Experiencia fantástica: Great place! I couldn't walk straight due to a bad back injury. They were patient, understanding and explained what needed to be done to correct it. They had me walking straight again in a short amount of time. Very relaxed atmosphere.

It was evident that the staff was genuinely concerned for my well being. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very careful to follow all heath and safety guidelines. Experiencia fantástica: The therapists at this clinic are extremely knowledgeable in their field. Seeing them work, they always do it at their best! Extremely clean facility, and friendly as well. They take quality time with their patients, instead of sitting behind their desk and letting someone else do it for them (like I have seen at other PT clinics).

Experiencia negativa: Worst so far. I am a local Marine Corps veteran. About 30 days ago, I walked in with my physical therapy prescription from my neurosurgeon aftet having my 2nd spinal fusion. 6th operation in 2 years. The front desk girl ook it and scanned it. I asked if she wanted me to work on getting VA authorization for payment reasons. She said NO. She said that she would do that. The Male therapist sat not too far behind her listening to our conversation. The front desk girl sent me on my way and said she would contact me soon. 30 days later, NOTHING! Ive handled my own authorizations before and they literally have taken me 2 days MAX. NO ONE should have to experience anything like this. NO ONE!
