Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to share my amazing experience with Dr Aaron Gonzalez, Alexis and Dyoni. I went in because of my excruciating knee pain that even kept me from having a good night sleep and limped when I walked because I couldn't place pressure on my knee. The staff was attentive and you feel seen, because they take the time to ask you questions. Sometimes, I didn't want to do an exercise because of fear of pain but Alexis would motivate me to just try. When I was done with PT, I was able to walk without pain and jog a little as well. They also have an app for home exercises, make sure you do those too!! My specialist was pleasantly suprised with my improvement/progress. Thanks again guys!! ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to thank Moveo Performance staff for all they have done for me. I had an untreated pelvic floor pain for a very long time and decide to get help. The pain was extremely painful when I would try to stretch my leg out, but after a few months of physical therapy from here, I felt a huge difference in the pain and the strength of my right leg. We would do strength training, stretches, and manual therapy to help me relieve the pain. I can't thank them enough for the relief I have felt since the first time I stepped into their facility.

Experiencia fantástica: About 10 yrs ago, I started with my knee pain. It got so bad I was taking up to 5 pills a day for the pain and even then the pain was unbearable. I had tried physical therapy before but was not successful. About 2 months ago, I was referred to Moveo Performance by my doctor. I did not have hope of getting better but I showed up. There , they were a bunch of kids working together in the hopes of getting people to feel better. The first day I arrived , I could barely walk, I was in pain, and I knew I had to get better. Well these bunch of kids, started working with me , always asking how each exercise felt. The first week , I felt the difference , I felt stronger , I felt good , and it only got better. I am so grateful ! I feel good , I walk better, I can stand strong, and not only that but I stopped taking pain medication and I canceled my knee surgery which had been schedule a while back. His technique includes a combination of manual manipulation of muscles, acupuncture, and dry needling combined with exercises. Dr. Suarez is efficient with his time and is mindful to ensure he is punctual about seeing patients at their scheduled appointments. Great bed side manners. Highly recommend him he has helped me with plantar fasciitis and is currently helping me with my TMJ issues.

Within a few sessions of working with Dr. Suarez one on one it quickly began improving, and after a total of 5 sessions I can say I am 100% back to normal.
