Communication was horrible. Making doctor appointments without including me ( her primary care giver) clothes and shoes missing on discharge date. Just a miserable experience in the 200.

Everything about it is fantastic but the staff is what makes the place. They go above and beyond. The staff is very kind, work hard, are attentive, friendly, and great at communicating. Lauren, the case manager, was a lifesaver. She was so helpful and always kept in touch with me for updates. Experiencia fantástica: After a large stroke my Mother was transferred to NE Rehab. As her daughter, I was concerned that she’d never walk or be anywhere near the person she was prior. In a short time, they helped my Mother make so many major steps toward her recovery and living a life of independence. Everyone there was so kind and caring. They treated my Mother with respect and as though she were their very own family. That care and concern also extended to me, her caregiver. The facility was always clean and fresh. It was such a pleasant experience that we have returned for outpatient therapy. As I said, everyone there was amazing, but I’d like to give a special acknowledgement to the Unit 100 Inpatient PT, Steven, and Unit 100 Nurse, Paula K. They both went above and beyond for my Mother. They didn’t just treat her, they gave her hope and encouragement when she needed it most. I could go on and on about the staff and facility. I really could, but I’ll end by saying that I am eternally grateful to them all. Having personally worked in another local rehab facility, I’m so glad I chose to send my Mother to NE Rehab. Without question, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Experiencia fantástica: My son is in outpatient PT and speech therapy for a TBI. Can’t say enough about his therapists Naomi and Celeste. And his speech therapist Barbara. They have treated him with kindness and respect, being sensitive and patient to his needs. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband just completed a 10 day stay at Northeast Rehab in Salem NH post ankle surgery. Never have I seen a facility with such a kind and compassionate staff. He was treated with dignity and respect. The PT and OT programs are intensive, and designed to help the patient become independent. As a side note, I've never seen better looking food at a hospital. If you're ever in need of inpatient rehab, Northeast in Salem NH is the best possible place to go!

She explained how and why the exercise needed to be completed. Andrew was equally helpful. I highly recommend their program. It is very effective.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good about this place! First off, the minute you push the button, they are there within 3 minutes! I kid you not! They are so welcoming and encouraging and supportive. Food is from Elliot and is good albeit bland. Go to this place you won’t regret it!

Erin, my instructor, is knowledgeable and personable. I feel we have a good plan in place. Also my wife also rehabbed here almost 2 years ago. Recovering from a stroke. Great results. She cannot say enough good things about this facility.

All my appointments started on time and as self employed that is very important. Liz was my therapist and she was fantastic. Explained each step of the process and why it was important. Experiencia fantástica: I'm going to the Rehab Center at the main hospital in Salem, NH for rehab after hip replacement surgery. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with scheduling. I've seen two different therapists who have worked together very well in coordinating my rehab. Facility is spacious with extensive equipment. Therapists ask a lot of questions and progress with exercises that continue to push me forward in a way that I wouldn't know to or be able to do on my own. I look forward to my sessions which are very helpful. Highly recommend!

Barbara and Susan are amazing clinicians and I attribute a lot of her improvement to their excellent care. Every staff member is friendly and professional that you meet along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Two years ago I was treated my foot pain in NRH at Salem. at the beginning of treat, my foot was too pain to touch the floor after siting or sleeping a couple of hours, I was difficult to walk a distance for routing things. The lady using device and hand doing deep massages on my foot, and guide me doing a series of exercises. My doctor was very satisfied with the result of treatment. Currently, I am treated for my back pain caused by a heavy fall which had two fractures on rib and spine. My case is quite complicated. Two care providers treated me very patient. They do massages on my back and guide me doing a lot of exercised to stretch the muscles on my back, arm and legs. The NRH provide responsible treatment and the people working there are skilled professionals

One after two laminectomies years ago that got me back on my feet and as strong as I was before my severe back problems. And currently there recovering from a broken ankle. Experiencia fantástica: We were here for a traumatic brain injury from a motorcycle accident. Dr. Sizer was amazing. She was right by his side through all his agitation episodes watching and evaluating his every move. She adjusted his medication and environment to help get him threw very quickly. Her team of very caring and professional nurses, therapist and sitters, were everyday there with smiles, hugs and help in every way they could. When we first got there, I was a little sceptical at the sizes of some of the staff thinking how could they ever handle him. They handled him with love for their jobs and much patience for him. They never seemed to get tired of his agitation. If you have a loved one with a brain injury, this is a great place to be. This is the doctor you should trust. This is the team of professionals you should put your trust in. I will be forever greatful for everyone we worked with.

Experiencia fantástica: I was sent to the Rehab in Salem with a broken leg and orthopedic problems, after spending the night in the ER. The admissions process was speedy and rapid. A treatment plan was drawn up and I received at least four hours of Physical and Occupational therapy every day. The food was variable but half the time was very good and the kitchen staff went out of their way. Most of the professional staff is young and highly motivated. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
