After multiple trips to the children’s ER with no improvement, I brought him here — and I’m so glad I did. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. They listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and made sure my son got the right treatment. Within a day of starting the prescriptions, he was already feeling so much better, and now he’s on the road to recovery. I’m truly grateful for the compassionate and effective care we received here. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Regal Park since I first moved to Lubbock in 2023. Dr. Tiemann and his staff have been wonderful these past two years, and are always friendly and helpful. They are always able to get me in quickly, especially if I am sick, or have other health concerns. Their on-site services (labs, X-ray, ultrasound, etc) is super convenient, and helps cut down on multiple trips to different facilities. I would 100% recommend Regal Park to anyone looking for a PCP in Lubbock that will actually care for your wellbeing!

Experiencia negativa: Receptionists are kind and staff is friendly in general, but I had issues with every single 15 min medication follow-up appointment turning into 3-hour (or longer!) visits because of INCREDIBLY long wait times. Every medication refill is an ordeal as well - no refills given on basic, non-controlled medications, and refill requests were often denied despite regular visits. I had to call nearly every time to ask for it to be approved. Dr. Tiemann was also set as my primary care physician, but not one time in my many visits in 2+ years was I seen by him. I was always seen by one of his nurses or medical assistants, never the actual doctor, but my husband got to see him nearly every time he came in. ....Why? I'll let whoever is reading this come to a conclusion on why that would happen. If I could go back to when I was choosing my PCP before establishing here, I would definitely pick somewhere else.

The np I saw had refused to give me labs without me coming back despite me telling her I’m unavailable in the upcoming weeks. She proceeded to tell me that because regal park is a small independent clinic, their process is longer than umc or covenant and there’s no way I can get my labs emailed or sent home. Basically she was ready to withhold them unless I went back to see her and established care with the clinic. Yikes! I later found out that their labs are available to see through an app... Oh and my labs were not processed to be done as I sat there for 40 minutes in the waiting room. An hour visit at another clinic took 3+ here! Would not recommend.

It took time, we had to fill out paperwork as you always do, so if you want really good care, don't worry about the time. This place was awesome, the staff, the nurses, the Dr. I highly recommend it, you'll probably have to wait but it is well worth it. Oh, I ended up with 5 stitches.
