Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers-Stonebridge while recuperating from my fractured arm. Not only were they very welcoming and friendly but their concern for my recovery and progress was genuine. Madhu and Sham watched my recovery closely and pushed me when necessary while always cautioning me to do the homework they assigned without causing pain. My treatment was varied with mobility and strengthening both emphasized as well as soft tissue massage.

Dr. Madhu Polimeru PT and Sham, Wellness Integrative Specialist Therapist, did a great job in treating me during several sessions of both physical therapy and medical massage, which have really helped relieve both my neck pain and headaches. They are both very attentive and take time to put together a specialized treatment plan for each patient. I would recommend Stonebridge Ranch Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center to my friends and family if they ever have the need for physical therapy or medical massage.

Experiencia fantástica: 2 months ago I did 8 sessions with Dr Mahdu and his team and what I learned on how to manage my knee pain and strengthen it was priceless. Dr Mahdu is extremely dedicated and passionate about his work, he cares about his patients, he is very knowledgeable and attentive on the form and placement during the sessions. After I was done with my sessions he gave me excises and stretches to follow at home and at the gym. Slowly but surely my knee is getting stronger and my pain went down. I went to Dr Mahdu because 6 years ago I had a ACL reconstruction followed by rehab which was nowhere near the quality of Dr. Madhu rehab and the muscles above my knee started to atrophy and pain developed. I strongly recommend Dr Mahdu and his team . UPDATE 11/19/25 Today I treated myself to a beautiful wellness integrative service day with Sham S Phd who is a wellness Interactive Specialist Therapist at Stoneridge Ranch Fyzical Therapy center in McKinney. Before starting the session he asked me what were my concerns and if I wanted him to focus on specific area. The Integrative Wellness Session was excellent and included Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release, Auriculartherapy and Deep Tissue tissue. When I left my session I felt relaxed and refreshed. Experiencia fantástica: This Fyzical location at STONEBRIDGE ranch is outstanding. I took my son to be evaluated due to his flat feet. My son saw Mary, who was excellent with my 10 y.o. son. She was patient and competed an in-depth assessment. She even took time to explain everything to my son. She did not rush us and answered all the question we had. My son was also provided excerises to do at home. my experience was amazing and I could not ask for better service and quality of care. I rate this branch a 5/5 due to overall experience. The clinic sets itself apart from others due to the friendly staff, level of care and attention to detail and the kindness of the people who work there. I was dealing with significant muscle pain throughout my pregnancy, especially during the past couple months, and thanks to their care, I’m now 36 weeks pregnant with zero back pain. Madhu used a variety of techniques including targeted massage, stretching, and cupping—all of which brought tremendous relief. I felt listened to, cared for, and supported throughout the process. Experiencia fantástica: Just want to share my overview of my care provided by Madhu at Fzyichal Therapy on Eldorado in McKinney. He was very knowledgeable in addressing best practices for improving my Vertigo problem. I had little anxiety as I went through various exercises because Madhu provides excellent feedback on what he concludes is best method for healing. I went back to the Physicians Assistant that recommended him to me and she confirmed that whenever she sends someone to him for care, the individual is always completely healthy again. That's quite a statement.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Fyzical PT for equilibrium issues. These were quickly resolved and we started working on strengthening ankle, legs, and core capabilities. The PT exercises were beneficial for understanding how to maintain strength and balance through continued work at home and in the gym. I highly recommend Madhu for his knowledge and practical application of clinical methods.

The therapists here are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain, treat and address every component of my issues. I was throughly impressed with Madhu with his approach and the attention he provided. Mark has done miracles helping resolve my low back pain with massages. He used reiki, reflexology along with traditional massage. I highly recommend this place, and their staff for Phyiscal therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Mark Slavin is great at Reiki I have heard about reiki but never tried it before. Mark not only knows how to effectively use reiki he is also great at educating about it. I have seen a big difference in the way my body reacts to reiki, and I love it. I personally use Mark as my therapist he loves to talk about techniques to manage our emotions and live life in a way that is more sustainable and healthier. I very much recommend Mark for Reiki or any other massage that you need, and I am sure you will be satisfied.

I was suffering from chronic pain in my right foot from a heel spur, plantar fasciitis, tight Achilles, and flat foot. But it's the personal attention and communication skills that really drive Dr. Madhu's excellence in treatment. He will work on your condition as well as educate you about your body and ways to keep in pain free! Read on if you want to know what my experince was... My story is that I decided to try PT for the first time when I started having pain in my right shoulder. I am 52 years old and an avid disc golf player. (I am also a computer worker and use a keyboard and mouse as well as a cell phone way too much. But I will focus on Disc Golf ... it's much more fun anyway). I wasn't using my core correctly and it was starting to hurt to make those backhand teebox drives. I saw myself going into further pain, and losing one of the things I really enjoy at this stage of my life. I remember my Aunt came for a visit and when I was showing her my disc golf drive, she heard my shoulder click, and she was very concerned! So I went in for PT. I was hoping to stop the pain from getting worse, but I honestly wasnt sure I would be throwing discs again. I took a 2 month break from discs and went to about 8 to 10 sessions with Dr. Madhu. The Physical Therapy and the home exercises I started doing saved my shoulder and my disc golf game. I need to do one more meeting with Dr Madhu to thank him, and to ask him if I'm not dreaming that my shoulder is going back to how it used to feel... even with playing 3 rounds of disc golf within 1 week. I mean I don't want to hurt it again... Right now I'm rightly pleased about the situation.
