Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience working with Tim. I had knee pain nearly every time I would go running and it kept me from running as often as I would have liked to. The day after a flare up, Tim used dry needling and it gave me immediate relief! With exercises that he has given me to do and the dry needling, I can run without issues now. I am thankful to have found a PT with a comprehensive approach. I would recommend to anyone looking for a one-stop-shop for their PT needs.

After having bad neck pain and severe headaches, I wanted to get my neck assessed. Tim helped me to relieve this pain with a few different techniques, and gave me exercises that I can do on my own. I was amazed at how quickly this helped the pain subside within a single session.

I opted for both a realignment and dry needle therapy. I left with significantly less muscular pain and an increased range of motion in my neck. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was training and running multiple times per week and started having pain in my heel that wasn't going away. I started researching how to help the pain and nothing worked. I wasn't able to push through the pain during a short run. Tim dry needled my ankle and it was way more effective than anything else I tried! He also gave me some really good exercises designed specifically for runners to keep this problem from coming back. Tim was very thorough and professional. If you are looking for physical therapy in McKinney or Plano I would highly recommend going to Tim!

Not only am I stronger now, but Tim taught me preventative exercises and movements so I wouldn’t have the same issues again. Experiencia fantástica: Tim is an amazing PT. I have had several chronic pain issues (calf tightness, plantar fasciitis, trapezoid pain and tightness, internally rotated shoulders, etc.) mostly from years of working out improperly or just sitting at a desk job. Before I experienced Tim's treatment, I went to several other PT's and although their treatment may have somewhat addressed the pain/issue, they never solved the problems and the relief was only temporary. I also noticed that for the very high fee I was paying for their services, they were on their phones or disengaged 50-80% of the time. Tim is the antithesis of all those things. He really spends the time and cares to help determine the root cause. He is diligent in his evaluation and excellent with his communication. He doesn't just dump a bunch of exercises on you, he makes sure over and over that you understand and that the motions are not causing you pain. I am very impressed with his level of service, his know how, his communication skills, and his commitment and care in making sure that his patients are getting better and their problems are being addressed. I would recommend that anyone with any issues go to Tim for treatment. He is the best!
