Experiencia fantástica: The MOST phenomenal clinic I have ever worked for, I would have not left this company if it was not for moving closer to my family out of state. They have the highest of standards and I miss all the amazing people I got to work with there. If you want to see amazing progress with your child’s physical, occupational, or speech needs this is where you should take your child!

Experiencia negativa: Nope absolutely will not recommend them. We haven't been with them for over a year but when I think of our experience, it literally leaves me in tears.i was informed by our center that the Cota who was seeing our kid verbally abused him. I'll leave her name of out this review but nope I will not and cannot eveeeer recommend them edited to respond back to the business owner: repeatedly asking a child to stop a certain behavior does not warrant any bad reaction from a clinician. I do recall the incident very well. It was not a hitting situation. As far as, after all this time. When an incident like such occurs to your child, you CANNOT AND WILL never forget it. While you all did offer a different therapist, which was not available at the time, the bad taste had already been left. With that said, no I do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Kari is absolutely the best at what she does she loves my sweet boy like her own and has helped him make so much progress we love her to the moon and would be lost without her she will forever have a special place in my sons heart ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: It is difficult to put into words how wonderful the staff and therapists (Speech, OT & PT) have been for our daughter over the years. She has thrived under their care and specialized programs. Each therapist treats our daughter as if she is their only client; meanwhile collaborating with each other to provide cross functional treatment; and when and where appropriate, treatment with other clients for the benefit of all. They have excellent communication with us, her parents, and her teachers and other medical providers- completing endless amounts of paperwork on our behalf. They bring a wealth of combined knowledge and provide several resources on a wide variety of topics. They always help guide us in finding answers to things we might not know. They partner with us on all of her development from education to social settings. They recommend programs and help apply for benefits that she might be eligible for under the state. During COVID shutdowns, they made sure her therapy needs were still met by providing different options for receiving care. As she grows, they grow with her to equip her to overcome her developmental delays. We have never had a issue with billing, acceptance of insurance and communication about (if any) our out of pocket expenses. Annually they verify our benefits, and give us an expectation for the year ahead.

Experiencia fantástica: After a year of weekly sessions (majority through telehealth) my son has successfully completed speech therapy. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and wanted to see him succeed just as much as I did. Always flexible with last minute reschedules and providing us with the tools we need to continue practicing at home. We'll miss everyone but excited to have "graduated"!
