Negative experience: I got PRP on my shoulder at atlas’s medical clinic in Irving, TX. I did not feel any relief for my shoulder and I wasted $1000 that I paid. Furthermore, I was told that it will help my shoulder, but I got zero relief. Please do not waste your hard-earned money in this place because they will tell you everyone got relief, which is not true

Fantastic experience: I am a returning customer having had treatment for knee cartilage regeneration and healing wrist pain and I would highly recommend Atlas for anyone experiencing joint pains. Over the last several years I have been mis-diagnosed over and over. In contrast, Atlas has consistently: a. taken the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, sought the underlying cause of my problem (not just treating symptoms) and walk me through the exact details of my problem without making assumptions ahead of time. b. been clear as to the limitations of any technique (including tempering my expected of outcomes) and only applying stem-cells where they would be worthwhile. c. worked as an effective team, deferring to a more knowledgeable team member regardless of their title d and above all treated me as an individual person, letting me feel welcomed, hearing out my concerns, understanding the distinct issues of my case and never using cookie-cutter treatments as it were an assembly line. I only regret is not returning sooner for my present issue (hip/thigh pain). I could have saved myself a lot of frustration and pain.

Fantastic experience: On the recommendation of my friends I drove to Dallas from Houston for PRP on my knees for OA. The visit was extremely good. The wait time was not much. I got a lot of good information from Lisa Moore about my treatment. The staff took good care of me and gave me all the relevant information. I felt very comfortable before and after the treatment . So overall the visit was very positive and I drove home very happy and satisfied. Very friendly staff. So on a scale of 0-10, I would like rate Atlas Medical 10 I want to thank Dr Noorani, Lisa Moore and the entire staff for an outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very welcoming! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The staff seemed like they love their job. They try to make a genuine connection with you. The staff is also very attentive to your needs. If you are a talker, they will listen. They move pretty quick as well. I didn’t have to wait long at all. My appointment was at 10, I was seen on time! Very clean cozy office and restroom. The staff was clean as well.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my 6 treatments and the improvement has been awesome. As I told the staff, my pain level has gone from an 8 or 9 level down to a 1. The therapies used have really worked. And I have lost 20 lbs putting the diet they recommended into my life and my wife's too. I am looking forward to getting back on the golf course, doing more gardening, and walking our dog without being in extreme pain from the neuropathy in my feet. I want to thank the doctors who always checked up on my progress, but especially Morgan, Lisa, and Francis who were my therapists. They were always interested in my progress and executed their work professionally at all times. All the ladies at the front desk were always alert, kind, and helpful. Dr Vincler was my diet therapist, so to speak. He was always inquiring how I was doing with the diet and had suggestions each week to help with food ideas. Fantastic experience: Atlas Medical Center was a true godsend. In summer of 2022, I began to have intermittent pain in my left leg. My doctor prescribed physical therapy, along with anti-inflammatories and pain pills. Nothing helped and my pain progressed until I could not longer sit, stand, or walk comfortably. I was in constant pain and finally had an MRI, which showed I had compressed nerves in my lower back. The doctor immediately suggested major surgery, with a recovery time of several months and no guarantee of improvement. I didn't want to have surgery and went to see Dr Hamed at Atlas to see there was anything that could be done. The team at Atlas has taken excellent care of me the whole way through. Lisa, Sandra, Jennifer, and Leslie were always attentive and took such good care of me. Dr Hamed checked in on me during every treatment and carefully monitored my progress. After just 24 visits doing non-invasive spinal decompression treatment, cold lasers treatments, and percussive massages, I feel as good as new. I no longer have any pain and I have resumed all of my normal activities. I would highly recommend Atlas Medical Center to anyone experiencing back or leg pain. Go see them before agreeing to a surgical intervention. Once you have surgery, there's no going back. Atlas offers a variety of non-invasive treatments with a patient's overall well-being as a top priority. I just want to express my deepest gratitude to the whole team. It was a great experience and environment. The staff is very professional and friendly, and always considering the patient first. They go above and beyond to answer questions and respond quickly. Fantastic experience: I visited Atlas medical center in Irving, Tx on 3-24-2022. to get PRP injections on my neck and lower back, because of herniated disc in my neck and lower back. Prior to this visit, my surgeon had recommended that I should be operated to get well. I’m so glad that I avoided surgery option for PRP injections. I’m 72 yrs old and this was a quick fix, no rehabs, no lengthy recovery time. I actually drove my car after this treatment. So far I have zero pain and my lifestyle is back to normal. Clinic also offer stem cell treatment that I may consider before any surgery. Extremely pleased with the service and the staff, and I would recommend to anybody to consult this PRP/ Stem cell treatment before surgery.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Atlas in Irving seems very knowledge and extremely nice and kind. It’s actually fun to go there!!! My only complaint would be is it is very expensive. Would be nice if Medicare and insurance would help some. One can risk his life with major surgery “amputating “ his knee, Risking blood clots, lots of pain, and expensive PT and severe surgical errors and Medicare and insurance pay through the nose no questions!!! Why not help with this less dangerous and severe methods. One keeps his leg intact!!! Oh?? Orthopedic drs, surgeons, don’t like it nor do pharmaceutical companies??? Well they can get on bandwagon!!! Atlas Medical is a good place. No pressure nor pushy people!! Yes, I have seen improvements in all 8 joints I’ve done!!

Fantastic experience: From my initial phone call to the very end of my visit, the entire staff was nothing but compassionate and caring. My issues were addressed and explained in plain english. The treatments are very expensive but they have options for you. I'm still trying to work all of that out, so I can't comment on whether or not the treatments work.

My knee was to the point that I could not perform my daily chores or go shopping.The doctors was prescribing pain medication but offered no hope for a possible cure or relief. I saw the article in the newspaper about Atlas Medical Center and I thank God! The Doctors and staff have been a God send. The doctors offered alternative procedures to possibly improve mobility. I have been going to the treatments and I can feel the improvement in my knee. I look forward to the treatments and I love the entire staff at the Center. I am so very grateful for the doctors and staff that are taking care of me! I have recommended this Center to my sister for treatment of her neuropathy and would recommend this office to anyone. Fantastic experience: My knees were so bad it was difficult walking at all, I've tried other treatments with only short term improvement. I had stem cell treatment on 3 April 2019, now it's October and my knees continue to improve all the time. My mobility has improved exponentially, I'm able to walk long distances and have started riding a bike. I highly recommend Atlas Medical for Stem Cell treatment.

They explained there may be a chance of continued improvement for a few more months. Fantastic experience: Based on my experience with stem cell therapy on my left knee, I highly recommend Atlas Medical to anyone interested in the stem cell alternative. Once I was deemed a good candidate for the therapy, my own stem cells were injected into my knee on January 31, 2019 as an outpatient. After a PRP (blood plasma booster) approximately 2 months later, I am pain-free again and 98% mobile in July. There is no "rehab" other than normal walking and routine exercises. The doctors and staff are great at explaining exactly what the procedures are and what to expect after receiving them. I most definitely prefer this procedure over knee replacement surgery! Positive experience: Everyone was nice at Atlas Medical Center that we came in contact with. The only thing I have issues with is that up front I ask the clerk about the insurance and she stated that they took my moms insurance. But once the intake Dr. start telling us about everything and about the pay, the insurance will not pay for the treatments. That was my purpose for taking my mom because of her back issues. If I have been told up front that the insurance would most likely not pay for it I would not have wasted my time getting my mother out there. I live in Fort Worth rather we live in Fort Worth and the drive was long. My mom's back hurt a lot. That's why I want to bring her because I thought they could help her with her insurance that she has. Very nice place but when driving a long ways you should tell your clients that the underlined is that most insurance will not pay are the services that you guys render.

Fantastic experience: When I first went to Atlas Medical Center I had lots of pain on my lower back. I did the Decompression Therapy and after several sessions I feel much better. Staff members are amazing and I highly recommend Atlas Medical Center.

Fantastic experience: My wife had the vampire breast lift done here at atlas a couple weeks ago. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and professional! She was nervous about the procedure, but Lisa made her feel comfortable and she was in and out in no time. She said the procedure was much easier than she expected. Fantastic experience: I was a bit skeptical when I went for a consultation, but walked out a believer. I had a stem cell injection in my right knee. My own stem cells were not used Because I have an autoimmune disease. Consequently, they used umbilical stem cells. I did appreciate the careful consideration given to this part of the treatment. Today, I had PRP injected into that knee, and will follow up in 3 months, or less if needed. The staff is very nice and the doctors, nurse practioner, and assistants are there for you If and when you need them. I have felt very comfortable calling with question during the Process. About my knee, I,m doing very well. I've had some pain at night which is treatable with topical Biofreeze type OTC products. But overall, I,m now pain free. Fantastic experience: As a 20 year consultant & advisor veteran to practices nationally and internationally, I would recommend Atlas Medical to anyone looking to relieve their pain and change their lives. They are professional, ethical and very clinically competent.

Negative experience: Took two classesonon on stem cell and was foolish enough to trust Atlas. They lied to me and even after I called them on it and wrote a letter to the medical director and the facility I have not even had the courtsey of a responce. I would not trust them to take care of my goldfish. Be Aware!

Negative experience: Honestly, I didn't trust this place. One of the main doctors is not an MD, she has a doctorate in chiropractic care. Also, their prices for PT, PRP and stem cells are just as much if not more than what you'll pay at a major hospital. It just isn't worth it to get care from people who are not totally qualified/certified to provide the services they offer.

Fantastic experience: I give these people a 5 star rating. Very knowledgeable, very caring, all are very skilled at everything they do. They are friendly and pleasant to be around. The doctors take time with you and Dr Schnee explains applicable treatment options. I've had the Supartz shots and the cold laser on my knee. Is getting better and better. I had fallen on it really hard, so with this treatment, I have improved significantly. The girls doing the massage after the cold laser are so good, using the Bio-freeze pain reliever. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: I have received spinal decompression as well as the cold laser treatment on my back and lower leg. Feeling better. Morgan takes good care of me. Dr. Hansen and the other Dr.s are very knowledgeable. The reception staff are super nice&helpful.
