Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient twice in the last 6 months at Encompass and have nothing but good reviews to give. The staff ( including therapists, nurses and staff are excellent. They are knowledgeable , patient and so kind. I hope I do not have another occasion to use their services but if I do, I will definitely return to Encompass.

Experiencia fantástica: THE DOCTORS, NURSES, PT/OT , and CASE MANAGER, were ALL AMAZING! Even HOUSEKEEPING was KIND and they CLEANED our rooms DAILY! If you’re looking for a place that… YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO GET GOOD CARE &THERAPY ENCOMPASS is the place for you!! They truly have a wonderful program! They helped get me up and walking again after a bad spine surgery! I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs to be “rehabilitated”.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased to say that every department at Encompass acute Rehab in Lowell worked their hardest for my care. They did a superb job moving me from surgery for bi-lateral knee replacements to being ready for home. Especially the PT and OT departments knew exactly how to encourage, push, and help me think about my new status. The Aides even spotted me trying to be a little too independent! The Nurses and Doctors gave me their full attention. I feel blessed.

Experiencia positiva: The physical and occupational therapy staff were amazing as well as the nursing staff. Sorry but Maybe better doctors are needed. Many on unnecessary screens of the blatter. The main concern was the discrimination against people who have dealt with addiction. Over 12 it's clean here and neuropathy pain on top of severe swelling she didn't give up even after trying everything else whilst a low level narcotic would have worked. Instead I'm on 3 or 4 different medications that would've been an easy answer for anyone else... Oh and make sure you ask next time your loved one is getting a bladder scan she seems to want to do those on everybody.

Experiencia negativa: My mother has been to this rehab twice, once in Nov 2022 and once in Jan 2023 after hospital admissions. Both times she contacted covid there. Clearly this place is not cleaned properly, or staff is not taking the proper precautions here. She is post stem cell transplant, and being in this environment could take her life when it's supposed to make her stronger. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares for their loved ones.

Experiencia fantástica: I was just there I went in on diciembre 29 2021 was discharged on January 10 2022 and the staff are amazing ot and pt are awsome ot Talia she is an amazing young lady and pt Lauren she's an amazing women to work with I will reccomend this place to all my family and friend and if I ever needed ot pt again I wouldn't hesitate to go back thank you again to all the nurses the nurses aid ot pt to all the staff members Blanca Fuentes

As a patient's family member we could not have picked a better place his care and treatment was a priority in each step of his recovery. The facility is very clean. We highly recommend this facility.
