Fantastic experience: The doctors at All-Star are All-Stars themselves! But a special shout out to Lisa Clark, head of their Physical Therapy unit. She is simply wonderful!

Negative experience: I have never been to an appointment that didn't involve me in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes and then the prep room for another 15-20 minutes. I wish they could manage their schedule better. Doctor and nurses were very professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Runner and his team were so helpful and attentive and I really felt cared for.

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr. Michael K Hahn today and he is a Champion! He took the time to expertly explain what was going on and how to test the efficacy of whether surgery was necessary or not! I will tell others about him as he is the kind of surgeon/healer you want to interface with on a regular basis! He is definitely an All-Star.

Fantastic experience: Dr Runner was knowledgeable, professional, very friendly, and broke everything down so we understood everything he said. We were very pleased with the care provided and would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this office and the way appointments are confirmed. Had a visit scheduled for 9:00 AM today, only to arrive and be told I'm not in the system. I received a confirmation email as well as appointment reminder earlier during the week. The young lady at the front office states that the system was showing 9 sent text messages which I never received in reference to the appointment. She did everything she could to try to accommodate me but the lack of communication is my issue. What happened to picking up the phone to speak with the patient? With the number of issue's with technology you would think that common sense would be exercised if a response was never received. Very disappointing. My advice to the office staff is place obc to patients if you do not receive a text response.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with physicians at All-star Orthopedics before, and my experience with them is always great. They're transparent about treatment options and procedures. They have modern equipment and great facilities that are conveniently located. They truly care about your well-being, as a patent.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Runner is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He has gone above the call of duty to find a solution to relieve my pain and accommodate my needs. His medical planner is also exceptional to deal with. I look forward to having Dr. Runner replace my hip when the time comes. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Dr Runner was very detailed and thoughtful. He took his time and explained everything to me that possibly could be going on with my knee replacement done by another surgeon. He was amazing as was the MA Bianca, front office staff Maria and Jackie!

Fantastic experience: Janet is a careful listener. She set up an exercise program that is designed to slowly increase muscle strength. She explained what each exercise would do for me.

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Brian Straus, and Julie, his assistant, through a necessary search for a second opinion on an “at the time” ongoing ankle surgery drama. I had unfortunately entrusted my ankle bone and joint care to what I now know as an unqualified “surgeon.” Upon meeting Dr. Straus and Julie, I was immediately relieved, as they immediately took images of my swollen and scarred ankle, and told me of their findings. Despite having 2 prior recent surgeries on said ankle, my tibia was in fact, still broken. Imagine my shock, but not surprise, due to the amount of pain I was suffering. At this meeting, I spoke with Dr. Straus extensively about my surgical options. Primarily, he recognized first things first, fix the tibia issue. After booking my appointment within 1.5 weeks of my visit, I am extremely pleased to announce that the surgery went swimmingly. At the moment, I am currently recovering from a second surgery, a total ankle replacement performed by Dr. Straus and his team of compassionate, empathetic and exceptionally knowledgeable colleagues who I honestly would trust w my life. I can confidently state this fact, as my quality of life was rapidly moving backwards when we first met. I felt helpless, hopeless and confused as to what decisions I needed to make to aide my physical and mental health in the right direction. Through education, time, patience and expertise, Dr. Straus ensured me that I would be in a much better position all around if I chose to opt for a total ankle replacement. I am only in the midst of recovering, but I already know I was put on the right path. And for that, I am utterly grateful. I would recommend this practice to everyone I meet, and will continue to use them in the future for all of my bone and joint needs! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Greenberg repaired my left knee after an MRI showed there was torn cartilage. I was moving after a couple of days. Started rehab through their therapists and am on my way to normal activities. 70 years old and feeling great!

Negative experience: Horrible! One of the worst Billing service I ever faced in recent times… 2months back I visited AllStarOrthopedics after doctor visit, Billing representative told me after your insurance you have to pay 150$ so I paid that time…. After I check with my insurance I supposed to pay 40$ only Then i contacted to AllstarBilling department regarding same, they said will send chèque with remaining balance in a week… now it’s been 4weeks no response from them, every time they are saying it’s in process… Really disappointed still fighting with them to get my balance back

Negative experience: Service is good but horrible billing department, went to their office last in 2022 Feb and sending bill in 2023 Nov, when asked in billing department, they are taking about my insurance benefits and don’t know reason why they sent me statement after 1.8 years.

Negative experience: Horrible! Terrible! Unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! DR. KEVIN HOBAG WAS RUDE AND TREATED ME LIKE GARBAGE. TOLD ME "I WAS TO YOUNG TO HAVE TORN ROTATOR CUFF" really dr. Hobag? Funny cuz i went to a very professional dr. 's office and found that it was just that. Shame on you unprofessional disrespectful doctors! Why are you even in this field? Oh, the money.... Like i owe you for being rude to me. F you!

Fantastic experience: My third therapy at all star. Each was different reasons. What an amazing experience. Very first therapy took only one visit to take care my problem. Second therapy session was longer because my shoulder area. When 4 week session was over, I was as good as new. Third therapy in session now. It’s related to my sciatica. I’ve had a 2 visits so far, I’m almost pain free. Walked 3 miles yesterday without any discomfort. All the credit to Ms. Janet. Her care is remarkable. She doesn’t hold back. She really cares and give her all to her patients. All the staff are very curious and willing to help. I’m grateful for All Star physical therapy and especially to Ms. Janet.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr straus for a second opinion about my foot. And we got in got X-rays done rather quickly, and then Dr straus sat down and talked with us for 10-15 minutes about further treatment and options to help improve way of life during recovery.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Honig and his staff have been great. Dr. Honig tries to help me in every way with my recent hip injury. His staff is awesome as well. Thank you Dr. Honig for getting me through this it’s been a hard road but I’ll make it thanks to him.

Fantastic experience: A little slow today, but my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Schott for about 12 years off and on for various problems. I've always been happy with Dr. Scott. He is easy to communicate with, listens to you and values your time.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been seeing Dr. Straus for over a year and we absolutely love All his office staff, nurses and of course the man himself. Incredible Doctor, very thankful for him and his crew

Fantastic experience: I love the online checkin. No paperwork to fill out in the office. They took me back exactly at my scheduled time. The nurse got information on my issue, the radiologist took me right to X-ray and then the doctor came in 5 minutes later. Dr Greenberg Will not recommend surgery until he has exhausted all means of treatment. Another shoulder doctor told me 5 yrs ago I needed rotator cuff surgery immediately or my shoulder would become so bad it could not be repaired. I got a second opinion from Dr Greenberg who said surgery was not necessary. It has been fine all these yrs. It will get irritated once in a while when I overuse it. Dr Greenberg gave me a shot and feels so much better.

Fantastic experience: All people at All Star Orthopedics were very helpful. They explain my injury to me and explain the process in fixing my injury. This was my first visit, and Dr. Brian Straus seemed very knowledgeable and showed me my injury and explained my situation to the full extent. He was very efficient and helpful I loved all the help given to me at All Star Orthopedics. Dr. Straus did a wonderful sergery on my foot. And each time I go everyone is helpful. I will tell my friends , if they ever are in need of a great Orthopedics to come to All Star Orthopedics. Thanks to everyone working there, dr.s and staff☺️

Fantastic experience: Office visit with Dr. Schott was super. The X-rays were quick and efficient plus the technician is great. Dr. Schott took care of my knees and the people at the front are great, too.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I have never ever been treated with such amazing kindness and Dr. Strauss and Julie PA just work so hard to make sure I’m not in pain and that my recovery goes perfectly!! My surgery site is not even swollen bad it’s so clean and my horrific pain I walked in with is gone. I have some pain just stiffness but I’m so thankful for finding Dr. Strauss. Who is the best ever in the world. Gabriel he fixed my cast so gentle so patient. Integrity!! That’s what All Star has. I almost feel like I’ve know. Them forever. Autumn too!! But Julie PA….. I would never have gone through with the surgery without her that morning. And I was in bad shape. Could not walk or stand. They check on me everyday. They text or call back in 2 minutes. Honestly they gave me my life back. Thank you All Star for being the best.

Negative experience: I have been going here for over 15 years. I made an appointment on Monday and my insurance was confirmed. Went in for my appt on Wednesday, and after waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes, I was told I would need to get a referral from my primary doctor or pay $470 in order to be seen that day, after I took off work. Really disappointed the front office did not do their job.

Fantastic experience: My husband saw Dr. Thomas Schott after a fall for a “possible” hip injury. Dr. Schott was kind, personable, practical and professional. After X-rays (taken in house) confirmed a fracture, Dr. Schott went over different treatment options to help determine which option would best suit my husband. I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor without any reservations.

Fantastic experience: I was seen quickly, soon got an X-ray and waited a few minutes for Dr.Greenberg to enter. We doscussed my issue, he listened respectfully abd provided logical feedback. He didn't rush to prescribe medication and provided alternatives that might be as effective. Not a pill pusher, which I appreciate. I'm happy with the visit.

Positive experience: Dr. Schott is amazing. Great bedside manner and excellent doctor. But triple check the codes you're given for a procedure if you're checking the cost with insurance. Stinks to find out after the procedure that you were only given 1 out of 4 codes to give insurance when finding out what the procedure will cost. That was not the doctor but one of the staff. Very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I tore my calf muscle in January broke my foot in April both happened at work so for 10 months I’ve dealt with workers comp and the places they’ve had me go with no results in healing. Finally get to see an orthopedic surgeon and in 10 mins had a real plan! These people are so nice. Appointments are quick, the team is professional and always in a great mood. Had I’d been able to go here 9 months ago I would have been fixed properly and on the road to recovery and healed.

Fantastic experience: The office is in the BSW hospital building. That was not apparent from the address. Once I figured that out the visit went great.

Negative experience: Refused to fill out paperwork for disability refused respond to Unum do not ever use doctor Hurt. Did not return my phone calls . Did not document elbow swelling localized elbow pain instability with flexion extension pronation or supination or any focal neurologic deficits . Taking the wrong X-rays to support any proof of fracture twice

I went to Dr. Strauss at All Star 4 months ago he listened and understood my concerns and the pain I was going through.Today I'm on the right track of healing and very appreciative of the care provided to me by Dr.Strauss and the professional and courteous staff at All Star Orthopaedic in Irving Texas.

I have had two procedures on different joints performed by two of the specialists in this facility, and am not only pleased personally, I have recommended them to anyone looking for similar care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Schott previously performed 2 knee replacement surgeries on my mother and the results were spectacular. Her upcoming knee revision surgery, we have full confidence, will be just as satisfactory. Fantastic experience: Had appointment with Dr. Hurt really nice doctor and took the time to explain my injury and what course of action should be taken. He didn't jump right into you need surgery like most doctors. He was very easy going and made me feel like I could talk to him.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Honig was awesome. He took a lot of time diagnosing my sons shoulder issue (swimmer) and it seems a clear path to help get my son through the season and hopefully resolution. I highly recommend Dr. Honig.
