Experiencia fantástica: OMG!! That is all I can say. Dr Mccleary and everyone at that clinic are amazing. It's great how they work together and their goal is to make your life better in so many ways. I saw Dr. McCleary for the first evaluation and that was great. She assured me she could help. I then started therapy and exercise sessions with Priscilla. OMG again, she has helped me sooooo much. I actually stopped using a leak pad, (my security blanket) after using pads for years and years. With those savings alone, I can probably buy a car! (Lol) Best news of all I sneezed and didn't leak!!!! Can you believe that?? As if that were not enough, Priscilla showed me how to use my breathing and diaphram muscle to empty out my bowels. I know I'm getting bit TMI but this is soooooo life charging. Thank you Dr. Mccleary for being great at what you do but also having staff that knows their stuff. Thank you Priscilla, you have changed my life!!

From setting up the first appointment to her staff in the front desk, everyone was always always super kind, welcoming, and professional. Experiencia fantástica: After my C-section, I was not able to walk due to pain in the inguinal area. Dr. McCleary taught me many exercises and I was able to walk normal again in a very short period of time. Pain improved after every visit. Dr. McCleary explained everything in detail and is incredibly patient. I still practice some of the exercises that she taught me even today after 5 months after the surgery. I am grateful to be her patient and definitely recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Dr Castillo for help with incontinence. She helped me on the first day and I spent 7 weeks going to her. I told her she has changed my life. I have so much better control than I did. I even sleep longer than I have in years. No msg I’ve but exercises and electrodes to see how I am doing. I told her I would put a recommendation for her on Facebook, but incontinence is something we do not talk about but I bet there are tons of women who have problems with it. I had never heard of Pelvic floor exercises and there are none really dine on a floor as the pelvic floor is part of our bodies. I cannot say enough good things about this super intelligent, kind, caring doctor. She even helped me with a completely different problem I was having and that was such a blessing. I highly recommend her!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After hearing about pelvic health physical therapists on a urinary health supplement blog, I contacted a friend who is a PT in another state who ultimately helped me find Dr. McCleary through a PT database. She is the only female pelvic health PT in our area. I referred myself and got a crash course on urinary and pelvic health from her. I learned so much about my urinary health and habits that were affecting my urinary tract. It was the most informative appointment I’ve ever had about urinary health and UTIs in the 13+ years I’ve battled UTIs. From urologists, gynecologists, PCPs, urgent cares, etc., Dr. McCleary was the most knowledgeable person on the subject. After learning some exercises, better bladder habits, and a basic anatomy lesson I feel physically and mentally better about combatting UTIs. And I feel like I have a legitimate resource to fall back on. Pelvic health PT is the the most under utilized and under advertised resource for women suffering from issues in this region. Dr. McCleary is an expert in her field and gave me clarity and peace about my urinary health. That is priceless!
