Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here for 4-5 years. They are very organized, patient, professional, and never make you feel like a hassle or failure. If there’s anyone out there looking for help just walk in, there are no appts needed. and maybe you will leave with a whole new life. Thank you to the staff for always being outstanding.

Experiencia negativa: I was ready to become a patient transferring from my current clinic. I was all ready to move forward because when I initially called and spoke with the people in the office they told me that my 27 day take-homes would be able to be transferred to their clinic. They were very confused about the difference between Medicare and Medicaid though so they had to reach out to their billing department and call me back later. Well, when they did call me back after checking with billing, the story about me being allowed to continue or rather have my take-homes transferred and honored completely changed& I was told, "no they would not transfer my take homes, you have to start over from the beginning daily dosing every day," despite the fact that I have more than two years clean & have been getting take-homes for 2 years. This is unacceptable. Imagine if you are an individual who has had a month of take-homes for two, five, seven years and you move to a new state, you have a job, you've been clean for longer than the amount of time you've had your take-homes and this clinic is going to completely disrupt your life by making you come in every day for 3 months before you can even get five take homes and then it'll be another 6 months before you can get two two week take homes and then an entire year before you can get back to your 27-day take-homes. The clinic that I'm at currently accepts patients who have take homes and allows them to continue their take-homes as long as the previous clinic provides drug tests and a positive referral. It's unfathomable that CTC refuses to acknowledge the amount of work that individuals have put in to their recovery and acknowledge that by allowing them to continue the take-homes they have had for multiple years. Instead they penalize you for absolutely no reason. I'd be willing to go in weekly and drug test but I'm not willing to give up my 27 take homes because there is absolutely no reason for them to take those away from me simply because I need to transfer to another clinic. I don't care if I have to drive 50 miles to find a clinic that will honor and continue my take-homes. Simply based on the incorrect information they gave me initially, their lack of understanding of how Medicare works (they asked me if my medicare was New Hampshire Medicare and I tried to explain to them that it's not Medicaid it's Medicare which is a federal program so it's not by state which the individualized spoke with didn't seem to understand and didn't seem to understand the difference between Medicare and Medicaid), their lack of being willing to work with individuals who have been clean for a significant amount of time and have take homes my recommendation to anybody considering this clinic is to stay away from them. When you call to become a new patient make sure you call the actual location and don't just schedule an intake appointment because you could be wasting your time. While I have been looking for new clinics, I am making sure that I am calling the actual office and not the phone lines that just send you to the call centers where they want to get you set up immediately with an intake appointment without allowing you to speak with the actual physical office where the clinic is located. Any clinic that doesn't acknowledge the amount of work that individuals who are in active recovery have put in and are unwilling to honor the privilege that you have worked so hard to attain is a clinic you need to be very wary of so my advice would be stay away from this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: The place is clean and safe, and the staff are very professional yet personable. Been here for a few name changes but all the rest doesn't change. It the place to go when you're sick and tired of being sick and tired. They save lives. And that's a great thing!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is amazing always friendly and courteous with my experience counselors and knowledgeable and great suggested methods for coping and dealing with addiction also includes the availability of providing others around you information on your recovery so that they may be included for additional support.

I HAD 5 YEARS CLEAN AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TWO KINDS OF CANCER BECAUSE OF THE CLINIC I HAD 3 SURGERIES TO REMOVE ALL OF IT AND DID IT WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION I DID RELAPSE FOR 6 MO. BUT BECAUSE OF THE CLINIC I GOT CLEAN AGAIN AND WILL HAVE 2 YEARS SEPT 11. THIS CLINIC SAVED MY LIFE NOW I WORK AT THE LOCAL NEEDLE EXCHANGE AND HELP PEOPLE GET INTO DETOX AND START A JOURNEY OF THEIR OWN.

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic really cares about the client and how to keep them sober. It took me along time to wake up and realize I needed a change. I now am 2.5 years clean with 6 takehomes. I only go once a week and to group 1x a month. The clincians and staff are so friendly and willing to help. I now am slowly getting my family back and friends that I have lost.

Experiencia fantástica: For ANYONE struggling with an ADDICTION I STRONGLY SUGGEST giving them a call for an "intake appointment", Habit Opco has literally "SAVED MY LIFE & THE LIVES OF SEVERAL PEOPLE I LOVE & CARE ABOUT"! PLEASE do yourself, your family & your friends a favor, Save your life! It's NEVER TOO LATE TO GET CLEAN! You might not "get it" the first time or even the fifth time, but if you have the "will & want" to be sober, then you have the ability to do it! Heed my advice. I didn't "get it" the first 5 times I tried to get sober either, but I didn't lose Faith or Hope because deep down I want a better life for myself & I finally believe that I deserve one! So I'm giving it my ALL this time around & it's working for me! So far, So good! Keep the Faith in yourself & you can do it too! Good luck to EVERYONE who reads this & don't ever let anyone tell you that your not worrh it OR it's too late because it's NEVER TOO LATE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE! I Love You, even if you don't!
