Experiencia fantástica: Here's the bottom line: if you are having trouble with some sort physical activity due to pain/discomfort, go see Dr. Cadena now! I'm an average Joe in my 50's having trouble accepting the fact that I can't perform sporting activities like when I was younger. This has caused me a great deal of pain to my knees and elbows. Although I was skeptical that it would help, I am super glad I went to see Dr. Cadena. With just a few very simple targeted movements and exercises that he prescribed, my elbow and knee have improved dramatically. I am not exaggerating when I say that my knee felt so much better even right after the very first session! Do yourself a favor and call today. I am very encouraged to know that in the RGV there is such a competent resource such as this institute. Dr. Cadena really knows his practice and is a very cool guy that actually listens to your concerns with genuine interest. And it helps that all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in as a walk-in to get information regarding therapy for my son, and it was the best decision. After Dr. Joey Cadena did an evaluation on my son he was able to pinpoint the issue. My son did a couple of sessions and became pain-free. Dr. Cadena and his staff are really knowledgeable and always welcoming. Patients get that 1on1 interaction with staff and never feel rushed to get in and out. My son enjoyed it there so much that he now does gym sessions, there. Seems like all that try PhysioSports Therapy stick around. Experiencia fantástica: This has been the best Physical Therapy facility I've been to. Every time I go in, the staff have been tremendously welcoming and motivating. Facility caters from beginners to professional athletes, with many Leo and veterans alike. Offers a lot in a smaller, private setting. Ample parking and clean facility. Every day is new techniques and has amplified my overall health and injury prevention. Have been able to utilize several of their services and have always left feeling better. I'm a better person because of the information and guidance I've received from the doctors and staff at Physiosports Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joey Cadena is extremely knowledgeable in hos profession. I struggled with sciatica pain for years and Dr Joey took care of the issue completely. Wonderful success. Now seeing him for an impingement from overworking my shoulder. Pain level was an 8 and now functioning at a 2 pain level with his therapy. Fantastic outcome.

Experiencia fantástica: I was at the point of thinking I would live the rest of my life in pain. I'd tried so much. Then I was sent to Physiosports Institute and my life was changed. Dr. Cadena is a specialist in spinal physical therapy. With his dynamic and caring team, after 6 months I had my life back. I can work in the yard, do house cleaning, return to life as I used to know it without hardly any pain. I cannot say enough good things about this team. I've even joined his gym plan and am kept in good shape after the PT was over, being careful and keeping up with exercises.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very impressed with the quality of therapy the Physiosports Institute on McColl provides. I was driving my sister to therapy after she had surgery on her leg (ORIF of the distal tibia and fibular fractures with an intramedullary rod and proximal and distal interlocking screws). She had great improvement in her gait and ability to walk without the use of a walker after only three weeks of rehab. A month after the surgery, she was able to drive herself to therapy. I am in awe of the progress she's made thanks to the support and guidance she has received from Dr. Cardenas during these past two months. If ever I need physical therapy, this is where I will be going.

I have been going for a little over a month and it is heartwarming to walk in on a day when I've been in excruciating pain, and they immediately recognize the look on my face and address the concern. Every time I come in with a new pain due to a pretty bad break, I leave feeling so much better. The team really knows what they are doing. Experiencia fantástica: I had been suffering from subluxation in my shoulder for almost an entire year. After going to the chiropractor for months and only receiving temporary fixes for my shoulder, I knew physical therapy should be my next step to try and receive a more permanent treatment for my ailment. After calling around town for different prices and treatment plans, Physiosports Institute was the one I chose despite the fact that this facility does not take my insurance. My first consultation with Dr. Cadena was phenomenal. He did various tests to check my range of motion, stability, and strength in my shoulder. Immediately after his diagnosis, I was given a multitude of exercises to target specific muscles of my shoulder that I feel like I have never activated in my life. Just after the first session, I saw and felt major improvement in the stability of my shoulder joint and surrounding muscles. I am now a dedicated client and will continue to be for any future injuries and ailments. His entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. And it goes without saying that Dr. Cadena is worth every penny you pay. He is just so knowledgable and you cannot put a price tag on that. Finally, if you don't have insurance or they don't take yours specifically, he also offers a very affordable monthly gym membership. I highly recommend this place and I honestly do not need to go anywhere else to know that this facility is one of the best in the entire valley.
