Northeast Rehab Hospital at Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua

Experiencia fantástica: This one of Northeast's rehab centers is the smallest and I think that helps it be so much more comfortable and patient focused than much larger rehabs. Doctors, nurses, aides, PT, and OT are fantastic! They were all professional, friendly, and very helpful! Shout out to Sarah in OT and Lori in PT who both helped me SO MUCH!! The food was wonderful and very tasty. The "home made" cookies were particularly awesome! Baked daily. Same with the muffins. Fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of choices of meals, lunch, snacks, breakfast, drinks, and desserts. Single rooms made it even better. No snoring to keep me awake and no worries about phone videos or TV show conflicts or conflicting volumes. Also more privacy and no sharing a bathroom. Make sure you bring a 6' to 10' long phone charger cord & plug, especially if you use an Android because it's almost exclusively iPhones used there and they don't have spares. The only complaint I had was with the DirecTV service. Apparently, a recent storm messed up something in their receiver and the channel with all of the show listings didn't work, nor did some channels. Hopefully that's been rectified, but it would have been a huge bother if I hadnt been able to access my Netflix and other services on my phone. A helpful note, an inexpensive, rolling metal style, business card holder worked perfectly for holding my phone horizontally and upright on my tray to watch shows hands free. I've been there twice now for my rehab after extensive spinal fusions requiring significant rehab. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible place for rehab I would never recommend anyone at all to come here nurses and LNA’s suck they are all very rude and don’t do there job the right way my mom was waiting in her room for hours on pain no one brought her her meds till I called them on the phone it’s ridiculous

Experiencia positiva: Wonderful nurses, doctors and therapists. Food very good. The AC is not adequate. I had to get a fan to stay cool. It was very hot in the building by the afternoon.

Experiencia negativa: I drove two hours to visit a severely mentally disabled friend of mine who is alone and confused after being hit by a car. They would not allow a visit outside of visiting hours. Very cruel.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could put another star on this review I would!! These people helped put me back together after my neck surgery ! Their physical therapy dept is top shelf ! They are kind and pleasant BUT. They will work you ! If you are serious about getting back this is your place the place runs like a great 4 gene!ration family that all lives together smoothly and loves their job and family ! The food is AWESOME the nurses are so pleasant and caring the place is so clean I seriously didnt want to leave! I'm having another surgery soon and so hope they will accept me back ! oiled Mustang !
