Experiencia fantástica: I've had mixed experiences with other chiropractic clinics, but this so far has been my favorite. While chiropractic care usually emphasizes a kind of maintenance that engages more frequently with clinicians than other forms of healthcare (I've only lived within the US), I find that working with Dr Nate and the 360 Wellness team has had a much slower decline in the benefits I usually experience with chiropractic care. Said more concretely, this clinic is the only one I've been to where I find my body feeling good from regular adjustment and it not feel badly if I don't go for 4 weeks. Keeping good health will always be maintenance. My care experience at 360 Wellness has been maintenance and improvement. But don't just take my word for it, the clinic is clearly growing, which also speaks to its success.

Although this plan seems to be best yet with having PT and chiropractic in the same visit and based on my individualized needs that is put together by 360 team. Dr. Nate offers a range of options to assist with healing and provides education on the topics that was helpful for me. They have been fabulous to work with, adjusting my new wellness routine is a very pleasant experience.

I couldn’t drive or do my desk job without pain or discomfort. It was so bad that I was scheduled to have surgery in July. Staff is genuine, helpful and caring. I followed the PT and chiropractic program designed for me and saw amazing results within 4 months. Seldomly would I commit to a provider out of my health network, but I took a chance and was extremely happy with the results. Below is an image showing an x-ray before starting treatment and the post treatment image on the right a few months later. Results were fantastic! I was referred to 360 Wellness through my gym (the HQ Madison) after learning several trainers and members had gone with amazing results and feedback. I was reluctantly optimistic at first, as I had never sought out chiropractic care before, and really didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Nate and the entire team met me exactly where I was, with warmth, optimism, and kindness. I was walked through the process step by step and felt safe to ask questions. After the initial X-Rays are taken, a custom care plan is developed to your individual needs and goals—which includes PT to thrive throughout treatment and after. My initial reluctance quickly melted away as I was always greeted with kindness and big smiles for every single appointment, and now I really look forward to treatment days (and was kind of sad when they went from bi-weekly to every other week!). A special shoutout goes to Taylor, the incredibly talented PT student, who helped me with Softwave treatments once a week for about 6 weeks. Taylor is truly a gem—always greeting me with a smile and treated me like a human—not “just a patient.” The ability to make connections with people in a short window of time is truly a beautiful gift, and she has it. In all, I walked through the doors initially with incredible amounts of shoulder pain and the inability to sleep through the night which negatively impacted my mental health, my focus, and my performance in the gym. After chiropractic care, PT, and softwave therapy, I have had an incredible amount of improvement. But it goes well beyond that—getting my confidence back in the gym to lift heavy and to sleep through the night is unquantifiable, and I will forever be grateful!! We discussed previous x-ray scans and reviewed the necessary steps in order to realign my disc plates in the lumbar spine. He is smooth and slick with each maneuver; setting up every position precisely. Talk about a black belt in Judo. Each adjustment progressively increased my dopamine levels. Experiencia fantástica: For years I've had sciatic nerve pain. My doctor and physical therapists could not reduce it. I thought I'd be stuck taking pain meds forever, and walking with 2 canes. In only a few visits I noticed a significant reduction. I have almost no sciatic nerve pain now and don't need pain meds. Each visit is clean and efficient. A definite must see. Don't put it off. I am young and find lots of joy in frequent exercise, which is why I began to worry when I started noticing new pain. I love that they combine chiropractic care with physical therapy. Everyone in the office seems genuinely invested in your care and they are all such nice people. I love the vibe of the office, as soon as you walk in you feel welcome, everyone is very nice. 10/10 recommend this office!

This includes a more holistic approach to chiropractic care by including stretches and exercises to support your healing, seminars/workshops offering you an opportunity to learn about well-being topics and other fun events like health fairs. You absolutely feel like part of the family!

The team there listens to you and your concerns and helps to address things as well as educate you on what is happening during the treatment process. You really should check them out.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to lots of other chiropractors but 360 Wellness is the only place that took x-rays, explained what was going on with me, and came up with a treatment plan. It’s also the only place that gives you stretches to do before adjustment, and I think that shows they really care. The combination of chiropractic and physical therapy is perfect! And their scheduling system is very flexible. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Nate takes holistic approach to pain management and improving range of motion. Everyone in this office is always cheery, if the alignment wasn’t enough to make my day, seeing everyone definitely does. I’ve noticed less back pain in 30 days and definitely have greater movement. Definitely worth the time and money.

First place I have ever been to that sat down and went over my X-rays and showed where I was at and where we want to get to. The at home excersizes are great and genuinely do help. I think the combination of chiropractic care along side physical therapy is what sets them apart from other places. Highly recommend.

They set up a clear treatment plan and are always there for you when you have questions. I had to stop coming in a for a few weeks due to my schedule suddenly becoming hectic, but I finally got to go back in and it’s like I never missed a day :) Everyone is so welcoming and cheerful! Experiencia fantástica: I have just finished my 3 month plan, getting adjusted 3x a week and I must say I feel great. I came in with moderate to severe lower back pain, but after my initial x-ray I found a lot more problems that needed attention. In just 3 short months of being consistent, Dr. Nate and Dr. Kelsey have helped me tremendously and now all of my problems are 90% or more fixed and best of all no back pain! I loved seeing the before and after x-ray results. They have innovative adjustments techniques as well that are spot on. On top of this, all of the staff is very friendly and really care about your well being. Dr. Nate is very transparent and honest and that is really hard to come by. Dr Nate still makes me feel as though I am a valued partner in my care I receive at 360. Taylor has helped me throughout my Softwave therapy, and Dr Kelsey has continued to support me with physical therapy. I cannot say enough positive things about this place being the whole package!
