They always keep me on track with my goals and they make sure to correct my posture if need be. They have nice equipment and the place is always clean as well. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. First thing I want to highlight is that they are on time, which is something not very common in the valley. They respect your time and get you at the time of your appointment. Once you enter you can see how clean and well maintained the space is, everyone is very nice, respectful and focused on the patient. On my first appointment the PT took about an hour to examine me, explain my condition, build a plan and provide homework to complement the therapy. He also watched me do each of the exercises to do at home to make sure I had good posture, they also used some machines for pain control. Each appointment is about 1 hour which gives plenty of time to perform several exercises and progress, they have a lot of equipment and space. All the personnel are wearing masks and face shields and are constantly cleaning. I am really impressed with the professional and human quality of this place. Congratulations PUIG rehabilitation on the great work you are performing, I am very happy to have picked you guys for my rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very friendly and understanding of the pain I was going through. Their explanation of the various exercises and how they work to improve your mobility gave me a better understanding of the treatment. I would definitely recommend the McAllen location that I was at.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, caring, conscientious and always looking for the best therapies for the patient's particular condition, instead of being cookie cutter. Great office staff paired with a great PT staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Hay que ir en tennis, y ropa fresca. Atienden bien, hablan español y inglés. Abren a las 8am y cierran a las 4 o 5pm aproximadamente. Los viernes tiene cierre temprano.
