomfortable or unsure. I was always encouraged to keep pushing and was given all the tools necessary to facilitate a healthy recovery. Very knowledgeable and caring. You will not be disappointed. After my shoulder surgery I feared I would not regain my strength. Coming here I not only starting regaining my strength but the therapist gave me the confidence I needed to keep going. She was my biggest cheerleader and I’m forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Lots of parking and nice facilities. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Physical Therapist, Jiah, was extremely patient and knowledgeable with what needed to be done for my rehabilitation. She knows her stuff. Thank you all for your kindness and support.

Negative experience: No grievance with the individual therapists, but stay away from AOA. I was charged 135 for my first visit and 100 for the second as my copay. I was then sent a bill for the individual exercises wrongfully and had to reach out multiple times to be just told verbally to ignore the bills. If you want peace of mind clarity and a professionally run healthcare service look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the AOA Physical Therapy Clinic in Irving included knowledgeable, hands-on care and supervision by qualified health-care professionals. Nahuel and Jiah (therapists), and Precious (scheduler extraordinaire), were terrific! Patient, thorough instruction on a variety of apparatuses designed for safe, effective strength-building exercises ... satisfying in every respect! I will benefit from what I have learned for a long, long time.

Negative experience: How do I trust them if they can’t even answer a simple question

Fantastic experience: I posted a review a while back and forgot to update it— we stopped going there because a lot started changing. We hated how Amber was arriving late and we had to wait. Not only that but she kept talking about personal stuff that clients didn’t need or want to hear. She was attitudy too. The deal breaker was how she started talking about personal things about my husband in front of the other clients. Made me feel so uncomfortable and so unprofessional . We decided not to go back after that. ———————We go here 4 my husband's therapy. It's a very clean, well maintained facility. The staff is super friendly and easy going. I like that they have a bilingual receptionist is as well. The therapist is very thorough and always has a good attitude. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with several therapists too. They ate open until 7pm on most days. They're open Monday through Friday only. They really work with your s hedge and very flexible with appointments. I highly recommend.
