Fantastic experience: The first time I visited Dr. Le's office. The receptionist was friendly and precise with her work. Dr. Le was friendly and very knowledgeable in her field. She explained in detail about my treatment. The best part was the massage. I had neck and shoulder pain when I came to see Dr. Le. I love the new patient's 60 Minute massage special for $60. The masseuse was excellent; she hit the right spots. Although the massage was unpleasant, she did what she could to eliminate all the knots I had on my shoulders. I felt amazing the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Le for your chiropractic treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and her credentials are the proof of that. I went with severe back pain and knee pain that i have been suffering since childbirth(2009). She put me on a plan for 8-12 weeks and she did wonders. Now i DO NOT have anymore back pain even when i lack rest. This is one thing i am forever thankful to her. After my c-section, i had this numb, disconnect of nerves feeling always since my first c-section. I thought i have to live with it rest of my life. After 13 years, when i told her about it, she did something called "breaking scar tissue" and i am so amazed by the outcome. That numbness is gone and the lower body movement is regained. I used to walk like stick-woman dragging my legs and i thought its all because i have arthritis and i am obese. But its nothing related to all that. I went to orthopedic who then referred me to physical therapy. I saw podiatrist and no one could ever fix my problems, but Dr. Lee did. I am so thankful to her for her treatment and the AMAZING results i had. Dr. Lee is wonderful as a person and the staff is awesome. She is very honest and won't rip you off with unnecessary visits. She learned many techniques traveling even to India, to provide better treatment to the patients. She is very passionate about her work and to serve people. She is the BEST chiro i have met in 21 years.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee pays very focused attention. I have seen a few chiropractors in the past and i can definitely say Dr. Le is the best chiro I have seen. Unlike other chiropractors who spend a few mins with the patient and rest of the time spent in machines or with assistants, Dr. Le spends a significant amount of dedicated time personally with each patient. Also, Morgan at the front desk is very nice and friendly. She does a phenomenal job helping us with stretches and traction.

When I went to Dr. Le she told me I needed spinal decompression and laser treatment. I am so happy that I found her because I am 90% better!

Positive experience: The place was alright. They don’t do X-rays in house and the practicing chiropractor will not adjust until she has the X-rays. That’s fine and I understand that but I’d prefer against going to a multiple facilities for an adjustment. I will also note that when I called for an appointment (post gym injury) I was offered a “free consult and new patient offer”. I had to fill out the paperwork there because I wasn’t given access to log into their online system from home. The doctor came out and kind of rushed me into a room and didn’t really let me finish filling out paperwork. She then went to the front desk and lectured the employee saying that since I’m just a consult, she shouldn’t be taking a long time because I might not stay. I heard all of this clearly since they never closed my room door. I’m sure she does great work but I think this was a bad message to send to a new and potential patient. I went elsewhere and found a great chiropractor at Grennan Chiropractic just 2 minutes away.

She was extremely kind and available to answer my questions and to inform me of the value of CofixRX as well as to teach me about her practice. Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my back nearly my entire life, but had been experiencing severe pain/muscle spasms like never before for about the last 6 months. My primary doctor kept giving me pills that did not give me the relief I so desperately needed. I eventually was to a point where I was in constant severe pain at only 36 years of age. I literally couldn't function at all because the slightest movement sent my back into extreme spasms. To make a long story short, I live 100+ miles from Dr. Le's office in Irving but I'm so greatful that I decided make the 3+ hour trip to see her. Dr. Le is truly amazing at what she does, and I can't thank her and her staff enough for giving me my life back!

Negative experience: Went in for the special deal I saw online. After the visit I was charged $120 (special was said to be $65), and they didn’t do an adjustment because she said she wanted X-rays first. When I offered to go to my primary care physician for X-rays they encouraged me to go to the place they referred me to instead to my doctor. Something feels off, I feel I was overcharged and didn’t gain much from the visit.

Fantastic experience: I had a fatal car accident. My car was rear-end hit and totally crashed. I was hurt badly. I suffered severe pain in my back basin. Could not even walk. Could not sleep at night. A friend referred me to Dr. Victoria Le. Dr. Le examined me and proposed a 6-week treatment plan to take care of my injury and health. I was very impressed by her complete plan to cure my total body illness, including my headaches and mental anxiety. Her treatment was very effective. At least 50% of the pain was gone within a week, and I was able to sleep at night again. With experience and expertise, Dr Le located the exact tender points in my body to remediate the damaged tissues and aching problem. From my previous car accident 10 years ago, my experience with other doctors whom I had visited require treatments that took several months, and required continuation with physical therapy. Dr. Le is very honest, kind and caring doctor. My car insurance company was very happy that my medical costs were minimal for my almost fatal accident. I highly recommend Dr. Le for effective treatment.

Negative experience: I wish i could give zero! Dr Victoria Lee did all kind of tests from MRI s to xrays but was not able to diagnose my problem. She even told me all of my organs are damaged! She just gave me a list of Theraphies of $2000! And when i asked whether my back pain will get cured or not she said " I dont know" " I am not sure". Please dont waste your time and money. So just dont go to this doctor The only good thing was a body massage!

Fantastic experience: My car got reared ended badly at the first week of my kids' beginning of school in the fall of 2107. I got a whiplash and so did my children. Several days my kids and I were feeling stiffness, soreness, and excruciating pain on the neck, shoulder, and whole back pain plus stiffness. Not only that the nurse at my daughter's school called in next day after the accident that my daughter was nauseated and fainting. I then was recommended from my paralegal, Angela Lewis from the Laws Offices of Fuller and Eason to see Dr. Victoria Le to be evaluated. After a thorough evaluation and testing Dr. determined that I and my son in fact did have an injury to my neck. She explained in depth why I was not feeling pain at the time of accident, and what would happen in the future if the problem was not taken care of. After doing an MRI of my neck and my son's neck that was recommended by the Dr. Le of it was determined that my spine was injured from the accident. Knowing this gave me such relief and I was able to take care of the problem before it was too late. Dr. Le at Yes to Perfect Health extremely professional and thorough. I recommend everyone I know involved in an accident to contact them right away even if you are not feeling pain. Now my kids were completely pain free and I feel about 85% pain free and was able to return to my daily routines again. "Awesome" That's the one word I can use to express the care I received at Yes to Perfect Health, Dr. Victoria Le, was probably the best adjuster I have ever had to work on my spine, neck, shoulder, and knees. The staff and Dr. Le were great from start to finish! You can tell they enjoy what they do and we all left feeling great!I highly recommend her to anyone!

Negative experience: I have fibromyalgia and horrible menstrual cramps, I looked for a place that I could get in TODAY because of the extent of my pain. I already have paid services set up for next week and going forward at another location but I have reached a breaking point in pain tolerance. The website states that they can almost ALWAYS get you in same day. This is capitalized, bolded and centerfold as soon as the site loads. It is the first thing noticeable when visiting the site. The site set my expectation that not only was this place very professional but that I would be able to get in today or at least sometime soon (because I did take into consideration that it said almost despite their emphasis on same day availability). PERFECT, that is exactly what I needed, no need to look further. Due to this, I purchased a voucher for a massage in hopes to alleviate at least some of my pain. I also called very early and left a message so that my request could be made first thing in hopes that this, along with already paying for the service, would strengthen my chances of getting in today. After waiting an hour and a half after their opening time and still having not received a return call, I again called the office to set an appointment. I was prepared to wait a day or two if today was not available, I am stressing this fact because of the loud marketing of availability shown on the site. Not only was today not available, but there was no chance of me getting seen until mid next week and only a few time frames were an option (which weren't possible due to my work schedule). I offered to even cut the amount of time I had paid for just so I could get SOME assistance. The person on the phone, though friendly, stressed the fact that they were just completely booked. Today. Tomorrow. ALL weekend and all the way until mid next week. So at this point, I wasted my money and heightened hopes because of the false advertisement on this clinics website. Now that I have thrown that money away, I can not pay to get a service today even if I found somewhere that was available. After reading more on the site, I had strongly considered using this location for my pain management instead of the other place but I am only left with the option to assume the fabrication on their home page extends to other details about the business. Now just frustrated and in pain. I understand that I was looking for something unrealistically soon but out of all the places I researched, not one other site set such high expectations on getting seen so quickly. I would not have spent my money if I had known this was false information. I am sure they have a good practice, but terrible marketing and it didn't seem to matter much that this was the situation I was now in. Lesson learned. Money wasted and no relief.
