Experiencia fantástica: My father was brought to St. Teresa's over the summer to help recover from both an illness and a injury. All the staff were wonderful. They were kind, respectful, compassionate, and competent. My father is a wonderful person but was in a lot of pain so he was sometimes short with everyone near him at times. The staff always treated him like they should, like I would want them to. They kept my family informed of issues with my father's health when issues did arise. The nursing staff answered all of my questions, even during the transition process of getting him back home. Overall, the staff was great. The facility itself was kept clean. It seemed to be managed well. The food looked good. There were many activities for the residents to do. They have people who do haircuts and will help with grooming in house. There are scheduled events for the residents to look forward too. I am grateful of his stay at St. Teresa's. They took great care of my father when it would have been impossible for me to come close to the care he required. He's stay there allowed me to relax a bit and recharge myself. I absolutely would be comfortable with him staying there again. Over my life I've been in several care facilities and St. Teresa's was the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care my mother received during her last months of life. The staff at St. Teresa's treated her with genuine kindness and compassion, always making her feel like part of their family. Every time we visited, she was clean, comfortable and obviously well cared for — a direct reflection of the care team! Her end-of-life care was handled with such dignity and it brought us great comfort during a very difficult time. The support and understanding shown to mom and our family meant more than words can express. We will always remember the staff’s compassion, professionalism and commitment to their residents. We highly recommend this facility and are truly thankful for the loving care they provided to our mother.

Experiencia fantástica: My Dad was here for 3 months for rehab. The staff was wonderful with him; Kind, knowledgable and good with dad even when his confusion was making him agitated. They kept him calm - called me immediately - by the time I got there he was fine. The staff helped me get through all the paperwork with all the insurance, medicare/medicade craziness. They answered my questions. Even when we were getting him home they made sure we had all the documents we needed for homecare. He's doing great at home because he had time to recover and great staff to help him get back to moving at St. Teresa's.

Experiencia fantástica: We are very grateful for the care that my mom has received at St Teresa’s Staff are genuinely caring, professional and always looking out for the best interest of the residents. It’s been a difficult transition for all of us but they are always so thoughtful and willing to listen. Everyone from administration, support staff, dining services, nursing, absolutely anyone that we have come in contact with have been so wonderful. The facility is always clean and welcoming. They always put the residents needs first. Thank you for making this

Experiencia fantástica: My husband has been a resident in long term care at St. Teresa’s Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. The nursing care he receives is totally amazing. They can make changes and adjust meds easily and quickly. The staff is helpful, friendly and ready to assist in any way they can. My husband has adjusted quickly to his new home and has gotten involved in the programs and events that are offered each day. As a caregiver for the last 8 years I am so appreciative and thankful to be able to just enjoy spending time with my husband and not worrying about the medical issues. Thank you St Teresa’s I can’t say enough good things about your facility and the excellent staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I had excellent care at St. Teresa’s. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and to make sure I was comfortable. They were all so friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone needing rehab or if you need to be a permanent resident. If I wasn’t able to go home after rehab, I would have been very to happy to stay there. They deserve a lot of praise for their hard work.

Experiencia fantástica: My Father has been at St Tersa's now for almost 2 yrs. I feel like the staff at St T's always has a smile, and willing to engage. They always take the time to make sure my father is seen and recognized as a person, human being first. He isn't always the easiest to deal with, but I have yet to meet someone who doesn't know how to try and get my dad out of his mood, or try to have him engage with activities, and or other residents for social interactions.

Experiencia positiva: My mother has been at St. T's since July of 2021. The angels at St. T's take wonderful care of her. I am also impressed with the communication from all involved.

Experiencia fantástica: My sister has been in this facility for over a year now. I have nothing but positive things to relate. The staff all seems friendly and responsive to her needs. The activities staff is outstanding and keeps her active and engaged. She appears well cared for and facilities and accomodations well maintained. Always difficult for family to watch the progression of altzheimers. With frequent projects and engagement by staff however she still appears to have an occasional laugh.

Experiencia fantástica: I knew St. Teresa’s would be an excellent choice when selecting a facility for respite care for my husband, Bill. Bill’s Mom had been a resident at St. Teresa’s and we both had firsthand experience in knowing that the care, attention and proficiency of the staff was outstanding. As equally important was our awareness of their values of respect, dignity and compassion for each resident offered in an environment of friendliness and caring. I enjoyed a much-needed respite, and Bill enjoyed his time at St Teresa’s. And! Bill made a new friend— a gentleman and veteran who had recently turned 100. They shared many stories and memories of their upbringing. This is the type of experience that makes St. Teresa’s so special.

Experiencia fantástica: My Dad was here for a two week respit stay to get some therapy. All of the staff were wonderful and the time went quickly for him. Great place!!

Experiencia negativa: Horrific. My grandmother was a resident here several years ago with worsening dementia. She would be left alone in her room for excessive amounts of time with no human interaction. On many occasions, she was found by family members lying on urine saturated sheets which were cold... i.e they had been that way for quite some time. She would develop pressure sores that were then poorly managed. She was thankfully moved to another facility where she had amazing care and none of these issues. It's sad that many individuals want to stay at this facility due to their religious affiliations and receive very bad care.

Experiencia fantástica: Stayed here last August got rehab and felt like I was on vacation. Everyone was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy themselves. If I ever need a nursing home in the future I would go there.

Experiencia positiva: I have my father there. For the most part its good, but boy there LNA'S are much to be dedired....some just don't care...think well about having your loved one stay there! Update: 02/07/2020 I have to let all reading this review know that after communication in text form with St Theresa's my concerns have been remedied and am confident about all the staff with the care for my dad.

Experiencia fantástica: St Teresa's was where I started my career in the activities field in 2012. The staff and the facility were so wonderful, and it quickly felt like a second home to me. It always smelled good, the holidays were decorated to the nines, and the food was delicious! I remember one day it snowed and when I went out to my car to shovel, the maintenance man had cleaned everyone's car off. It was a small enough place that you learned everyone's name, we never seemed short staffed. I never heard a CNA refuse to help someone else's patient. I had to leave because of my home situation, and move out of state- I was so sad to leave. It was a huge eye opener to how good I had it there when I went to my next nursing home in Massachusetts...what a difference in the care!! My standards were set so high from day one that I had a rough time adjusting to anywhere else. NH Catholic charities was ahead of it's time in person centered care!
