Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is amazing with regard to their mannerisms. I was involved in a roll over car accident and I sustained injuries from head to toe. Shannon Darnell, whom I seriously refer to as Little Baby Jesus' Sister has healing hands. I was prescribed medication to relieve my headaches. I later received 2 shots in the back of my head in the Vegas nerve to also aid with some of the effects from the head injury. The day I met Shannon and she massaged my head was a game changer. She can touch and feel anywhere there's tension in your body she could tell me where my head hurt and she massaged my head, my neck and my trapezoids in a manner that was so effective when I stood up from her table, I knew I was going to have a better week. That massage came with a lesson, training,teaching and a wealth of information from this highly educated woman. If you have pain, trauma or any injuries please go to this facility they have cryo machines and everything imaginable to make you a better person than you were when you walked through their doors.

Our Dr was thorough and took time to show us and explain every X-ray she took. You can tell this staff is very knowledgeable and truly cares about their patients. We have alot of therapy in front of us and I’m glad to know my son is in great hands. Highly recommend this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and facilities at PTC are phenomenal. They work together as a team to provide excellent care and provide you the tools you need to heal and recover properly. I have been through 2 separate injuries from soccer, most recently an ACL tear, and the team at PTC pushed me to recover faster than I could have ever imagined.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been getting physical therapy at this location since 2017 and I have chance to work with different doctors. All of them are very helpful and nice! Today I meet DR. John he is awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: As a first-time physical therapy patient, I’m very pleased with the level of service provided by Kambel (PT) and Mike (Chiropractor). Both are clearly proficient and skilled in their field and they’ve made the experience incredibly pleasant and personable. Moreover, the rest of the team is warm and welcoming. My goal is, of course, to have a short-term relationship with this type of office but they’ve certainly created an environment where the process will be as comfortable as possible.

Experiencia negativa: I went for my first visit and they did consultation with me , dr examine my body and talked to me what’s going wrong with my body and he print 3 stretching exercises for me and showed me how to do it and and take me to do micro-current for 10 min which I don’t like Bec it dose nothing and they charge me $205 for no reason , when I asked front desk why I have to pay this amount it supposed to be free then she said u did little bit of stretches so it mean I got the treatment. So I have to pay and if I have to pay then why I didn’t get full treatment done on my first visit why it is mixed with my consultation why no one informed me ? If I got some sort of treatment done on my first day then I should not suppose to pay full price . And front desk person she did not inform me that their consultation is free?

Experiencia negativa: Posting for my Wife. DONT DO IT! They over bill and refuse to respond to calls to address. Finally had to get my insurance company involved 7 months later. Also, the drs are never around for concerns and when you voice a concern they ignore it and just keep giving exercises that only hurt you and don't help. Had to leave because of non-dr involvement (he was never around) and the lack of care. Front desk is rude when you explain they are over billing (showing EOB's), they just bang you for your money with no care to who you are. I've been with PT places many times over 25 years and no one was as bad as these people. When I complained to my Surgeon, he stopped referring them which I believe other patients voiced complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: Lejoy Matthew was my physical therapist after my car wreck and is fantastic!! Very personable and funny! He is attentive to your needs and each session was structured around my pain areas and getting me back to where I was before my car wreck. I highly recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: Just visited today after a recommendation. I’m usually skeptical when it comes to chiropractors, but the staff was incredibly helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend them. They had great physical therapy and decompression technology compared to outlet mall chiropractors that will paralyze you. Excited to visit again. A $40 copay with blue cross health insurance, and incredibly helpful information. Staff is great. 10 out of 5 review.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been extremely impressed with this office. In August of this year my wife, daughter and myself were in a bad accident. We were sent to this office for our physical therapy. Since the very first appointment we have been treated extremely well. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. They always have a smile and a “welcome” when we arrive. The therapists are amazing. I work with Zack and he has been extremely helpful the past few months. When I am doing well he compliments and when I am having challenges he keeps me on target with his encouragement. It has been a difficult road but he has been there the entire time. Dr. Tyler has been amazing as well. I am 61 years old and have never been to a chiropractor. He went over my X-rays and developed a game plan for me. He also arranged for multiple tests for a complete and total diagnosis. And I have to thank John as well for his healing hands and understanding heart. Thank you all so much

Experiencia fantástica: Been a patient of Hope's for over a year through three surgeries and couldn't imaging entrusting anyone else with my recovery. The entire crew at PT Concepts is TOP NOTCH! Everyone makes an effort to get to know you on a personal and professional level, but at an individual's comfort level. The happy and upbeat environment helps the time fly as I work through the often difficult and painful exercises needed to bring the body back to its healthy state. While I still have another 6-8 months to go, I have 100% confidence that they will get me through it in the most efficient and safest way possible.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing place for both Chiro and PT. I had nerve tingling in shoulder and arm that prevented me from doing basic household chores and kept me up at night. Only after 10 or so sessions tingling is almost gone and im able to work out. I want to highlight couple of ppl also. Zack is my PT is he is amazing. He can adjust the program for specific needs and adjust exercises as we go. He is very knowledgable not just in PT but also in working out and putting everything together to target specific improvements. Dr Tyler is my Chiro and he is also amazing. He diagnosed the nerve issue properly and his work on my shoulder helped greatly to relieve the tingling and improve shoulder mechanics. I plan on keep coming here for any specific issue going forward and also for keep up/maintenance I highly recommend this place Mikhail

Most places where you go having to deal with Pain the people are so rude but not here I found it very Pleasant the only downside was there was about 10 papers of paperwork that needed to be filled out and to be honest that wasn’t bad either because the music was outstanding. Experiencia fantástica: The whole team is absolutely phenomenal, from the front desk personnel, to the persons working with you on your chiropractic needs or physical therapy! Each staff member is personable in a great way and they make you feel comfortable. I've been working with LeJoy and Zach for my physical therapy. They take the time to be dedicated and ensuring I'm achieving the goals I need. I don't feel rushed into pushing too hard or ignored when communicating about pain or discomfort. They want to be sure your working through it and not hurting yourself more. Jon is great at meeting my needs when I am receiving electrical stimulation and heat/cold treatment after physical therapy. He provides excellent customer service and care when meeting any patient's needs. I observe when the staff are speaking and working with others and see nothing but the same dedication to each and every person. I would highly recommend here for your chiropractic and physical therapy needs.

Experiencia negativa: Billing scam artists. They will offer two prices, one with insurance and one without. The insurance visit is about $200/visit while the non-insurance was less (maybe $80-$100). If you go the insurance route then they not only get you for the $200 but then bill your insurance close to $2000 (per visit). They do this because they claim to be a hospital. You'll see that in the paperwork during the initial visit. Trust me they are NOT a hospital. Just a bunch of interns in their mid 20's. I'm going to report them to the attorney general, and others should as well, so the get some legal scrutiny.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! Amazing staff who listened to my concerns and focused on areas where I was struggling. Lejoy was especially great but everyone there was professional and personable. They have flexible hours and the facility was extremely clean with the newest equipment. I had to drive 35 minutes from my home and had options for closer PT offices but it was worth the drive. I will definitely choose them again if needed for myself or my son.

I tried physical therapy for pain associated with scoliosis at two other places and had very little relief. After a few sessions with Lejoy and staff, I was feeling like a new person. He took the time to listen and really understand the issues. I highly recommend this office!

You will get there full attention and learn how to maintain your injury from home. I would highly recommend this group for your physical therapy needs.

They only bill the insurance once per month so their records lag big time. I was not happy over paying them because of their poor system.

I am glad to take the trip to McKinney to get the best quality care by friendly & caring therapists & staff. Dr Tyler is gentle, reassuring & his adjustments are awesome. The PT, chiropractic adjustments PLUS the decompression table (which I highly recommend if you’re a candidate for this) has helped me significantly, improved mobility & reduce the pain with my slipped disc & sciatic pain. I was in ALOT of pain when I first arrived. I was seriously thinking of disc surgery before coming here and now that’s a thing of the past. Thank you Dr. Tyler, Lejoy, Eric, Cory, and all the wonderful caring staff! I look forward to my weekly visits and have real hope of getting back to my normal self!

I was facing a life of pain or surgery, but I think I am now going to be able to return to a normal existence, because of the expertise of the staff at PT Concepts. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to PTConcepts Mckinney for hip tightness and low back pain which was affecting my running and biking. They quickly identified the problem as well as the severity. After identifying the issue, they did a great job helping me resolve it with stregthening, stretching, adjustments and other treatments. Yesterday I ran with no pain for 40 minutes at a solid training pace. I couldn’t have done that without the help of this team.

Dr. Tyler initially accessed my condition and made the proper adjustments to my neck and shoulder to prepare for physical therapy. When the time came, Lejoy, Corey, and Eric made out a specific plan, gradually worked my neck and shoulder back into shape, and I can honestly say that I am back to normal with all of my daily activities. Everyone in the office will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make the strenuous rehab process actually fun to go through. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this practice for over 3 years now and I’ve received the best treatment possible and it feels like a second home honestly. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Tyler is hands down one of the best and makes the experience very easy, engaging, and fun! All the the physical therapists are also very good in making sure you’re making progress and give you the proper attention in making sure you are healing properly. Everyone here feels like friends and family I have been doing a mix of PT and chiropractic and it’s made such a difference and always leave feeling better. They have been treating me with different PT exercises, STEM, trigger massage, adjustments, and now recently cupping therapy (which has helped a lot in diffusing tension and freeing up my neck/back). I would immediately recommend this practice to anyone looking for some therapy or chiropractor. It’s definitely a game-changer especially in how they mix both PT and adjustments to provide a more holistic approach to healing!

The PT along with the chiropractic care has done wonders for me. I used to have bad tension headaches that stemmed from my shoulders and neck. The exercises I do at PT have been helping so much that I have not had a headache since I began. Not only do they know what they are doing, they are amazing at making you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I only wish I had started sooner!
