Experiencia fantástica: I had my accident a man ran over me and they took wonderful care at me at this hospital I couldn’t ask for much nicer people I was there for about three months and they was absolutely fantastic their doctors are wonderful and they knew what they was doing and they didn’t mind taking the extra effort that I needed and explained to me what happened and what they was doing and why

Experiencia negativa: 1st to 2nd worse hospital experience of my life. Had a bullet wound and they did surgery a day or two before and expected me to walk and do pt with a 5mg hydrocodone in my body and a Tylenol. Do not go here what ever u do go to Baptist. And my mother is a nurse so I tried to be the sweetest as possible but them not listening to me 4-5 days straight I couldn’t even talk to the doctor or nurse I said just get me outta here I walked so far in crutches and in pain. No one communicates so when you say there’s a problem you gotta explain to 5 different people not including the nurse the same thing over and over again.

Experiencia negativa: Went there for a serious problem that I had they totally ignored me. I don’t think they took me seriously I took about 16,000 naps woke up. Nobody asked me was I okay or was I in any pain or do I need any medication? Nothing just walked past me! if I can give y’all a zero out of 10 I would never again!!!

Experiencia negativa: Dr Dana abulez delivered our baby Noah James Waid December 5th. Everything and everyone leading to delivery was great. The doctor had my wife pushing and doing great. Once the head was out she then ripped my boy out of my wife in an instant. I was not happy because she had a 3rd degree laceration that wasn’t necessary. I would also like to note the people who filed paperwork said I was an absent parent even though I was there the whole time. I understand being busy but this is not acceptable in any form or fashion and needs serious attention.

Experiencia negativa: I came to spend time with my husband that had an open heart surgery, I came to spend time with him. On December 15 and 16th. That morning a Rn white guy name Ryan was real rude and talking bad to my husband that morning. Yelling at him saying he can't have no water and that's the end of the conversation and that he has to wait until he is done with his morning stuff before he could swab hid mouth. He was dwn in the hall way talk to a Chinese guy ang girl and some more making fun of what he was doing. And when they entered the room with him they would look at me and smile . Not one time that day off anything to drink nor if I was ok or anything . He didn't talk to me about my husband. He was very rude and disrespectful. Nor any of his friends. I call dwn to speak to the charge nurse. She never came to the room . I also heard when his Chinese friend that was in the room with him said the next guy coming in . He's going to have a great night .. so he's having the pleasure of treating me the way he did. And telling the next person on the shirt to do so. Im leaving ive never knowing the the Rns in ICU is this bad and disrespectful. He also took his time getting and responding to his call light and getting him pained med. He took his time on everything. Also when he help my husband out of bed he put him on the other side so that I couldn’t see him .. but when a nother guy came in to let tge bed dwn to see me he yell at him what are you doing .. and he said she wanted to see him . And he just stood and watch him do it thsn . But it was the most horrible experience ive ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: I have Meige syndrome and I had gotten to the point where I couldn't swallow. The Urgent care I went to evaluated me and sent me to UAMS after calling my specialist in the movement disorder clinic. Upon arrival, the ER took me straight back with no waiting. After forming a team just for me and my condition, they began explaining how they would proceed. I was made comfortable to wait for a room. Within 36 hours I had a surgical procedure to place a feeding tube. All went well and came home the following Wednesday. I only have good things to say about this hospital and every staff member, doctor, and even the chaplain. At times it seems that they were slow to respond, but I realized the hospital is under staffed and were all working above and beyond. Thank you, UAMS. I would encourage all those who can to make regular contributions to this place. It will help so many people in so many ways. This includes the doctors, nurses, students, and the patients who go to UAMS. The outpatients, inpatients, and the ER patients. Everyone gains when we all give together

Experiencia negativa: If you want a higher chance of losing your baby have them here. They almost killed my child when they were refusing to do a C-section. Dr Sword botched our surgery, almost killed our daughter and my wife (she went septic and they had to go in again for a second time to remove a piece that she left in). Dr. O'Brien was very nasty and would make nasty looks and comments at my wife. The director of the NICU Ashley would falsely accuse us and kick me out for talking about Jesus with one of the nurses. Remember people this is a teaching hospital, you're basically an experiment. It's also harder to sue them because of it. Patient advocacy is a joke along with their HR. We tried reporting them and they did nothing. If you have gone through something similar please report them to the state board. IT SAFER TO TRAVEL TO THE NEXT STATE THEN COME TO UAMS! DO NOT HAVE YOUR BABY HERE!

Experiencia fantástica: April 21st, 2024 my 19 year old brother was shot and killed. During the last few hours of his life the nurses in ICU (4C I think was the unit? 4th floor above ER) took care of him and my family as if they were family. One nurse in particular whose name I am extremely sorry to say I have forgotten snuck out of the room after he died and gave me the biggest hug in the hallway. She held me for a moment as I cried. I owe her and the entire ICU staff everything. Thank you for making his last moments as comfortable as you all did. I will forever be in your debt. Especially thank you to that specific nurse whoever you are. You were exactly what I needed in that moment and I would give anything to thank you in person someday.

Experiencia negativa: I am a MBC cancer patient. And needed a shot on a monthly basis. I lived out of the area 3 hours out. When I went for my shot the nurse administering it was supposed to numb the area the needle was very large due to it was a subcutaneous injection. I was in so much pain and bleed for hours as I had to drive 3 hours home. The next day I found another oncologist and never went back.

Experiencia negativa: PRI they discharged me with out my CPAP BAG of parts and gave the bag to me at another visit 2 weeks later. Then they rushed me out without letting me inventory my property and didn't give me my Brand New $ 300.00 suit Jacket and Slacks, now they saying I had a chance to inventory my property when really they rushed me outside and I didn't know that my suit was missing till I got my laundry out at the funwash across the street. They are saying that the suit is not their and I am going to have to call Patient Advocacy to file a lost items form. Do not go to UAMS, they do not care about you. Will update with results. D.J.

Experiencia fantástica: After 15 seizures over 1 an a half hours. They are the BEST CHANGED MY SEIZURE MEDICINE AND KNOCK ME OUT COLD SO I WOULDNT KEEP FEELING. PADDED THE SIDE OF THE BED SO I WOULDNT GET HURT!! BEST HOSPITAL OUT OF ARKANSAS!!!! LOVE YALL AND HUGE THANK YOU TO THE SWEETHEART OF A NURSE!!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a 3 night stay at UAMS due to having a heart attack. I cannot say enough nice things about the whole experience. My ICU day nurse Kendall and night nurse Brandon were amazing, so kind and patient and helped me to feel calm. Every single person I came in contact with, from the Drs. to the food delivery people, were courteous if not downright cheerful. I have never experienced such a pleasant hospital stay given the circumstances. When the EMT's asked me which hospital I wanted to go to, I am very thankful to have said UAMS.

Experiencia negativa: I had a balanced owed that never showed up in MyChart. No notification via phone or by mail. Didn’t even know about it until they hit me with a lawsuit. Insurance tried to pay it. I tried to pay it. They almost doubled the amount with legal fees.

Experiencia negativa: I work in healthcare and let me tell you I think someone needs to step in and re-evaluate the way UAMS Clinics are ran there is no reason for a referral that was sent 2 months ago no one has reach out to the patient. I go to UAMS gynecology and I MYSELF HAD TO CALL ABOUT MY REFERRAL because no one reach out and let me know it was received. A good hospital is one that stays on top of patient care and values their patients! Please do better.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter was here to give birth and I have never seen a maternity ward so nasty. Upon arrival it was dirty looking. We get in the rooms and omg. This is horrible

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this hospital for anyone. A friend of mine was in a car accident in Clarksville over the weekend and was taken to the hospital, they told him that he needed to have surgery so they transported him to UAMS in Little Rock. After being transported they took x-rays and told him that he didn’t need surgery and they called his wife at 1am to tell her that he was being discharged and she needed to come get him. His wife told them that she lives in Fort Smith and had no way to come and get him at that time, they told her that they would let him stay in a room until she was able to come get him later that morning. I took her to get him and we arrived there at a little after 9am, upon arrival she found out that they kicked him out of the room at 4:30 that morning, set him in a wheelchair in the ER area with nothing to drink and when we pulled up to the ER and parked to get him one of the so called security guards came out and asked us very rudely what we needed, she told him that we were there to pick her husband up and he asked very rudely if he was the one in the wheelchair, she said yes that was him, he told us very rudely that we would have to come in and push him out to the car so we did. After getting him out to the car we were standing there waiting for a staff member to come help him transfer from the wheelchair to the car, as we were waiting the security guard came out and asked us very us what we were waiting for, we told him that we were waiting for someone to come help transfer him from the chair to the car and we were told that we would have to do it ourselves, we told him that we could not because she was still healing from a broken right wrist and that I just had surgery on Friday August 29th and I could not lift or pull on anything that weighed over 15 lbs for the next 4 weeks. We were told that we would have to hurry up and figure something out because they needed me to move my car. The Staff at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock are very rude, disrespectful, and lazy. They do not do anything to help the patients, so like I said before, I do not recommend this hospital for anyone unless you want to be treated very poorly. I would give them a zero star rating if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: Great hospital. Highly recommend. The whole experience, given the circumstances, was unbelievable - the nurses, doctors, staff in general all went above and beyond, at all times. It was very clean, and comfortable.. food was great with plenty to choose from like cafes, the cafeteria, and little shops offering different food that was always fresh, sometimes on the more expensive side, but it’s a hospital so that was expected. They also put a lot of focus on the whole campus being safe - from the hospital to the parking garage we always felt safe. Had tons of police and security always doing an exceptional job. Great experience during an unfortunate situation. Thank you to everyone at UAMS.

Experiencia positiva: Went JEI with my aunt for her cataract surgery. 2x now. The JEI surgery process was very smooth. We signed up for text notifications. These were awesome. We were sent to One Day Surgery and given different instructions about the display board. Everyone there was also confused. We all received prompt text notifications but the One Day Display board was severely delayed and not accurate. Please discontinue this if we get text. The hostess was very friendly and helpful to everyone who needed help or information.

Experiencia negativa: Food selection for patients is terrible. There is so much waste and the food is never fresh. Soggy broccoli, lack luster taste. Room service menu would be better for patients.

Experiencia negativa: This review is for the booking staff at the women's cancer center for Dr Burnett. My gynaecologist saw me last night urgently due to a complication from pelvic radiation, and made a referral to Dr Burnett who told her I would be seen today, or Monday by him, to send over the face sheet with my patient info, and he could get my reports from the hospital system. He told her to instruct me that if I wasn't called by noon today to call in. I did, and they said they didn't have my referral, I explained to them that he wanted me seen right away. They said that they would get the info for my referral and call me back. I called again at just after 4 and was told that not only do they not have my referral, but that Dr Burnett doesn't even see patients on Fridays or on Mondays. Well Mr Smarty Pants, if the doctor says he WANTS to see someone either the next day or on Monday, it MIGHT be worth following up on and ask the Dr, when you were on call last night, did you tell Dr X that you wanted to see her patient today or Monday? I asked what I'm supposed to do now, as it is my understanding that I was going to be seen to quickly. I tried my own doctor's office but of course, no one is there till Monday, so I don't expect to be seen on the timeline requested by either doc, I'm left up to the whim of incompetent staff who can't think for a moment to perhaps SEND THE DOCTOR A NOTE TO ASK WHY DON'T YOU? I worked in healthcare for two decades, this is how you compromise patient care. I rarely leave bad reviews, this one is well deserved.

Experiencia negativa: I've been getting referrals sent into this place for 4 months now & have gotten nothing. I even moved to Arkansas 2 for to this place & I've called & cakled and gotten nothing in return.

Experiencia negativa: Nobody and I mean nobody has any idea what’s going on. Been walking around for over 30 minutes trying to find out where we are supposed to go. Now on 3rd set of directions in same building.

Experiencia negativa: In regards to the desk clerk with the financial clearing office. UAMS is supposed to be the top care in the state with the mission to care for every Arkansan. Being shamed for not having insurance and bullied just to book an appointment is very unbecoming and not aligned with the values of the hospital. I hope she has the day she deserves.

Experiencia fantástica: A great place for your medical needs. Specialists are available in all areas of the medical world. It’s comforting to know it’s so close to where I live.

Experiencia negativa: UAMS imprisoned my son, binding him in physical restraints for days at a time. They gave him a potentially lethal combination of sedatives, because he broke out of the straps. Then they told me I could not take him home because he didn't have "capacity" to make a decision, but I couldn't make a decision for him because he was a consenting adult. They never filed a single paper in court asking to hold him. After two weeks, in far worse condition than when he was brought there, they let him leave AMA. The picture of him using his phone is 4 days later. UAMS sent a bill for $46,000.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Everyone was kind. Great nurses! Chanel was pre op RN with another girl. I don't remember post ops nurse's name either or the surgery team's names. Anesthesiologist and student were fabulous. Surgery ran late with a 2 hr wait but it's understandable. The best part was they filled my discharge meds at the hospital and handed them to me at discharge!!! Most places give you a script you have to go fill at the pharmacy and no one feels like doing that after discharging. Definitely recommend Dr. Racher and v-Notes hysterectomy!

Experiencia negativa: I just had a baby a month ago it was horrible.... my worst hospital/delivery ever. This was my 1st born in Arkansas and I can't believe how bad of an experience I had. I was told I was high risk my entire pregnancy then had a resident do my entire operation my cut is a mess! It wasn't an emergency but still my cut is not straight many spots of uneven.. I was cut quarter of an inch above my previous cut for no reason. If I knew I would have had it end like this I would not have gone with this hospital. The hospital is very old for the recovery rooms I had kids born in the early 2000s and had better facilities. I am totally disappointed and still can't get over how bad my experience was. it's done and over now and I'm the one who has to felt with how it was done. I was totally brushed off. I will have to see my uneven jagged crooked cut to where my cut isnt lined up so at the end it has extra skin from not be straight or lined up before stitching closed. I would recomment any one to go anywhere else. ***I actually am updating because after 6 month of hurting after my operation I had a huge softball size circle on my belly beside my navel. I told them after my operation it hurt and I had never hurt like that after a baby.....i was still blown off. So I had to have a hernia repair because my womb was going into my stomach wall becasue I was cut accidentally or whatever and my womb was hung up where it reattached and couldn't go down to its after pregnancy place and size. I would never go nor recommend this hospital to anyone. So many better choices. Can't believe I had my 1st operation in 1998 no complaints then so many years later and advancement in hospitals and medical care to have this happen. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Experiencia negativa: Worst birthing experience of my life 8 yrs ago..Was in premature labor for hours by myself in a room hooked up to a monitor. New nurse told me the doc wouldn't be in til a certain time like my baby was just gonna wait. Didn't get my epidural in time. Felt like I was gonna pass out on the edge of my bed and nurse got an attitude when I asked her to stand in front of me..Gave natural birth and pulled my own son out before handing him to the nurse since he was premature and needed extra oxygen. Thankfully, he was healthy. But, if I could have sued, I would have. Will never go back.

Experiencia negativa: They tried to kill my wife. My wife's ER doctor referenced another hospitals prior ct scans and ultrasounds to say she had nothing wrong with her and that her bloody urine, fever, debilitating abdominal pain, and other symptoms were normal. When we told them to check again, we didn't cuss, yell or threaten them, and yet they decided to have the police escort us out to force discharge us. We went to St. Vincent and they actually ran new imaging that we were begging for and found kidney stones, thickened tissues, ruptured and developing cysts on an ovary and her liver as well as infection forming fluid.

Experiencia negativa: Rude, inattentive staff. Sloppy janitorial practices, bordering on unsafe (see pic of nurse’s glove carelessly thrown on the floor). Nothing but delays for which there have been no apologies or empathy. Really felt like I inconvenienced this hospital with a diabetic granny with a broken leg. You’ll get better service at the DMV, and probably more competent medical care there too.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed in this facility. My grandmother was here for a week. Only 2 of the 10 nurses and techs that I met were actually kind and caring. Everyone else was rude, brash, and insensitive. Terrible bedside manner. Every time I walked into her room it was a mess. Medical supplies everywhere (photos for proof). And the food was poor quality. No one was knowledgeable about the nutrition. Then they would get frustrated my grandmother wasn’t eating but honestly I don’t blame her. I’d recommend any other hospital than UAMS. Very disappointed in the care my grandmother was given, disappointed in bedside manner, and disappointed in nutrition.

Go somewhere else or you're going to catch a charge up in here cuz racism is real. If your white, stay away from the cafeteria, I have been treated so unkindly due to my skin color!

Experiencia negativa: If i could give a 0 stars i would. Typically don’t have major issues with UAMS but if you are planning on having a baby with uams you better watch your bill and especially if you have medicaid follow up with them as well. I just received my bill from over a year ago and medicaid isn’t even listed on the bill like my other insurance is. UAMS is claiming they billed medicaid and they denied it however medicaid is saying they never received an invoice for them for the date range. I even gave them the invoice number that the billing supervises at uams gave me and my medicaid is claiming that the invoice number is not pulling up on my account. No one can give me legitimate proof that they even billed my medicaid. My medicaid won’t be able to do anything about it because UAMS did not send anything in the appropriate time frame

Experiencia fantástica: Sometimes healthcare facilities that use the epic system tend to be judgemental. I was at mercy one time and was criticized for going to the hospital a bunch of times. Thats what mercy northwest told me. Like i was a bad person for having to go to the hospital so much. This place isnt like that. I've had great care from beginning to end and thankful for all the nurses and healthcare workers for treating me good, not just as some number. Mercy uses epic ehr and so does uams. Difference is uams treated me right to where mercy was in a hurry to kick me out of my inpatient room because that nursr told me you been to the hospital over 20 times. So i guess that made me a bad person. But no this place isnt doing me that way even though they use epic software. Some folks cant help their health issues like me with history of blood clots. I would give uams more than 5 stars if i could. They've been a blessing. To Mercy im just a nunber and go the hospital too much. But to uams im treated like family. Prayers out to all the nurses and workers thats able to put up with me. Lol. Many blessings.

Experiencia negativa: My brother had surgery at this place,it was open heart surgery. He was fine before he went in, they allow him to go with out oxygen while in the operating room and he comes out with brain damage. He is having a very difficult time and they have not reached out to help in no way.

Experiencia negativa: We had the unfortunate experience of delivering here. Labor and Delivery was great, however, I cannot say the same for postpartum care. I was going to over the details as there are plenty of other reviews with the same complaints. Postponed inductions, long waiting times, etc. Our first born was delivered at Baptist and we had a great experience. Unfortunately, due to insurance issues this year we had to change providers. Honestly, I would have been willing to pay more to avoid coming here. Leaving the hospital angry is not how one should leave after giving birth to a child they’ve been eagerly expecting.

Experiencia negativa: Piss poor services, i have been trying for over a year to get my son tested for Autism and all i keep getting is transfered from person to person whom each one have no clue how to do their jobs. I get transferred so many time that i dont know who im talkin to anymore. It seems impossible to get anything done with these people will not be using their services for anything

Experiencia negativa: I’m switching drs because dr sarpongs nurse had the nerve to judge me on my disability I called asking for a referral for help around the house and they said they know people with autism who knows how to get around the house and take care of their kids I only asked for alittle extra help to keep my house clean to get my husband off my case and happy all the time

Experiencia positiva: I delivered our baby last month and had the absolute best experience, I could’ve asked for! I was kinda nervous about it all since I didn’t see the best reviews on the hospital. But our baby/I was very well taken care of! The hospital food was amazing, the nurses were very sweet/caring, and I felt supported during my c-section. My only complaint is that it was hard getting told we’d deliver one day. Then on our way there, we got told an hour from my scheduled time that it was being postponed. They didn’t have any beds for me so I had to wait till the next day. I know it’s not their fault and it must be just how the hospital works since it’s so big. But I just never experienced that before and it made it difficult on our family since we don’t live locally. I’m just thankful they got us in, early the next morning and it was made up for by how our whole stay was! So that’s why I’m not going to let that affect my review/rating negatively. I’m very thankful we had a positive experience!

Experiencia fantástica: My adult son became very ill, his blood pressure was shooting thru the roof, I took him to Baptist Little Rock, they kept him almost a week, but he didn't have medical insurance so they gave him some blood pressure pills and sent him home, thank God I was the one who picked him up, twenty minutes later his BP jumped up so high the blood vessels in his eyes burst and I called 911,thank God the voice on the other end was a friend of ours and he told me not to wait for the ambulance to get him to UAMS as fast and safely as possible. We barely made it in the door and he was having a heart attack! The team got to work fast and within 3 days found out he has a very rare kidney disease. I'm so thankfulfor everyone there, they treated us very well and if not for them, I'm afraid to say this, but iI don't think my son would've lived. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: My grandma was in neurology icu for nearly a month after being transported from Hot Springs where the doctors had pretty much given up on her. With the help of the doctors and especially the nurses who cared for my grandma, she made an amazing recovery and came home after spending a week on the step-down unit from neurology icu. As a matter of fact, the care was so meticulous and professional that I am now at the UAMS College of Nursing as a student!

Experiencia fantástica: My mother had surgery in January. She had an excellent experience from the Doctors to the Nursing staff. Marshall her pre-op nurse was wonderful, explained everything with a great sense of humor. Dr. Alexander Burnett her surgeon was very reassuring of the surgical results and made the family feel confident in him and his resident surgeon, Dr. Christopher Hall. Dr. Hall was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail, never was in a hurry to leave and had a wonderful bedside manner. The overnight recovery room staff was beyond exceptional. The RN's Donna, Jennifer & Rosie were always prompt and the care they showed each patient was awesome. Then there was our overnight recovery room tech Caroline. What a joy! Words cannot describe how much fun and professional she was. She took excellent care of mom All the staff we met were very professional and loved sharing their knowledge with the patient and family. Overall given the circumstances a very positive experience for both the patient and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited the new UAMS "The Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital" due to family member having a procedure done. First off, the building is very impressive looking from the outside and the inside looks very nice also. Seems to be laid out well and easy to find different areas of the facility with ease. Secondly, all the employees we encountered from the front check in desk, all the way through to the medical staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful even with the parking lot only half completed. It appears that the entire parking lot will be finished within a few weeks. Very nice addition to the UAMS Campus.

Love neurosurgeon Dr. Palys and nurse Tammy, pulmonologist Dr. Venkata, neuro Aprn Mwenda, neuro Aprn Salaam, ENT Dr. Melissa, and nurse Shane in neuro surgery recovery. All of them are awesome and are the reason I keep coming to UAMS! I can't get that type of care anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: This hospital is super organized and efficient. I stayed with my dad when he had complications from his chemo and the entire staff are excellent. Just yesterday, I went for lab and a CT for myself and was in and out in no time. Everyone was courteous and professional. I'm happy that this is my new go-to hospital.

A few people who were extra awesome during my stay: Dr. Tom Frazier and Dr. Sean Morell were my doctors. Anyone who knows Dr. Frazier knows that he’s an amazing person in general. He goes over and beyond to make sure that his people are taken care of. This was my first time meeting Dr. Morell, but he brought me so much peace and calm before my surgery. He was able to close a wound that most said was “unclosable.” I can’t say enough positive things about him. Nurses on the F floor. Jay, Kirah, Treasure and Joanna- These nurses showed me so much grace and made me feel like I was a part of their family. They were always excited to help and never ever made me feel like a burden (like the other local hospital). Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This group of nurses should teach all new nurses the ropes. They are incredible and I was very blessed to spend time with them. I’d give awards to each person if I could! In ending, I just want to say a thank you to everyone who helped me. I will never go elsewhere again….ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall this is one of the best places to be medically treated in central Arkansas. The staff does an excellent job. The nurses and doctors are great at what they do. There are many experienced professionals who work here, and they are on point so to speak. Security is trained well, and patient care is of the upmost priority IME. I highly recommend them.

I will This is the only hospital that I will ever trust with my physical health as well as my mental health! Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Sunday is one of the best!! He took great care of my mother. Very positive man! Always made my mother very happy when he came to see her everyday in recovery. Great hospital. Very clean, lots of caring people. However I had 1 issue with a nurse, which was resolved quickly by the administrator. Communication and explanation of care was very well explained. This is a great facility, very professional and efficient. I love you all and thanks for saving my mother's life. I will always be thankful for UAMS! I would choose them again if the need arose.

Wonderful and forever growing campus has many different classes and skills offered! Located near the state's capital and one of the many sights to see from almost every part of the hospital campus! On site help, patrols, and small attractions to make you and/or your loved ones feel comfortable! Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: My granddaughter was referred here from Children's Hospital, because they could not, for some reason perform the surgery she needed. So we came here to the orthopedic Department, and was met with the nicest doctor ever, his name is escapes me. He is no longer here, but he spent lots of time with us explaining everything my granddaughter needed. Everything went super well, we couldn't be happier, she was only 17 years old at the time it was a very scary single breast implant surgery to go through for a young girl, but he and his staff were excellent , and made her feel safe and special. We were sorry to see him go.

Thanks for taking care of mom..once we were moved to a room, our RN RESHUNER (FB/Float Pool) was amazing! She cared so much! Talked to mom and made her feel welcome and taken care of!! Experiencia fantástica: UAMS help take care of me while I was in the hospital pregnant for 2 months. I was 20 to 21 weeks when I started leaking fluid and it was my water. Was put in the hospital over night then sent home for 2 weeks bed rest then put in the hospital until I had my daughter for 2 months.

Experiencia fantástica: As A patient of Dr.David Bumps,I had surgery on June 10th.From the first office visit to the last day of my surgical stay,I had the best care I could ask for.Being On Friday 9 was a beautiful floor.Taliah was one of my nurses,and she was great as well as the techs,PT ,housekeeping and cafeteria staff.Christina is the unit manager. The patient room was really nice and roomy.I gad a great experience and would return to UAMS for care.
